Highly doubtful for 1080. POSSIBLY for 720 though but I don't really see it happening.
I would be very surprised if it can't.
As the specs have now been released, we can see that it will definitely record 4K at 30fps, it would be bizarre if it can't record at least 720p or 1080p at 120fps+

i think if it was capable for high fps recording, it would've been mentioned on the specs.
This phone disappoints in everyway
Not sure if this was made yet, but when I was trying to buy a Note 4 it was kind of hard to find which model had which CPU and cell frequencies. If this hasnt been made yet, Id would appreciate other users post their cell frequencies and cpu so we can compile a list for future note buyers.

The IQ II only has 1 GB of RAM. AFAIK, it's the only variant with 1 GB of RAM.

Based on the msm kernel source and commit messages, Second Generation Android One uses "Seed" as codename.
