hi.
i have de-branded my phone, got the L09C432B378 version.
now i see i have an update and the phone downloaded it but every time i tell it to reboot and update the phone is stuck on the screen saying my device is unlocked and cannot be trusted and it's rebooting now.
i waited for 30 minutes, nothing happens, so i used fastboot to reboot it and it works but not updated.
any suggestions?

My out of the box Nexus 6 is now stuck looping on and off at the Google boot screen after it tried to install the system update.
I've used the toolkit 1.9.8 to go back to stock. It goes thru the steps appearing to show OKAY and finished at each step. It never reboots the phone at the end. I try to force reboot after waiting for several minutes and it still boot loops. I try again the process again and sometimes it loops and a few times it actually starts up to the welcome screen. However, if I try to root or update recovery (using the toolkit), I get the boot looping again.
Did google bork my phone during a failed update? Is there anything else I can do to completely restore the phone? I've also downloaded the images on google and flashed---same boot loop.
Ultimately, my phone is now booting up to the welcome screen as expected and shows LRX21O. BUT, if I try to do anything (root or recovery), boot loop results again.
(I was able to unlock the phone and know about the usb debug and OEM unlock settings in dev menu, fyi).
Was running stock 6.0.1 in unlocked mode, and applied the 7.0 OTA Tuesday AM. Phone booted fine, with the exception that the 6.0.1 boot animation displaying. Phone booted into 7.0, so whatever. worked great for 2 days, when i woke up yesterday screen wouldn't turn on, so hold the the power button and re-start. Phone got to boot animation and stayed there for an hour until i shut it off, never got to the pattern unlock screen. I've tried wiping it, factory resetting it, installing TWRP to wipe and install, nothing, still stuck at the boot animation, no matter how long i let it sit. I've tried flashing other roms, with the same results. I can get into bootloader and recovery without issue, and can flash without errors (that i'm aware of) but always have the same result. Any thoughts? Or am i going phone shopping today?
I will detail my experience COMPLETELY.
1.I- My phone was having problems turning on (it restarted itself 3-5 times after turning on or showing charge screen).
2.- Yesterday the update went live so I thought "oh, maybe this solves my problem"
3.- First I was having the turning on problems described above, but then the "bootloader unlocked" splash screen was no longer showing up and the "unlocked" message below the android one logo did not show up. Plus, it didn't restart but just stay stucked in the Android One logo.
4.- I flashed 10.0.2.0 with MiFlash but I came back to number 3. I don't know what to do. I decided to post my experience because there is no other post describing the bootloader unlocked splash abscense.
UPDATE: Flashed again with MiFlash and worked. NO DATA WIPE NEEDED! DON'T DELETE DATA!
so nice for you to be able to recover. I had to wipe everything. see my post here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=78755665&postcount=13
I'm not alone.
Hey all
I'm updating to May Updates using This Guide and then plan to update to June.
Problem is that I send 'adb reboot recovery' and the phone restarts, shows the start up screen, then the Google logo, then restarts without ever showing the android logo.
I can get into Fastboot mode and try to select recovery with the volume and power, but again, it boots to the google logo, then back to the unlock warning and boots to my lock screen, never going to the android logo.
Ideas?

Make sure you are using the latest adb/fastboot binaries (April, 2020). Flash the stock boot.img from the same guide. You will be unrooted but will be able to boot into System. Now read up on how to patch your own boot.img, it really is very simple. Personally I do not depend on, wait on, or use OTA's. The full image is available the first Monday of every month, and I extract/patch the boot.img from it. The whole operation including rooting takes just a few minutes. It's just one extra step. Once you get the pattern down it can be done very quickly, consistently and you're not depending on someone else's files. If you are bound and determined to use this method, you should seek out more guidance in the tutorial thread itself. Good luck. :good:
I have no idea what happen
I gave my device to my friend and he ended up in bootloop
So with odin i flashed appropriate firmware and when booting it says installing system update and fails on 32%
So as per xda thread gudies
I planned to reset in recovery
But soon
Ph boots directly to installing system update and like 3-4 seconds later goes into recovery and before i could do anything it restarts
Then same things happens again and again and again
I was hoping if i could reset factory before it restarts it will come to an end
But i tried more than 50 times to be faster
But still it restarts before i could do anything
When i tried to boot into twrp
1.touch is not responding
2.in 3-4 seconds phone restarts... boots to twrp.....restarts...boot to twrp...and contine infinetly....
Please help
