the issue for me is where the hell are the cases and accessories?! amazon was littered with them for OP3 and pretty much any new phone.
i always use a case, so not even having a ****ty $5 TPU available for release is nerve wracking for me

Ordered the Slate Gray 6gb RAM 64GB ROM version! Didnt need any more than that on my 3t was having second thoughts about upgrading to this guy but im just gonna leave it. Can only get better as time goes on and with development too!
Set for the 21st and delivery 23rd like everyone else Im sure some 1+1 users are going to take this opportunity and buy our 3T's for an upgrade. Definitely going to give mine a new home its a device that deserves to be used.

When did you place your chromecast order with play store? what was your initial estimate and when was it shipped?
It helps others like myself whose order is "Pending".
I placed my order on Aug 8th. The estimate was 2-3 weeks and the order is still pending .

Looks like I've placed duplicate orders. So, I've two extra chromecasts to get rid off. They will ship from google on Aug 29th to my US address. They will be shipped to Bangalore,India immediately after delivery at my US address. Send me a PM if you are interested. You will pay only whatever it costed me to get them here, not a penny extra

I ordered on 7th Aug. Mine is pending too.Status on google play says ships by 29th Aug.
Order #1: Ordered July 24th. Google said it would ship August 2nd. It arrived July 29th, much earlier than expected.
Order #2: Ordered August 6th, Google said shipping in 3-4 weeks. Online lookup in the play store says it will ship by August 29th.
Ordered on 29th July. Expected shipping date 23rd august.

Just an FYI. A pending debit doesn't actually remove the money from your account, it's just a hold. You can call your bank and release that hold at any time.

I was just looking to put in an order this morning. I got an estimated delivery time of 5 days, then when I put it in my cart, I got a delayed to October 9 (10 days out). Even internally their shipping software can't figure out when things will ship.
I ordered a 32gb Pure Edition with a black front on Sept. 18 and was given an estimated shipping date of October 13.
Assuming preordering counts, I ordered a Moto Maker Moto x on September 19th, and got it on September 25th, one day before the predicted ship date. I think it was because I ordered the 16 gb version though.
I ordered the Vzw Moto X on Friday morning, the 26th. Looks like it will be delivered tomorrow, the 30th...:good:

Looks like the timing is highly variable. I expect they produce these in batches. So one day they might do VZW, then the next AT&T, because they have to switch internal boards. Also, they probably assemble a batch of leather, then a batch of soft touch etc.
On top of this, when you read all the different shipping threads, it appears they are experiencing various shortages - white fronts, bamboo backs, and the Pure edition internals all appear to be backordered, although there are reports of expected deliveries for some of those parts anticipated this week. Because of the backorders, I expect they are changing their batch production schedule, so even though the system might have anticipated a certain schedule, that schedule appears to be in flux, thus leading to a large discrepancy in production times.
For what its worth, I ordered a Verizon Cognac leather 32gb on Friday morning (1am) (9/26) and it should be here today, 9/30 When I ordered, it said 6 days. When it "entered production", it said Oct 1, so it appears it will be here a day early. And it even sat Sunday and Monday the Fedex station, because it was scheduled for a 2 day delivery, and no, they wouldn't let me pick it up early It actually "arrived" at the local facility 20 min before the stock Verizon bamboo version that I ordered through VZW on Friday at 1am. But the VZW one was delivered yesterday, because it was "1 day"
Thanks for all of the info guys! I went ahead and placed my order - Verizon 16GB version, with black front. They quoted 6 days, delivering Oct, 6th. Seems pretty good. Looked like if I had ordered the 32GB version it would have been 10 additional days right now. And white front is also a longer wait.
We'll see if their estimate is correct and mine arrives on the 6th!
I ordered the 32Gb At&t Moto X via Moto Maker on Sept 27th, and though motorola's website said it was backordered until October 12th, I received a call from Motorola telling me they are currently assembling my phone, and the phone arrived at my doorstep today, September 30th.

Looks like Motorola beat their own prediction. While Motorola's site still shows that it hasn't shipped, I just got a shipping notification from FedEx that my phone will be here the 2nd instead of the 8th. Awesome, just in time for my birthday on Friday.

I ordered my Verizon phone on Sept 26 w/Motomaker. The original email from Motorola gave a delivery date of Oct 2. The 'your order has shipped' email said Oct 1 but I received it on Sept 30. Not too shabby!

I ordered mine on October 3rd. Black front, walnut back and 32gig pure edition it says 16th and I live in Germany.
I ordered a black front, 32GB, black leather back device on Friday, Sept. 26 and received it a week later on Oct. 3rd. When I ordered, my estimated delivery date was the 22nd, so almost 3 weeks early. :good:
Does anyone have any new information regarding availability of the 128GB variant?
The OP site currently says within 5 weeks, but 64GB is available immediately. It said ten days for 64GB yesterday, so I'm wondering if the 5 weeks for 128GB is accurate.
Five weeks max., expect it to take five weeks and be happy if it comes in earlier.
I ordered my 128GB on the 22nd at noonish and was quoted Dec 22 delivery, but it showed up Friday Nov 25th.

It said 5 weeks at about 8am (UK) - hasn't changed since.
The 64GB one was 8 days, then 9, then 10. Today it's immediately available!
Anyone else on Verizon backordered thru Verizon until Oct 12th for 512gb blue/yellow note 9??? (btw, I ordered a few days after day 1 availability.)
I preordered and it said backordered that long - I then cancelled and ordered off Samsung direct (so I could get the headphones as a bonus), and it said due to ship week of September 9th, and that was preordered the 20th...
