I contacted Lenovo about the kernel source code and they said that they are working on posting it publicly to their site and in the mean time they sent me a copy of it. EDIT: Lenovo has now posted an official link for the source code, you can get it here:

I didn't ask about it but I would guess they will upload them all at the same time. To get the ThinkPad source code I just PMed a Lenovo staff member on the Lenovo forum. You could ask them for the K1 source code.
