Same post from Odin-1 click thread:
Ok so I tried to install using odin 1.7 with the june factory from sam's firmware from here...
http://www.multiupload.com/MGEJ5CZLWC
after one-click failing on numerous occasions.
1.7 appeared to almost work but I now get a kernel failure upload mode message as it reboots after the ATT logo.
I even tried 1.3 and pretty much the same thing happens. When I use just odin-1 click i don't get the kernel failure but i get a battery image with the circle loader that stops at the 12 o'clock position.
1.7 1og

If I use 1-click again I always go back to ATT logo then battery indicator that stops at 12 position. So its either this or kernel error with the 1.7.
I am confused as to what my next step should be. I am also using the home-made jig on a consistent basis.
Well I seemed to have fixed the issue for now by installing I897UCJH3 package with odin 1.7...The Rom is working shotty but at least it still got me back in...who would have thought. I still need to go back to a prior ROM setting to upgrade to developer ROMs but its nice that I was able to resolve this issue for now.
This is resolved (I simply pulled battery, and tried again.)
Hello,
Quick backstory. Prior to the last OTA from ATT I could actually get, I had used towerlroot and everything worked fine. I then updated and lost root(naturally). Now I could not get my S5 to OTA to the most recent update (currently running G900AUCU2ANG3) and tried to use ODIN to flash the original Stock firmware. This process failed. Any suggestions on how I can start over?
Edit to add:It is soft bricked now. Can only load into the "Kies" recovery screen

So one day i decided to update my S6 from 5.0.2 to 5.1.1. I downloaded smart switch and updated through there.
The phone worked perfectly until I realized I need to root my phone so I attempted to root through TWRP using UPDATE-SuperSu 2.46.zip and I got stuck in a boot loop.
Then I searched google how to get out of my problem and somewhere along the line, I deleted my OS by deleating System in the wipe section of TWRP.
I tried to flash the stock rom but Odin gives me this error:

I am at my wit's end here and I really need some help so please reply if you have any useful information to get my phone back to normal.
I'm not sure if this has to do with anything but my phone says:

Make sure the tar file in Odin is the latest 5.1.1 version. Samsung has patched the bootloader so that no one can downgrade anymore. Do you know what version 5.1.1 you were running before? If so, download that exact version.

I've downloaded the T-mobile 5.1.1 version because I have not found a MetroPCS version. I hope that is the version I had before.
I downloaded it from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/general/stock-firmware-official-stock-firmware-t3086387 (the first link)
EDIT: Currently going to try this out. I'll let you know if it works or not: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmo...x-recovery-seandroid-enforcing-error-t3144011
EDIT 2: Doesn't work it just says md5 file invalid. Binary Check Failed.
EDIT 3: FIXED MY PHONE I just used the latest version of 5.1.1. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction xmayhemreturnsx. Link for the latest version for anyone else who needs help:http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmo...firmware-g920tuvu3doi1-g920tuvu2doh6-t3213001

I had some issues with ODIN failing when trying to go back to stock after rooting failed. I found a Samsung tool called SmartSwitch (suggested in the error I was getting )and installed and ran it on my PC to get my tablet back in stock working order. You can get it from Samsung.

The only reason why you would get issues flashing a stock firmware with odin is if the firmware isn't intended for your device.
Odin is quite smart and can prevent you from bricking your device.
I try to flash this one T810XXU1BOH7_T810XAR1BOH7_HOME.tar, Now i have flash custom rom so my tab si working but cant flash to stock rom.
Sorry my bad english :/

Thank you its work
I'm having the same issue. Odin fails on me when I'm attempting to install the stock rom.
I see the note about using SmartSwitch, but when I try to run it, it says my device isn't support. I tried used Kies, and I get the same message, that my device isn't supported.
I have a Galaxy Tab S2 8.0. T710 model, running Cyanogenmod 12.1

One more with problems when having CM. Try flashing TW ROM and then run Odin with stock firmware. BTW why ur odin is not checking MD5? What file did you download?

Hey Everyone,
New to this, so excuse my ignorance, but I was attempting to remove the FRP lock from a tablet E (SM-T377P) I purchased from a few from a company that used them.. Flashed it with stock firmware thinking it would just remove the lock (again, new) and clearly that isn't the case. Did some searching and found some firmware on here that actually put 5.1.1 and since I wasn't thinking, flashed that version on the tablet with odin 3.14. Device now only goes into factory mode and I cannot flash with either the combination file or stock firmware for 6 or 7, getting error Fused 3/Binary 2). Not really sure where to go from here, if anywhere, if there is anyone that could offer any help that would be great. (Not new to computers or tech, so I am pretty literate with any questions).
Odin Error is...
