Go to settings > Display > Live display > First option > Disable all adjustments.
Q: How to take a logcat on a Windows PC?
A: You'll need a Windows PC to do that. The instructions are simple:
1. Download ADB.zip from Google Drive
2. Extract the zip, you'll find a folder in ADB
3. Open the folder
4. Clear the address bar and type cmd
5. Enter
6. You will see the command prompt
7. To start the logcat type: Adb logcat
8. Your PC will start generating all logs from your phone.
9. To stop logcat press: ctrl + C
10. To save logcat type: adb logcat > log.txt
11. Exit ADB you'll find the log.txt in ADB folder
12. Copy your file to your SDcard and send it to Zim555 using Telegram Supergroup or on XDA thread

A: Yes you can, but I recommend you to do a factory reset.
Q: Why I can't access device storage on my PC?
A: The phone is in charge-only mode by default on Nougat,
due to a stronger security logic regarding unauthorised data access.

A: Every Lineage ROM support init.d, so be free at scriptings.

CMTE is not implemented yet in cm14 builds, so you can use Substratum instead. (Root access is required)

Instructions
Installation via recovery (TWRP/LineageOS Recovery)
* Download a recent .zip file from the links above for your device.
* Reboot into recovery mode [Press Power+Volume Up+Home].
* Wipe your data and cache partition (equivalent to doing a Factory Reset)
if you are coming from a stock ROM.
* Either: Plug in your phone into your computer, copy the zip file to a location on your Internal or External Storage on a device, click Install on TWRP on your phone and locate the zip file in the phone, or:
* Plug in your phone into your computer, and open Advanced->ADB Sideload on TWRP on your phone and swipe the slider to enter sideload mode.
Then open a command prompt/terminal on your computer in the folder you put the file by Shift-Clicking (Shift+Right Click) and selecting "Open Command Prompt/Terminal Here" (you will need to have adb installed) and type:
adb sideload name_of_zip.zip
to sideload the file. Replace name_of_zip.zip with the name of the file. If you are running Linux you may need to type adb kill-server and use sudo adb sideload if you get an `Insufficient Permissions` error.

Use ViperOS or XenonHD for best battery life, although they are nougat but they are the most stable

Probably not gonna happen, LineageOS 15.1 and Resurrection Remix Oreo supports SM-G530H/FZ/M/MU/P/T/T1/W but not SM-G531H. More devices would be added to this but probably only those devices

I meant that Vince (the developer of this rom) only supported those device, if you're using LineageOS 15.1, it's probably made by a different developer, so you'd have to ask him instead

Instructions
Installation via recovery (TWRP/LineageOS Recovery)
* Download a recent .zip file from the links above for your device.
* Reboot into recovery mode [Press Power+Volume Up+Home].
* Wipe your data and cache partition (equivalent to doing a Factory Reset)
if you are coming from a stock ROM.
* Either: Plug in your phone into your computer, copy the zip file to a location on your Internal or External Storage on a device, click Install on TWRP on your phone and locate the zip file in the phone, or:
* Plug in your phone into your computer, and open Advanced->ADB Sideload on TWRP on your phone and swipe the slider to enter sideload mode.
Then open a command prompt/terminal on your computer in the folder you put the file by Shift-Clicking (Shift+Right Click) and selecting "Open Command Prompt/Terminal Here" (you will need to have adb installed) and type:
adb sideload name_of_zip.zip
to sideload the file. Replace name_of_zip.zip with the name of the file. If you are running Linux you may need to type adb kill-server and use sudo adb sideload if you get an `Insufficient Permissions` error.
* Download and flash GApps in the same way.

That review was without Gapps
Well this is the first build so I don't complain
Errors Came after the Gapps
1. Performance Drop is real
2. Browser stops responding
3. Can't use google play services
4. If you switched to video mode in camera than it will show you an error after starting the recording
5. No Google Play = No Google Services like Play Games and Youtube
Can't use the google play so gaming performance cannot be tested
This is a first build so please be patient
Sorry for that quick review, that was not quite accurate, so I will suggest that we should wait for the next builds

While taking a screenshot, if i edit a screenshot (i.e cropping). , i can't save it. It shows an error.
"Failed to Post Notification on channel "null"".

i used the telegram version magisk unbug, rom works great. calling screen was not coming, rectified from default apps for phone. SELinux is disabled(only problem). but had a chat with the developer, he assured all fixes in next build.
