I am looking for a solution for this issue for a while with no luck... anyone has any idea ?
I believe it is related to the permission manager but I can't find how to exclude specific app.

Isn't the solution there in the message? I don't think it's related to the permission manager.
That's what the sync app should do... When I used stock Android it worked great.

has any of you got the "cleanmail" application please.
done a serach here for myh problem in regards to messages and this was the solution given, along with this link https://spritesoftware.crmdesk.com/answer.aspx?id=141&back=browse.aspx#p17
Unfortunatelly it seems to have been removed from there??

I just rooted my s3 mini and would like to use STOCK rom. I want to stop those S Planner and etc software that run at startup and so as I know, the apk is located at system/App right?
Anyone done that before? Can someone give me a list of those stock apk that can be remove/rename?

yes it has been done
there is a list of "bloatware" that can be removed
feel free to use the search tool to find the info you are looking for

I have a problem with V3.25 I hope someone can help me ... When I remove an application from the Multi task it forces the application to close and because of that I have no notification until manual reopening of the application in question ...
Anyone have a solution ?

back up your data and re installed the rom then root. ; D
Go to settings
App info
Turn on Notifications of apps that you want.
It works for me bro.

Its simple
open neosafe
Clicked permission
Then Power-on Speedup
Tap apps would you want to get notification.
Done.
