Status & Progress
06.07.16 Enable HiFi DAC output. Fix volume clamp. Implement HiFi control settings + QS Tile (Settings->Sound&Notification->Hi-Fi options).
02.07.16 Games crash issue fixed. Numerous BT issues fixed. Switched to stock AudioFlinger so Viper4Android should work now. Consider this as a experimental build. Report bugs.
14.06.16 BT file transfer crash fix. Repo sync. PS: To make recent tasks gesture work - enable "three swipe for screenshot gesture" too. Its tmp bug.
20.05.16 Switched to AICP CM12.1 variant. Temasek has too much customized components from original CM which is hard to support and track all the changes. You need to do a full data wipe before using this build.
Reworked fp sensor gestures. Single tap and double tap is hardcoded behavior for now. Single for Back key, double for Menu key. Long press is also supported.
Early implementation of UCI templates for kernel features control. Flash UKM.zip and install Synapse app to control kernel features (voltage, hotplug control)
Updated camera and other proprietary blobs from latest chinese flyme os.
Custom RILJ with WB AMR codec support.
Trying to fire up hi-fi support (how to test?)
05.05.16 Implemented FlymeOS bottom right swipe up for recent tasks (see Display settings for enable/disable).
Device Power profile taken from stock. Basic CM Performance profiles implemented (need further tuning).
A lot of kernel commits (CPUs hotplug tuning, io governors, voltage control, etc).
Fingerprint sensor thresholds tuning for better gestures control.

30.04.16 BT issues fixed, as for now no crashes/panics. Will see further.. AudioFX EQ should work (not Reverb though). Gestures control panel issues fixed, added individual haptic feedback control for gestures only. Misc fixes.
27.04.16 Bluetooth Audio Profiles seems fixed (need further testing though), Doze enabled, misc bugfixes..
24.04.16 Have implemented screen & finerprint sensor gestures control panel (settings->gestures).
19.04.16 Alpha1 build uploaded:
* Ported opensource FPC1020 fingerprint driver (using openplus2, huawei p8 kernel and official fpr fingerprint mfg sources) with navigation gestures.
- Use tap for BACK key, swipe right for RECENT APPS, swipe left for MENU key. Default behavior can be changed in /system/usr/keylayout/fpc1020.kl file.
* Implemented basic Power and Lights HALs.

like cm should work on that beast. fast, smooth, customization, battery is quite good. very good for a first preview. personally I prefer cm over flyme. flash it and get your own experience.

1. If you want to go back stock, do you just restore the stock nandroid backup or wipe and flash the official "update.zip"?

Well.. actually it's just first bootable build. Yes its working pretty fine at first glance but its raw and untested at all..
And i'm not sure it can be used as a daily driver by ordinary users due to the bugs which can arise unexpectedly so its on your own risk..
ps: desperately looking for anyone with good linux kernel programming skills to join the fpc1020d driver porting effort, i'm not so strong with all those internal things so need some help and advices..

I'n not able to install the viper4android driver by the way, it's some hardware problem i imagine, could someone find a solution for this? the phone sound great, but would give much more with viper.

Well as you have TWRP installed to installed this, yes of course. I just made an android backup. Its just to restore. Don't flash the official zip, first modify it, to not flash recovery and bootloader.

I have got cm13 booted on our device too but all that SEG_FAULTs in camera & audio blobs is a pure voodoo to fix without up to date hardware_exynos sources...

Bugs I found: no sound with Bluetooth. Sound through aux constantly keeps switching between headphones and speakers.

great ROM. One issue I found was when the headphone plugged and the music playing, the google search comes up randomly. not sure if anything to do with settings. also the signal goes out and comes back

Is it just me or does V4A stop working on bluetooth sometimes?
And a reboot is the only way to fix that.

Thank you!!! for your let us know........I dont get to fully test it, but v4a is kind of buggy. I think AudioFX is more stable. Probably in the future we should switch to AudioFX.... it works every time, but less features.....

so i tested it out, no issues with the ROM, working perfectly (the only thing i wish was there was to add a long press to the navigation buttons to assign to menu etc. like in the stock rom)
V4A bluetooth is an issue, rarely but surely it does stop working and a reboot fixes this.
Also, AudioFX would be best, i may be wrong by Ive noticed starting with the Snapdragon 805 , the sound has been pretty good across.
Can you make a zip that replaces V4A with AudioFX?

Downloaded this rom, did a full wipe. I then flashed the rom and gapps nano. When I boot into the rom for the first time I have no data connection, it shows Im connected to the network.

I'm on a 910f and have Flashed the latest release (21/11) yesterday, have to say...incredible rom! Everything works out of the box, quick flash guide: download rom, fix for non verizon users (910f/g), gapps, and in twrp flash in same order (rom, fix, gapps, yes you can add zip to flash all at once), reboot and you're done! fingerprint works, dpi scaling works incredibly well, gps works, data works, wifi works , bluetooth works, screen temperature settings, live display works(adapt color temperature depending on night , day, outdoor basis) , adaptive brightness works, total personalization of lockscreen, home, dpi scaling, grid size, swipe hand to wake when locked, wake when notification arrives, wake when pushing out of pocket, fast, no fc's (only 20 hours of testing to be honest), and op is updating continuosly to solve problems (yes bugs exists )
If you want a nougat rom, fast, light, reliable and to use as a daily driver give this one a chance

People with n910g will have to modify the updater script .
Just repalce trltexx with trltedt .

The all mighty question : did someone try xposed? And if so has someone a working one?

No experience with xposed just yet. I want to give it some days to settle before i start tinkering...
Apart from some minor things (google camera not working, Assitant not remembering the voice profile) it's running really great. I flashed the cm14.1 optimizer on top for that pixel experience I must admit, that actually using 7.1 makes me really appreciate it. I thought it would be a minor update, but it feels really great and refined. I'm impressed, google.
Also, that inactivity display is epic. Doesn't wake the whole screen on notifications. I always liked that on moto phones. Plus, Doze finally seems to work properly. No problems getting whatsapp notifications yet. Lets see how it holds up.

Yes and its working very good actually. Mobile Network is fully working , tested under 4G and are amazing. The camera work , calling works , SMS received. GPS is working better than stock whit Google Maps. NFC and bluetooth activate but not tested yet. Boot fast and no Lag. Fingerprint works BUT if restart the lockscreen WILL NOT RECOGNIZE yours Fingerprints.

I just open this thread to discuss about the rom and share issues.
The rom is very close to Android stock.
Issues that I have encountered (Build: 2017-10-08):
-Led notification is blinking very very fast (and change settings does nothing)
-Bluetooth audio (for music and video) does not work (I haven't tried calls)
Camera works, fingerprint is fast as in MIUI, run smoothly
You must format data before flashing (or it will bootloop)

- Bluetooth audio bug is same as that in Mokee Xiaomi Mi 6 rom, dev has replied in their forums the next nightly should have it fixed.
- Notification light bug will not be fixed until source is out (dev replied on when i listed the bug on Mokee forums)
Another thing ive noticed:
- The rom included a non-official xposed port for nougat which I cant remove, only disable
- Rom does not pass safetynet. Tried magisk+hide to no avail

Ugh, no bluetooth audio is a killer for me. I do like the idea of a near stock Android though...

Safetynet is the killer for me. Need bank apps to work.

True, but if they pre-installed xposed and made it un-removable, then safety net will always fail...

I am loving this ROM! The battery life doesn't seem as good as eu rom. Also notice volume for YouTube seems low at Max setting. Other than that this is amazing stick room with Xposed and Gravity box!

Safetynet doesn't pass with xposed.. uninstall it

Shoot. No VOLTE on T-Mobile.. Every time I make a call I notice it drops to 3g or H+. Anyone know a fix?

Also, when making a 3 way conference call the phone app force closes and can't open.

Have not tried it~ (bt-audio should be fixed as the mi6 had the same issue and is fixed with currently nightly, dev also added aptx+aptxhd in addition to a2dp)
Mix2 hasnt had it's source released, the maintainer for mix2 happens to be the maintainer for the mi6 (which had it's sources released). As the both use smiliar hardware (sd835, camera sensor) they messed around to get the mix2 rom up. Which is why somethings will not work properly until mix2 sources are released (like the prox sensor and the notif light)

OK... anywyas : 10/11 doesn't work properly it seems... Got a ****load of errors at boot and then it's stuck at "Looking for updates"

Changelog highlights:
* July security patch (aka android-8.1.0_r40 tag)
* Initial EAS build (More work is needed, but that looks like a good start)
* Latest Flash kernel 4.29 + EAS commits (All credits to RenderBroken, joshuous, nathanchance and all the others who contributed to their projects! My forked source code can be found here: https://github.com/siankatabg/op5/tree/8.1.0-unified-EAS
* Updated Clang to 7.0.2 for kernel compiling (ROM is still compiled with 6.0.2)
* Added back some of the OOS camera stuffs (Now there shouldn't be a delay when switching front/back cams in other apps! Use v2.5.X OOS cam(The app is still slow and needs some time on the first launch). GCam is still the default app.)
* Few changes to the powerHAL (Lower boost values as EAS is in play now)
* Added SmartPixels (So useless on these low dpi displays... Might be removed soon)
* Fixed the recents Android P transition bug
* Added option for proximity check before handling power and volume buttons wake events
* Pocket mode will now use the oneplus pocket sensor
* Added a prop that enables Google maps to be used in the new OnePlus Gallery instead of the China one (for those who updated the app)
* Improve a calculation method for LTE antenna reception level

Flashing Magisk inline with the ROM might lead you to bootloop/black screen. It is recommended to flash Magisk after the initial boot of the ROM.

For people want OOS Cam, you can install OnePlus Camera from APKMirror
I have test 2.5.33, even 2.8.8 work fine (first launch is long, ~30 secondes, after that, opening is normal)
NOTE : After all the Gcam Mod optimization, i prefer using Gcam definitively, most fastest/stable and great quality pictures/video

The developer clearly has a reason why this rom was never published on XDA. You should remove this.
I get your good intention, but this might anger them and will just stop publishing new builds and remove the ones uploaded.

Rom is not published, it's just a link to the Telegram channel... If sian has gone XDA/Google+ it's because people was boring to asking always the same questions/problems, so he has ending support. It's just a thread for information/review because this rom deserve to be more knowed. If sian ask me to remove this thread, no prob

This rom is dope is beside of crDroid the best out there in my opinion :good:

yes you right.. app works fine.. but when i play some music or a radio (without plan), sound not coming out.

Guys how is this rom compared to stock oos? Is google face unlock fast enough? Something is missing compared to stock? What about battery?

Oh, another thing.. Does gcam crash on slowmotion like in stock OOS or not?

Another thing, how are the 2 sims managed? I love the oneplus management, don't know anything about this rom management..
Also, is the boot animation custom?
