Custom recovety G920A UCU3CPD6 - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S6

Hi, I have a Samsung G920A UCU3CPD6, can you help me find a custom recovery for my version or advise which firmware to install to me so that I can put the recovery.
P.S.Sorry for my english, I do not speak english

We can't unlock the bootloader, so we can't install custom recoveries.

My G920A has Baseband Version G920AUCS6EQH1.
On September 7th, SRS Root tweeted that they can now root the G920AUCS6EQH1.
https://twitter.com/srsroot/status/905924080762847234
I'm a novice when it comes to rooting, so I'm asking, "Does SRS Root's announcement mean that they've found a way to unlock the bootloader for the G920A if it has the G920AUCS6EQH1 Baseband Version?"

There is no root meethod for the AT&T bootloader therefore no root. If you had used the search you would have found dozens of other people asking the same thing.
If anyone discovers a method how to root that phone you can be sure it will be published here and everybody will now. For now all I can refer you to is my thread on how to update the phone to the latest Marshmellow update (but that might prevent you from installing any root that is based on Lollipop in the future).
https://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s5/general/g870a-updates-ph4-t3494717
EDIT: Actually there is a root method https://forum.xda-developers.com/at...w-to-update-to-g870aof2-5-0-keeproot-t3161733 for very old firmware versions. Still there are no custom roms that I know of.

Thanks a lot for reply, after a looooong search I have found this: http://www.droidviews.com/update-att-galaxy-s5-active-to-lollipop-root-it-and-enable-wifi-tethering/
So, I do that and now, I'm in Android 5.0, with baseband G870AUCU2BOF3 and happily rooted. But I have a question, Can I update to Marshmallow following your thread?
Thanks a lot again.

You can but you will lose root. There is currently no root method for Marshmallow.
Hello.
I was just wondering how exactly you did this? You downgraded to 5.0, and rooted from there? Can you explain to me what you did to root the G870A?

any way to install carrier firmware when running latest BTU

I prob know the answer to this but I am running the latest BRA2 firmware on my exynos N950FD and I downloaded the latest Three UK firmware, but cannot flash it. I REALLY want to get wifi calling and VOLTE.
Am I right to assume that the latest Three firmware is older than my current BTU and therefore ODIN wont let me flash? And if so, any way around this?

Well you're stuck on bootloader v3 (u<3>bra) and it won't allow to downgrade to bootloader v2 (u<2>×××).
You'll have to wait for three to release their new firmware to blv3.

Unlock bootloader

How do I unlock the bootloader of my Huawei mate 9 ?
Did you get the key before July 24? If not.... you can't. Not without paying some third party that might or might not work. (eg. Funky Huawei )
This worked for me. But you have to pay 4€.

It does work but first you need to downgrade your phone to nougat (Android 7.x) first and then it will work.

No, but there's a chance that the tools you buy access to might be able to extract that unlock code...no guarantee...no refunds...
EDIT seller says its 4.4.23+ EMUI/Android Version: 8.0 is that the unlockable one or is there more to the version that says it?

You need the build number and security patch date.
Pretty much all EMUI 8 builds on the Mate 9 run a 4.4.23+ kernel, even up through the latest security patches.
Once you know the build number, find it in Firmware Finder, and find the build for that region that enables GPU Turbo. If it's an older build, then it's likely that you could use the official rollback firmware to get the bootloader unlocked.
here ya go that is pic he provided

Yup, .375 is the latest one that's good, after that .377 had GPU Turbo and issues with downgrading.
so im good to downgrade? i will message you when i get the phone in a few days thanks

You won't get into the trouble that others did with .377 or later, yes.
But there's no guarantee everything works nicely.
Do read as much as possible before doing anything.
Also keep in mind that Android 9 is coming soon so maybe you don't need to unlock and whatnot.
for open kirin roms do you need to decrypt the data?

I did it a few weeks ago, but i always failed on Oreo... The best way is downgrade to Nougat an then rebrand, it worked for me on the first try!

No chance at the moment... Security Patch must be older than August 2018 for getting an Unlock Code...
