How to install :
Deleted old touchwiz launcher and copy new Touchwiz Launcher(Root Needed)

@Titosilva Use rootexplorer-system-priv-app-touchwizhome_2016 deleted and copy here new touchwizhome rw-r--r-- permissions.

The launcher works ! But DPI wasn't changed and I got the last row of icons bellow the page indicators and they are barely seen and not accessible at all. How to change the DPI ?

i know how to do that. it's not the first time.
DOESN'T WORK
after reboot i haven't full touchwizz home, i have only lite touchwizz home.
So i try to verify if apk could be installed, and got parsing error

in your op don't write "delete old".
Write "rename old .apk2 or .apk.bak"

Hi,
As everyone knows Samsung Theme store has so many good looking themes but u people may hate the icons ....Here is simple way apply any themes with to make Stock icons No root required.... Just need to install free app from play store 100% working.
1. First install the app "Super Back up" attached is the app screenshot
2. Install any theme from theme store Ex:- I installed chalk .ui theme
Go open the app super back up click on apps scroll down and search installed app called " binodray.chalkui.com.appicon" and long press on the pop-up will open with options select uninstall Same way for all apps with ending. .Appicon then restart your device apply working for theme free and paid theme both will work
Attached is the screen shot for steps .
It's my own research hit thanks if you like it...

If you can used the ZenUI 3 apps it means that you can most of them.

I suggest you to refer RR 7.1.2 developers in order to check the ability of adding ZenUI InCall UI to thier room.

Will this zenui 4.0 work on my zenfone 2 running stock lolipop?

Gallery is not working on zenfone 2 laser
I installed all the apps.. gallery also.. its opening finely but when I'm going to open any image the gallery stops by showing a massage unfortunately gallery stops working..please fix it.. and please I'm requesting to developers that please any one make support the zenui 4.0 launcher for zenfone marshmallow devices:crying::crying:

Just only installed ASUS ZenUI_4.0.0.1_170613.apk and AsusThemeApp.apk on Z00A 6.0.1, stock rom, last firmware, rooted. The new theme app kept crashing. So I could not test it further. Deleting its cache and data and enabling some authorization for that app didn't help.
ASUS ZenUI_4.0.0.1_170613.apk didn't change anything on my system. I hoped a quick setting revamp.
Since it is the default theme and is a major update, I'm surprise it didn't change anything on my system.
Backup your original apk with Titanium or else before testing those files.
Edit: Pixel theme - ZenUI and most of the themes of Josef Kiselica are compatible with Zenfone 2 MM quick settings panel and do a good job at revamping the UI on stock MM.

Depends if you use their devices running Android 7 that are compliant to work with those ZenUi 4. Lots of differences from what we have in Zenfone 2.
And where is the lie? Did they say something about ZenUi 4 for Zenfone 2.

Substratum - Andromeda on XZ1

Just a heads up for anyone looking to darken things up on their XZ1...
I have the XZ1 Compact. I think this will most likely work on the XZ1 as well. I decided to make myself a guinea pig for the Substratum theming engine with the Andromeda plugin. The bright white menus were driving me crazy. It worked!
Here are the steps I took:
1. Install Substratum engine/app on phone
2. Purchased and installed Andromeda app on phone
3. Installed Swift Black theme (noted as compatible with Android 8.0.0)
4. Downloaded and unzipped the Andromeda client batch folder to my PC
5. Enabled ADB debugging on phone
6. Set the connection to "Transfer files" on phone
7. Ran the batch file on my PC
8. Batch file automatically runs Substratum in Andromeda mode on phone
9. Selected Swift Black theme
10. Selected "Android 8 - Nexus and Pixel" in dropdown menu
11. Applied all available overlays in Swift Black theme
12. Rebooted phone
UPDATE: Notifications on lockscreen remain white and are hard to read. Phone app will not theme.
