Request uk ruu for desire c golfu

hi . i have a desire c golfu device and i can,t install any ruu roms !! and when i install recovery hang on htc devolopment logo (red text on htc logo) !! i try TWRP 2.4.2.0 and cwm recovery but problem remains ...
problem : hang on htc logo
biuld number is ORANGE_UK_1.45.61.1
pls help

yes i know and i unlocked the bootloader ...the recovery can be installed but it then hang on htc logo and not enter to recovery !!

I have bought a p8 lite from an online store. I received it with the balong firmware. How does it mean? That the phone has been modded by the seller?
What can I do? Flash the b046 firmware?
My phone is mono-sim and i want to keep it mono.

That means that the seller had installed a wrong Rom for your phone version . If I were you I ask for another phone.
You bought a new phone or an used phone. And you bought it in an official store?
Anyway you can solve it more or less easily but you should tell it for the seller

I am interested too, because I have bought my P8Lite with B171.. and flashed the 2nd STEP of B132.. and then I've got the Balong error.. and now I don't know how to get back to B171 with no errors.

you can revert it to B171 easy... only download B049 single sim FW and unzip it. you will see 2 folders - dload and vendor... copy vendor folder to sd card, rename it to dload (dont touch anything in folder) and do local update...
voila B171 is back

Thank you Vigo. I bought a new phone. I'm going to call them and ask for a complete refund.

The "Balong" is not an Error. It´s missing the Vendor Update (see bluedolphin post). The Vendor Update simply changes the Build name. Nothing more!
Balong is is the name of the HSPA/LTE/SoC Chipset. Produced by HiSilicon (owned by Huawei)

I asked about sixaxis not working on my firmware and someone said that its because i have balong build. So how come you say that it does not affect anything? I understand it changes the build name on build.prop but i think it does affect other things. Im going to flash the vendor folder of my fw and report back this weekend

Hi there,
Factory Reset/Full phone memory wipe will get back to any B1xx or B0xx build you have installed. I have done it many times, no issue at all. Before you do this ensure you have a backup of your data because your phone will get stock as "right from the box". After reset will stay around 3 min to reinitialize, then you can set up the device again, restore your data and you are good to go. :good:

Now i tried and after step 1 i got the balong thing.
So i tried really EVERYTHING in right order, but nothing happens.
It keeps say thet the installation is impossible.
Now i don't want to lose the warranty, but i would like to know if i can go back from this "balong"...

Yep the model is ALE-L21....
So i just need to unlock the bootloader you mean? Doesn't it mean that i lose the warranty?

Somehow I managed to throw softwer in the phone and now I verzion ALE - L21C432B170 , but I still have problems with wifi internet, I can not find any wifi network. I see on forums that people have a problem with that , but I want to know if someone managed to they understand what's the problem? Is it good this version for my phone . This is a model with two cards and everything works except the wifi network and I do not know that there maybe a hardware problem?

Hello on wich build are you?
If you are on b524 update directly.
If you are on b525 you can use the roll back package but personally I make real downgrade with full wipe and format.
One flash by fastboot, 2 by sd and you have a real clean system with B550 official marshmallow.. I make this at the same time I write this. (last week I have downgrade to b525)
It's why I downgrade again. With twrp I format all before the Flash by fastboot. Flash like a normal update the vendor to didn't see the balong bug and b170 then B550

What build are you on? You must download c432b052, that has vendor file amd then work allbthe way up

If you still need help, it would be useful if you could tell if you have Single or Dual Sim! If you have 2 IMEI numbers, you have Dual Sim and if you have only one IMEI, you have Single Sim.
In addition, it would be nice if you could tell me whether your P8 lite rooted and / or the Bootloader is unlocked

That's because you flashed a Dual-Sim Firmware on Single-Sim Smartphone.
Try to flash 171 from Carbon Tesla
If it doesn't work unlock your Bootloader and Flash C432B049 (install it also from Carbon Tesla) via Bootloader. Then install B171 with Updateapp and get OTA B199 ,B575,B585...
If you still need help, it would be useful if you could say whether your P8 lite rooted and / or the Bootloader is unlocked:fingers-crossed:

Looking for NEM-L21 or NEM-L22 stock rom

So first my Huawei Honor 5c/7 lite (NEM-L21) Lost its nav buttons and notification bar and lots of other stuff... dont know why. I've tried installing multiple different roms NEM-L51 (FAILED: missing META-INF) btw... i'm using twrp root then I've tried P9 lite VNS-L31(still missing buttons and all the other stuff) and VNS-L21(currently running) The VNS-L21 has nav buttons... notification bar etc... but can't play videos and sound is not playing and if i plug in headphones they don't work and they dont how up. So please give me the correct orom (NEM-L21 or NEM-L22)

looking same roms too. F*#ng phone got boot loop and recovery won't fix it.

Thanx for ans. i already checked all stock roms & custom roms but problem is still there and also tried modem fix zip flashed but no result.problem is came after flashing the TWRP-3.0.0.0. If have any other way like a write file in system to solve this prob?? plz reply if anyone know

There's a new rom available for Le2 but unfortunately its released only in china although we can download it

The above roms were meant to be for le 2 and the s2 is the same codename used by lineage os , so it should work , and that official china rom is also for same , what if we can modify the file to skip the device model check ? Or someone may just make it compatible with Indian le 2 , cause the hardware is same

This thread is a different copy of one already existed. Link is official. To flash this rom you need right recovery or will get an error. Wrong date of build. It is 2018-02-08.

The rom you're talking about is pre-rooted and an official rom isn't pre-rooted . So this one is different for sure as its obtained from company's official website!

MIUI is better than this rom ?? Is it totally bug free ?

Beside battery drain, I haven't noticed anything yet. Bluetooth, charging,gps, headphones, etc working fine. Just not sure about volte fluctuating.

Downloaded the Chinese version of eui 28 from the link given but returned to cuoco92 because i do not like any Chinese stuff in the rom. Everything was working fine in official 28. Flashed through ydss recovery does not give any miss match error.

Yeah ! I knew that it would work fine , we can remove the Chinese apps through some workarounds ! Just wanted to know if this rom is suitable for daily use and if there are any bugs , and on what android version is it based on ?
