but those flashable zips dont work and you need to use dload method with update.app file with stock recovery installed. as far as I knew, this was not working unless there was any work around developed by any developer to have zip working for Honor phones.

I want to rollback because in elite rom 2.0 is no sound. The developer said that in elite rom 3.0 will be, and it will be released in one day. But thanks for telling me this, I will flash Arsenik rom now.
Ok I flashed Arsenik Rom, but I don't have sound!!! And now it seems that Elite Rom and Arsenik Rom combined into one rom... It has everything that Elite Rom has ans everything that Arsenik Rom has. WTF

This is completely a guess, but since you didn't mention it... What system did you come from? In general, you should use QFIL (part of the Qualcomm QPST tools) to install an appropriate version of stock ZUI & let it boot once before you load TWRP and flash a custom ROM every time you change versions, to make sure you get the appropriate baseband and other hardware drivers in their special little hidden partitions and other strangeness flushed out before turning a custom ROM loose on your phone. Specifically ZUI 2.3 before installing a Marshmallow (Android 6) ROM and ZUI 2.5 before installing a Nougat (Android 7) ROM.
Did you do that already? If not, give it a shot and see if it fixes your problem.

That's probably a good idea. I might just be being overly cautious, but I would recommend using QFIL to blow ZUI 2.3 and boot it once before installing TWRP and an android 6-based custom ROM. Just in case the previous custom ROM did something funny to your /persist partition.

Hi guys!
Do you want the stock b895 (brand vodafone) deabloated and with some mod and tweaks?
EDIT: I'll do a twrp backup beacause I can't make a flashable
Yes, as we no-brand users will try EMUI 4.1
for the moment I need to flash aospa because I have some problem with RIL of b895
Do it for b896, not b895
Use this tool:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite/development/betap8litetoolpack-mod-p8-lite-t3589396
Only need to boot in twrp and use the options to get cust, boot, recovery and system images then download any off my roms, open rom zip and replace my images with yours! Then you will get a flash zip.
My signature have a link to one of my roms.
The developement is in pause... I have some problem with b896
I can start with b895
Nothing sim card doesn't works
News: I can only do b895 mod but i need some testers because i haven't p8 lite now

I used Smartswitch to upgrade my Tab A to 7.1.1 and decided to give rooting a try. I flashed CF Autoroot (CF-Auto-Root-gt58wifi-gt58wifixx-smt350) with ODIN which was successful in installing SU and giving me root. Confirmed using Titanium Backup and FolderMount.

trying to build custom ROM for it (using either Superr Kitchen or ASSAYYED KITCHEN) , but does not look like working, it bootloops, I know there's custom ROM done for 7.0 (@luattic ), but not sure why it does not works for 7.1.1., haven't check with @ashyx for his feedback
funny thing is that you can flash offical firmware of SM-T350 7.1.1, and then flash @ashyx TWRP 3.1.0-1, and then flash latest super su, it all good...it just when build custom ROM for 7.1.1 does not works...i wonder if these ROM kitchen does not include latest superSU or maybe something else

7.1 changed a lot of the filesystem and policy layout. That is probably why the custom rom kitchens aren't quite working all the way then. I do believe you do need to use at least SuperSU 2.8 on Nougat builds of android, 2.82 is a super decent build to run on Nougat 7.0 and 7.1.1

Here will be the firmware packages from the latest Global/China MIUI ROMs for those of you using custom ROMs that require the firmware for radios etc to work.
I will try to keep it as up-to-date as possible so every time you need to update your ROM you can grab the newest firmware here and use it to keep firmware up-to-date as well.
Installation Instructions:
I recommend using firmware from the Stable builds, but the firmware from the other ROMs should be fine too. Let us know in the comments if you see any differences between them.
For Oreo ROMs use Oreo Firmware.
For Nougat ROMs use Nougat Firmware.
Follow advice from your ROM maintainer!

In theory it should be fine since it doesn't replace anything to do with /system.
In practice I'm not 100% sure as I've seen a few people mess up their installs by flashing firmware after ROM.
You can just flash firmware then dirty flash your ROM to be sure.
Kind of like if you were updating your ROM just using the zip version you already are on.

No its not necessary.
Nothing from the zip should affect the system partition.
However I recommend flashing the firmware before flashing your ROM eg with an update or dirty flash just to be 100% sure.
But many users choose to just flash the updated firmware over their ROM and it works just as well
Maybe I'm just OCD about my install proceedures

On LineageOS I'm using the latest stable firmware.
I haven't been able to update the firmware packages for the last week as I'm away ATM but will be back soon and can resume uploading them.
You can also make the zips yourself if you download the latest ROM from miui website and use one of mine as a template of what files to remove and what to leave.
And then compare the updater script to see what lines to remove.
Its really easy I'm just uploading for people that don't want to download an entire ROM

No sorry.
You can make it yourself very easily though by downloading the full package from end.muiu.com and then using one of my firmware packages as an example of what to remove and what to leave.
Then copy the updater-script from mine to yours or edit it to be the same and flash

I'm planning to use custom ROM like LOS, but everytime i flash, the mic always not working properly, for example when recording, my voice can't be recorded, but if i tap the mic, the tapping voice is recorded..in the MIUI 9 Stable and Beta, the voice can be recorded but we have to speak very closely to the mic and the voice result also very low..and when i tried to flash back to 8.2.2.0 the mic is working normally, so do u think it's the firmware problem?
