What is MicroG?
MicroG is an open source replacement for Google Play Services on devices running Android. Since Google Play Services form a large part of the backbone of Android (many apps use the services), it is a very helpful piece of software for people going NO GAPPS. I have left in the first post a screen about it, no need to put more than that, since LineageOS is the same as CyanogenMod, nothing in its interface has changed.

That was crazy fast. I was getting bummed out because I was just getting ready to install CM for the first time on two different devices that are no longer supported by Google, but stopped short because I didn't want to install something that was going to be instantly unsupported. Yes you can
To be honest, so far its the same as 25 / 12 cm build with a string changed from CYANOGEN to LINEAGE. lol
You may want to update this rom from a last cm14.1, can run very well, however, from cm13 will be better and advisable a clean installation.
What is the importance of using this rom instead of last CM14.1?
Because of updates to the sources and the fact of corrections too, as you can see in github/lineageos, la has the corrections made and continuous updates.

Pe is good but many of themes are not supported like Belo,MonoArt, Outline, Ethereal i mean fully supported they have navigation bug from Oreo .
