On my quest for wallpapers, I discovered I'd be on a very long quest. Android has stock wallpapers they put out with each OS version. Some phone manufacturers and providers also have their own, and often replace Android's with their own. Regardless, I discovered this after I gathered all of Android's stock wallpapers along with some from unknown devices. I also gathered the stock wallpapers from my XT907. If I were to gather *ALL* stock wallpapers, there are likely to be a couple thousand of them.
My point is, I am making all of those stock Android wallpapers, 230 of them to be exact (some repeat because some were rolled over), available to you, here, today, in one .zip file. All wallpapers are untouched, and remain in their ultra HD formats which means they will fit (with some cropping and tweaking depending on your method/app to set them. This is a lot harder than it sounds in some cases) on ANY mobile device, and even many HD desktop monitors, laptops and televisions. I won't link any croppers, because I use 3 myself, and even then I am still not really satisfied with their cropping. In any case, I posted below the two wallpapers I am currently using. Scroll past them for a Google Drive link to the wallpapers.

Apparently the new Android Oreo doesn't have stock, material wallpapers. So someone created these. This was a top story on my Google News feed.

WOOD DECK ICONS
-Icons by DroidDeck
The WOOD DECK icons are extremely high quality, and just about go with any wallpaper I've personally tested. They come with a clock that actually turns on the homepage just like a normal clock, and fit in beautifully with these icons.

Let me know what you think of these. Give them a go, they look so much better on your phone in 2x2 format. I personally love them. As usual, taking any requests to build more if they're popular with the good people of XDA.

Apologies to all who have downloaded the set and it didn't actually have the clock it in.
If you redownload, the .apk is now there
Very very nice, will give this a try on my Galaxy S with LauncherPro. Do you have a Photoshop file of the original wood icon for users to make their own, TIA?
care to share the app launcher icon as well?
These work nice with Launcher 7 but it seems odd not to have an SMS icon. Any plans to extend the collection?
Sent from my DHD
Thank you very much for these, the clock.apk excellent, the icons are also excellent but as already mentioned there aren't enough of them, still thank you for sharing
Is there one being developed?
I would love to see one on our Android phones.
I know there's one for ADW Launcher, but that's more of a theme.
I posted it at the X10 forums, but as PlayGunsta suggested, I should post it here too so
that more devs could see it.
For those wondering what's an XMB, Xross Media Bar is a GUI developed by Sony for the PSP, PS3, and some Bravia TVs..
Here's an image:

i would love to see this also!!!
For phones, I think this would be difficult to use. For tablets on the other hand, it's certainly an interesting idea. However, I must say the XMB is more suited to a directional controller rather than a touch screen. In all honesty, I don't see this being very practical for Android, but I do find the idea interesting. Just my 2c
There are XMB-style live wallpapers already, ripped from the Xperia Play. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1025087 I think if Sony was going to release an XMB-style launcher for Android, the Xperia Play would've been the phone to do it on. I'm sure the thought crossed their mind, but when it came to practicality, the idea was probably thrown out the window.
Thanks on that one!
Or at least a widget might be good..
There is an Open Source Cross Media Bar for GP2X called GP2XMB. Is there anyone here with the knowledge to covert it to an Android Launcher? This would be a great Launcher for Android Handhelds like the JXD S602 or the Yinlips YDPG19 or even the new Archos GamePad.
I cant post links but if you Google GP2XMB it will be the first result
:fingers-crossed:
Hi XDA,
erm.....
Im not much of a developer so i cant provide everyone with an amazing ROM with no lag that turns your camera into a 20MP or makes your phone have 8 cores, etc, etc............ but iv kinda been into theming roms but never made anything great.
Iv been asked hundreds of times where i get my wallpapers from and i usually reply "Google is your friend ".
So i decided to give back to the community by putting all the walls iv used or planned to use in my (34GB) dropbox for all to use.
Heres a few from the collection;

One of my favourite apps is Tasker which allows me to automate parts of my phone. For instance, I get in the car, it turns on GPS, Bluetooth and it starts up my SatNav software. You can find it here.
From the day I had the app, the one glaring problem with it was the UI. It's stuck back in Gingerbread times and a lot has changed since then.
I recently saw a shared post on Google+ from Roman Nurik which showed various mockups of Android apps with a new UI. This made me realise Tasker seriously needs an update and I know exactly how it should look using the Holo design whilst retaining the original layout.
So here it is, my Tasker redesign. I'll be honest, I pictured what this looked like in my head, so I sat down, opened Photoshop and 40 minutes later I had designed something I thought worked great. It's the very first design so could probably do with some community input and refining. Let me know your thoughts.
Original post was from my Google+ Page, however figured I would share it with you here as well as I appreciate not everyone is on Google+

would be awesome! tasker is the best android app ever, but it looks like crap. well, the focus of the app is clearly getting stuff done, but a little bit for the eye wouldnt hurt

Hi-Tech UI is an android widget especially made for all those sci-fi fans who loves to have to cool gadget in their hand which they can control. It basically fills the void as you can see all the important info right at your screen without ever going to another application. It also contains live animations to give you the authentic look and most importantly each pane serves a purpose. You can open the specific app just by tapping on its hotspot. It is now officially available for Android with all new live animations.
I will suggest you to watch the Video Demo as I have also added 6 live animations to a widget.
