Yesterday after unbricked my note from lpy brick (for the 5th time), I tried to flash a stock rom with a pit file (found somewhere on xda, special 16gb pit file for restoring bricked device) but the flash stuck at the begginning so I unplugged it.
Now my phone is unable to go in Download mode, recovery mode neither normal mode.
The screen stay black whatever I do, I've tried all the combinaison possible...
I tried to put it in charge all the night but now the problem is still here.
Any help appreciated

ur phone still ok but u need do manually ...
1st-take out ur battery
2nd-put it back
3rd-Put your Galaxy Note into download mode by holding down Volume Down, Center button, and Power button together for about 10 seconds.
after that press volume up , then connect ur device to odin , flash new fresh rom without pit file
Your phone seems to be totally unresponsive; that sounds like the ultimate hard brick to me.
Take it to the nearest service centre.
USB jig
Did you try putting your phone to download using USB jig ? There are many articles relating to that . Sometimes the phone may not charged when its bricked . So get it charged from somewhere else , or may be from your friend who has note and try using USB jig . It might work , no guarantee , try your luck , else be ready to spend almost half what you paid for your phone to change the motherboard !

I don't think that the problem is battery, It was 55% yesterday evening, but I haven't friend with a Gnote
I haven't a JIG but I will try to make one if I can find a 300K resistor
Can I find a 300K resistor into a old none working device ? (Like a old radio, tv, telecommand ?)

similar type of brick....and the suggestion given by the SSC is better to buy a new mobile since they have to replace the main board....(without warranty)..and cost will be around (Dhs.1150) that is almost half the price of new mobile....
btw i have tried jig also but no luck...
I have the same problem with my galaxy note.
i treid everything no reaction
pls has somebody an idea for me ?
Same problem with me.
Weird, I had a I91000 for a year, flashed everything and never had any problems. Never got close to bricking it.
I did this:
Rooted it with this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1501719 - OK
Ran again CWM.
I put the latest nightly from CM9. When I started flashing it, it hung. I turned off my cell (no other option, it was stuck), now it won't turn on.
Whoa... What did I do wrong? I admit I was anxious and didn't take the proper care I should've, I was very anxious, but, wow... I wasn't expecting it to be so easily brickable.
Do I have any hope left?

Sadly, you are not alone with this problem. My experience was similar to yours. I solved it by throwing the phone away and buying another. Unfortunately, my second P7 has faulty flash memory and is almost useless. I'm now awaiting the delivery of my third P7. I suggest you buy another and avoid EMUI 3.0. Good luck!

A question? How can you do factory reset through settings when you have a bricked phone? I find this very strange!
If by any chance you still can load the OS, get the quickboot app in the market. It will get you to fastboot and than maybe you can install recovery.
All in all, I still don't understand, is your device bricked (can't load OS, just constant reboots - loops), or you just can' downgrade to EMUI 2.3!
Good luck

Thanks !

To install quickboot you need to load OS which you apparently cannot at the moment. Did you try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/help/stock-recovery-stuck-bootloop-t2875935

I totally bricked the phone ... i wrote in fastboot "fastboot flash boot boot.img" and after that the ph0ne begin to restart in timeless circle .. and still do it ... please help emergency ))
Try the method on the first post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/general/reverting-emui-3-0-to-2-3-t2934277
I fix it ... turned out i was installed wrong boot.img .. may be of huawei p6 and the stock recovery which installed doesnt work .. now instaled working and everything is ok Thanks 4 wish to help me !
I have a similar/the same issue as some people above described.
I reverted from CWM recovery to stock recovery (same stock recovery img as I used before succesfully). Now the phone can only boot to stock recovery (Reboot system now, Wipe data, Wipe cache, are the only options.
The phone is not detected by adb on that screen, so I can't try to reboot to bootloader using ADB. I also can't get into bootloader from volume button + power, because the phone boots immediately to recovery after I turn it off.
Fortunately I managed to solve it, so for reference:
Remove SD card
Place full (no incremental update) update.APP file on external sd card in /dload folder (B609: https://mega.co.nz/#!akcBCZBJ!4jLhlNsH54H-3DHeK3xPkzT3fWIHBR6QtbOllubdz5Q) using a different device (computer)
insert SD card
turn the phone off from the recovery loop by holding all three buttons (VOL+POW) at the same time. It's a bit tricky, but keep trying until the phone is off
Insert the USB cable in your phone and connect it with your computer (haven't tested if it simply needs power, or an ADB enabled computer)
Then immediately press all three buttons again
You should enter recovery again now, but the phone will immediately start flashing the update.APP ROM.
You will lose all user data though!
same problem here
Hello to all,
I had the same problem that my phone doesn't go on and time after time boot fails,
i read this solution and it works great i am updating my phone.
only i take the power + vol down and when the logo came switch vol down to vol up.
thx for youre help and sorry for my bad english

This CRAP haha had this happend to me it is a fully bricked phone u could fix it up by opening the phone and connecting some testpoints when flashing (tutorial on miui forum).
I sent it to repair as this same thing happend to me basically the "memory block" got bricked.
You know its just not make sense, i used it normally, not even yet try to root or flashing something, its fully stock, upgrading once..i used it about 2months normal use, but suddenly facing this, come on ..
Well this is what happend when I upgraded my version of MIUI through fastboot. Not sure how u got this but that is what it means as I had this too.
Latest update i always done was an ota stable one and am sure that was recovery way
Hey guys, I am in a big fuss here, I was flashing new MIUI MM 6.0 and it was taking to long to flash.. I was very sleepy then and I accidentally fell a sleep. The battery was at 88% when I started doing it. So I guess the flashing must have finished by the time the battery ran out.
Now I have kept it for charging for over 2 hours and it dint turn on. Then I tried going to fastboot or recovery, dint work. Then I connected it to the PC to see if the phone is on but the display is somehow dead and WALLA!!! It gets connected. BUT there is a catch, it now shows me SIX different drives out of which 2 drives I can access. I dont know whats going on! Someone please help me. I have to travel 450 km for service center.
del
same problem bro.. how is your mi3 now?
Looks like partition has messed up. Before flashing that MIUI sh*t were you on extended partition table?

same problem here, I flashed SMIUI it says cant mount /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc,. I just let on that screen, and it displays installing SMIUI system. It finishes but phone died after that.
Now same problem with the OP, no power, no fastboot mode, no recovery, when connect to a pc it displays many Drive windows. Please help.
Now I managed to removed the battery still the same no power.
Help please guys.
i have a perfect solution for this problem....100%working...now u have to flash a fastboot rom using mi flash tool from PC.....u can search it on google or u wanna know exact details then u can mail [email protected]
Faced same problem (soft brick) , steps followed to fix it
Connected to PC to check if the phone is still alive or hard bricked (yep it was , i got a lot of new driver pop ups)
I went through some MIUI forum and understood that MM roms have script which changes partition size over stock partition , hence the soft brick if u flash it in extended partition
Downloaded an old fast boot room (MIUI 7 kitkat) and tried to flash it using MIflash tool , but faced another issue in WIN 10 OS.
To fix it had to install latest qualcomm drivers for MI3 and flashed the rom in Safe mode(win10).
Now you can either flash fastboot rom or recovery zip after you change the recovery.

Hello All, I've researching this thread to try to fix an issue on my Redmi Note 10 Pro.
One week ago the phone got in a reboot loop without any change from my side, In some research I saw a few foruns saying that this was because an MIUI Update which bricked my phone.
I tried to enter using the cellphone in the recovery mode, however I cant, the only thing I can do is to use the fastboot.
I installed, ran adb fastboot however when I try to erase all data or install TWRP the message "Boot Command is not allowed in Lock State" or "Erase is not allowed in Lock State"
I didnt have the chance to put the phone in Debugging mode, it only bricked w/o any change from my side.
The question is: Is there a way to remove the phone from Lock State ? using software, commandas or something else ?

In my opinion you've to go to Xiaomi shop for repairing.
If no recovery bootup with hardware buttons power and volume+ together until vibration works and bootloader locked you can't use the important fastboot commands.....

Yes, but it is only the sign itself.
Battery is completely full, all night loading.
The is that the Booloader is locked and I cant boot the phone.

Try another charger and another cable
Because empty sign means normally empty
Where abouts are you from, if theres no service shop where did you buy it, if you bought it online then i suggest you contact Xiaomi online to discuss your options which im sure will include a postal repair service. IF this is a found or handed down phone as seems to be a trend on this thread then i think you are right out of luck my friend and need a new phone, unless you can convince the registered previous owner to contact Xiaomi to get it serviced for you and pay him.
Try this and substitute with sweet image.
