Hi, i have a problem i can't understand how to fix it.. I can hear the sounds of my phone but only with headphones. For example, youtube, music, videos or voice notes i can only hear it with headphones. Without headphones is like the sound doesn't work. Only the notifications like phone calls, alarm, message notifications i can hear like always, perfect, not problem.
Also i couldn't record voice notes without headphones until i changed the ROM, before i had 5.1.1 and now i have 6.0.1, with this new ROM, now i can for example record a video and catch the sound and i can record a voice note and after that hear it, but only with headphones..
What do you think could be my problem? How can i fix it?
Anybody? Should i buy a jack 3.5mm for my xperia?

Hey all,
I just picked up a shiny new set of Sony DR-BT10CX A2DP headphones, because I was sick of the huge Diamond headphone adapter.
I was hoping that the clever folks of xda-developers could clear up a few things for me, though.
Does A2DP support calling (microphone, etc), or should the phone switch the HFP/HSP when a call is made (or comes in)?
I ask because I'm getting bizarre behaviour...
If I'm listening to music and I make a call, the music mutes and I get my friend's voice through the headphones, but I have to speak through the phone.
If I'm listening to music and I receive a call, the music still mutes, but I have to use the phone to hear and speak.
Also, voice commands don't work through the microphone.
If the phone is supposed to switch into HFP from A2DP to deal with calling, this all makes sense (sort of...), but it doesn't explain why the profile switching doesn't happen.
I know there are already a bunch of topics about the Diamond and A2DP, but nothing that fits my situation. Since I'm using the Telus CDMA Diamond, I imagine that the other problems with A2DP were fixed (since I never have the problem of the phone playing music through the speaker instead of the headphones after a call), but it's still not perfect.
Hello guys, yesterday i was taking my girlfriend to the hospital and i had no headset with me. As we were in the line it is not a good idea to listen to whatsapp audio on speakers there.
but i got a very important audio from work.... so something occur to me...
Would it be possible to make a module to send audios such as whatsapp to the phone speaker that we use on a phonecall (so i would listen to the audio as if i was listening to a phonecall, on the ear speaker)?
If so, anyone want the challenge?
Does anyone else have bluetooth audio quality issues with their S10? When I connect my phone to my car bluetooth, the audio is crackly sounding, somewhat like a static sound. It seems to be with the bluetooth connection itself and not any particular app - phone calls, data calls, youtube videos, spotify, discord all for example suffer from this. I need to test a bit more but I think it happens on my bluetooth headset too, but it's harder to tell because it's a cheap headset to begin with. However, the car issue does NOT happen with any other device I use, so it isn't something to do with my car.
Nobody?
I have same issue, tested with an iphone and quality is normal

Hello people.
I just bought this Asus Rog Phone 3 Tencent Edition with Global Rom installed, and it has the new Firmware Version WW-17.0823.2009.99.
I noticed that audio on speakers and headphones work fine when listening music or making calls... but...
When i try to Record something on Audio apps like "RapFame, Smule, Voloco, etc", sound on speakers or headphones is always crackling.
When recording voice in the Recorder App that comes with the phone, it works just fine.
I don't understand why audio is crackling on other apps.
I also noted that if i try recording on those apps without headphones, turning Outdoor Mode On "making Audio Assistant turn off", the recording works fine, with headphones Audio Assistant gets back...and the crackling comes back also.
So... Maybe the problem is the Audio Assistant in this latest firmware update?
Please help me, as one of the reasons i bought this phone was because of its great Audio, but now i'm sad that i can't even Record something in it because it's always crackling ☹.
Best Regards,
Bruno
Problem is fixed in the latest firmware update Version WW-17.0823.2012.122 available since this 23 December , now everything is good with the phone hehe .
I just got a Note 10 Pro. All is good except when playing PUBG with headphones plugged in.
All the sounds from the gameplay go through the headphones except for when my teammates talk through the voice chat. The voice chat audio gets routed through the phone's speakers instead of going through the headphones like all the other audio.
However, when using Bluetooth headphones, this problem doesn't occur.
I've tried restarting the device, restarting the game, changing game settings, but nothing.
I assume this is a software issue right? Otherwise I'll look to change the device.
Thanks.
