Secure Folder - Galaxy S6 Active

Has anyone gotten the Secure Folder to work on the S6A? I downloaded the APK but it said it couldn't install it. Error says 'App not installed. The package conflicts with an existing package by the same name'. All I can do is click Done.
I have Package Disabler Pro and can see the Secure Folder in the list of apps. It says:
version name 1.0.00
Package Size 0.00KB
Package Data Size 8.00KB
Package Path /system/priv-app/SecureFolder.Stub/SecureFolderStub.apk

Replacing the Touchwiz Calendar possbile?

Hey Guys,
I have got the SGS for a couple of days now and i am very happy with it.
Phone is rooted and on Stock JF3 Firmware.
But there is one thing that is bothering me, the Touchwiz Calendar can't handle multiple alarms for one Event.
I have tried to replace it with the original Google Calendar from another Eclair Rom but didn't succeed.
When trying to install i allways get Installation Failed.
Any Ideas?
It's also pretty ugly.
I was looking for a calendar app to replace it with, but didn't find anything good.
try just to paste it to /system/app
You should also use the apk from
a dump.
If you attach the file to youre post i will try to get it working. Greets

Ok, i took the Calendar Files of a Nexus One System Dump, placed them under /system/app with the right Permissions and removed the TouchWizCalendar.
But it still dosen't show up in the Launcher.
I have attached the Files i used.
Thanks for the Help!
After removing the Touchwiz Files i found the following Errors in logcat:
W/PackageManager( 2251): Couldn't remove dex file for package: com.android.calendar at location /system/app/TouchWizCalendar.apk, retcode=-1
W/PackageManager( 2251): Package:com.android.calendar is not disabled
E/PackageManager( 2251): Package com.android.calendar has no signatures that match those in shared user android.uid.calendar; ignoring!
W/PackageManager( 2251): Couldn't remove dex file for package: com.android.providers.calendar at location /system/app/TouchWizCalendarProvider.apk, retcode=-1
W/PackageManager( 2251): Package:com.android.providers.calendar is not disabled
E/PackageManager( 2251): Package com.android.providers.calendar has no signatures that match those in shared user android.uid.calendar; ignoring!
W/AppSecurityPermissions( 2420): Could'nt retrieve permissions for package:com.android.calendar
After renaming the original Calendar Files to the Touchwiz Filenames i now only get one error:
E/PackageManager( 2251): Package com.android.calendar has no signatures that match those in shared user android.uid.calendar; ignoring!
But still not working, maybe this might help.

I have found another post on XDA that suggests using another calendar app, in addition to the one you have listed.

Any way to sideload an unsigned app?

I'm trying to install an unsigned apk file for testing purposes and i'm getting the following error.
pkg: /data/local/tmp/AL-Android.apk
Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]
Is there any way to bypass or disable the cert check and get it loaded so I can test?
You can download zip signer from the market and if will sign any apk or zip from your device.
I'm trying to use Zip signer, but it's teling me that it can't find the output file name I gave it (which is true becasue it doesn't exist) but when i leave both input and output file names the same, it says to change the name. What am I doign wrong?
the apk i have is in /system/app. Should I move it?

how to change app version name in AndroidManifest.xml

hi all
I want to change versionName but after recompile the app don't show in the phone ,and if I don't rename it work . Why ???
android:versionName="7.9.A.0.1_sinhhoa"
to android:versionName="7.9.A.0.1"
thanks
P/S : after many tried I had found the problem apk wasn't sign properly . I always copy META-INF folder from original apk to modded apk so it won't work.
The signature is somehow linked to manifest more than to the apk itself. If you change anything in apk except manifest, you cannot install it either way, except as system app. But if you change something in manifest, you cannot install it even as system app.
You can disable signature check or resign the rom or some system apps can be signed with different signature.

Hi everyone,
I have a P9 Plus and have managed to install Nougat, apparently the package with system apps (calculator, bluetooth, etc...) are in another file which I have not been able to install. Does anyone of you have this zip file containing such system apps?
I have tried spcseas file but it seems that it's incompatible with my phone's version. Any link to hw file would be highly appreciated!
Forced update method will be used through dload folder in external memory!
