Yes just swapped up to a 32gb one. Had a 16gb version a few months now, that one had the screen lifting problem but this one is perfect!
Actually had forgotten how great the Nexus 7 is as I've been having a bit of fun with a Galaxy Note 10.1.

You are not alone! I use my Nexus 7 for almost everything. Only 3 things I need now. 1. Y-cable. Will buy soon. 2. Ubuntu to get some bugs worked out. And finally.....3. The ability to dual boot. Ubuntu, installed next to Android? Hell yes. Thank you sir, may I have another?
I have from 3 days and I have completely forgotten to use my defy+
Love it!
Love mine as well. Now I'm itching for the ten...

:good: and I even like it with 4.2!
I love mine too! 4.2 not so much until Devs catch up and we have Recoveries that play nice with it. It also broke ability to use USB storage devices with it. I got it from playstore when it came out. It arrived the 2nd day after. 1st thing was unlock and root. Ran stock 4.1.2 until I put on a custom 4.2 (plain vanilla )rom. I previously had Galaxy Tab 7.0+. Very expensive and I thought I was getting the best. It was OK, but my 32Gb N7 beats it six ways from Sunday in smoothness, reliability. Also the GT7 had a proprietary charge and data port/cable. It was USB but you needed a converter cable for lots of stuff. The N7 is great out of the box but awesome!! when unlocked, rooted and rom'ed. Everything just seems to work better. Movies, music, email, calendar, notes, to do's games, You name it. Now if I could just make calls on it...oh, wait, with Google (Voice?) you can I am told!
Problem with 4.2 is it messed up the sd card file partitions so that I can no longer make Nandroid back-ups. I sure it will be fixed in a few days. Meanwhile, I am enjoying the crap out of this thing.
Loved it since I bought it. Eyeing the N73G for the holidays, then the Mrs. Gets the 16.

could you possibly pm me with any links for info on this as ubuntu recently took my interest
I feel exactly the same, not perfect but it's by far the most practical gadget I've ever owned. The iPad and S3 hadly get a look in these days.

My N7 is so good that I sold my 3rd generation iPad a month ago. I still play my PS Vita quite a bit but I did pick up a Bluetooth game pad in preparation for some holiday sales on Android games.

Loving my nexus 7 as well. As a apple fanboy the nexus really has impressed me. The only thing I don't love about the nexus (android problem i guess) is that none of the browsers can compare to the Safari-browser found in the ios echo system. Sluggish scrolling, accidently clicking links when scrolling never happens to me on my ipad or iphone. Google, tweak the chrome-browser and my apple fanboy days might be over.

External keyboard

Hi Guys,
Could anyone suggest a good external keyboard for Nexus 10 ? Something similar to a dock keyboard of TF700 (asus infinity) for example.
How similar are you expecting?
Anyway, I'm using:
http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Wire...5&sr=8-4&keywords=motorola+bluetooth+keyboard
I enjoy using it more than when I had the TF101's dock.
www.nexus10keyboards.com has about every keyboard out there. Most are universal but they got some made specially for the Nexus 10.
If its not a real dockable keyboard that can be used on my lap I'm not interested

There are none yet. I'm looking for a fixed angle lap typable case myself

Looks good, I guess that's what I am after.
It would be good if it had a dock option to fix the tablet straight, but I understand there are none of such devices on the market yet.
I'm considering this as it has a stand. I hear it works with android tablets just fine.

Just saw this and pre-ordered it, looks great! Pre-order on amazon (see below article for link) is discounted ATM.

Need app tester with stock Nexus 5

Edit...Thanks to all who replied. With your help, I've solved the problem.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I've had a report of a problem with one of my apps on the Nexus 5. It's got me puzzled, because it works perfectly on all of my test devices, including my Nexus 4 with the latest Kit Kat. I don't currently have a Nexus 5, though, so I'd like to see if someone can at least confirm the problem before I spend a lot of time on it. If you have a stock, or at least near-stock, Nexus 5, please get in touch with me at [email protected]. You'll get a free copy of Yukon Gold Solitaire.
Sure I don't mind testing it out. I'll email you.

Anyone has chromecast working with Avia local files?

I tried from my S4 (I9500) and Tablet Z. Both not working but those guys providing continuous release with local file play fix. Anybody? Let me know if there's a work around.

Still doesn't work on my Android 4.1.2 Samsung Galaxy S3.
But works fine on my wife's Android 4.1.1 Samsung Galaxy S3.
Same carrier, same network, different color - mine is pebble blue, wife's is white, but I refuse to believe the white model is better than pebble blue.
So at least in my case it seems to Android 4.1.2 specifically. :\

May be the android version could be the reason. Both my devices are running on 4.3. I emailed all the details to Avia when I had this problem. They released a fix after a week which still not working.

Have you tried RealPlayer Cloud? Perhaps it might work better.
At first it didn't work for me either, but I went into es file explorer, found the file I wanted to play, long pressed it then selected open as.....I chose video (or whichever your trying to open, audio, pictures etc) and then opened it with avia and it works fine.

I have issues with Avia disconnecting when streaming from my Nexus 7 2013 on 4.4. Galaxy S4(sprint, stock) on 4.3 works great though. Anyone else having issues with their Nexus 7?
Working well with my 4.4 nexus 4 and 4.3 nexus 7 2013. For those having trouble, some mp4 files aren't playable. That may be the issue you are running into.

The first time I installed it wasn't working, now I tried again and it works, it casts the photos and videos from my Nexus 5 4.4.2
