L09 isn't dual sim device, L19 and L29 are the dual sim version of P9.
Does huawei p9 eva L09 has one or two antennas? Can I put dual sim slot in this model?
Only the L19 is dual SIM.

the Huawei P9 actually has three antennas and switches between which ever of them is the fastest at the current time. What you mean to ask is, can the EVA-L09 support dual sim - It does not.
If you want dual sim then just buy the dual sim version of the Huawei P9, it is the exact same price

This section is for P9, not P9 Lite.
If you want a knowledgeable answer from somebody who owns P9 Lite, you must ask there
P9 and P9 Lite are different phones (diff hardware), hence diff Huawei firmwares apply.
Here are users for P9 (not P9 Lite, not P9 Plus), don't expect (useful) answers here for your P9 Lite
