What's the different between global version and eea version ?

there is two rom on en.miui.com for Mi9: 1. Global, Version: 9.3.1 (MIUI10) 2. EEA, Version: V10.2.12.0.PFAEUXM (MIUI10) . Which one is better? I wanna install one of them on my Mi9(China version)

One is the developer ROM, the other is the stable ROM. You'll have to unlock your bootloader and keep it unlocked to install the global ROM on a China device.

How to install TWRP recovery?

I have a recently bought Xiaomi Mi 3W at home with stock everything. No modification was done after buying. How can I install a custom recovery (like TWRP) on it? From where should I start the process?
Can anyone please help?

Root and flash custom rom

As the title says I want to root and flash a custom rom (This one: Download and Install AOSP Android 10 for Xiaomi Redmi 8 (getdroidtips.com))
Here are the full specifications:
Xiaomi Redmi 8 (3GB/32GB)
MIUI Global 12.0.1 Stable

Stock MIUI 13.0.12.0 global then magisk and USNF.
Optionally TWRP 3.7.0 recovery.
Then with root you can remove and tweak what you want.
