1) You will need ThrottleLauncher 1.1.10 or higher, download and install that
2.) Download the ZIP file given below and move the extracted WindowsPhone7 directory on your phone to \Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\Setups\
3.) Go to Start menu and start ThrottleConfig. Select Windows7 in Themes.
4.) Go to Start menu and start Throttle Launcher

Office Hub
NOTE: Most custom mods will include the Stable Microsoft Office Hub. But it is not included in the default theme.
Check this post for the most up-to-date version. Note: I will be updating both version soon with the latest icons.
This is a download post, seems as I got a post on the first page, for my Microsoft Office Hub. There are two versions - Stable and Experimental.
Stable - Latest Update: 18/05/10 I will be removing this version in a week's time. I think the Experimental is now stable enough. Let me know what you think

This Office Hub is simply a page with the links to open up the Microsoft Office Apps.
To install; you link the office.xml page in both the config.xml file and in one of the custom hub xml files. (If you don't know how to do this; read the topic or try one of the custom mods who have already done this for you).

If you want to make this mod for xhdpi devices, firstly you have to draw resource(png) files for your screen size..
(not difficult. just shade, circle and text)

I tried that both zip but it says error .... (status 0) istallation arborted and i tried to copy the files manual with root explorer but my phone boots forever
P/s: i'm running Cm9 rom

only 7 words (i.e instruction) till I get this amazing mod on my phone and yet it feels so far away. You must have spent a lot of time creating this so why not spend some extra time for a decent instruction that would make it more accessible to others. a full sentence instruction with key word is good enough allowing us to google for details. the link u post for guide doesn't help much either. anyway, is there anyone around here that can make sense of the instruction please make a bit more detailed guide here for everyone else. that will be greatly appreciated

He's instructions are perfect once you google how to use a patch.... there is no guide needed for this...... all you do is apply the patch to your rom source code. Use this has a guide to download the source code http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1503093

Sorry, but I think making some kind of mods for devices that I don't have is not a good idea. You'd better to ask your rom dev because this mod is rom-specific thing.
(or ask other themer / modder who have the same device as you)

Instead of making patches for CM etc, why not commit your code to gerrit and get it permanently included?

3. I have troubles with installation. What can I do?
Try this:
- Uninstall previous versions first (In case you have it).
- Reboot your device.
- Install the latest version of my theme.
If it doesn't works, try this:
- Change the apk file name to "Ideal_Theme_Light.apk" (without quotes).
- Put the file in system/priv-app
- Change permissions to rw-r-r
- Reboot your device.
4. Will you do other versions of this awesome theme?

It works after disabling ok Google voice from any screen. This is definitely a bug.
While you have the phone connected go to developer option then uncheck and check the USB debugging option. I had similar issue but this fixed it

Yes, and I'm NOT proud of it. That's the reason I've deleted them. For now, I will try to get in contact with the awesome designer of those icons, and try to ask him for "official" permissions to include them in my theme.

I've finally decided to make a theme for TWRP rather than my old stupid method which was theming the TWRP imgs, so.. yeah I hope you like it.

-- THEMED ALL ICONS IN GRADIENT GOLD
^- And it's for any Android device that has TWRP 3.x installed.
Screenshots:
How to install:​1. Download your desired theme to your device
• if you have any problem with downloading make sure you disabled any AD-BLOCKER you have
2. Go to recovery mode ( a.k.a TWRP ) and install the theme as a normal zip file
3. Reboot
• Test and let me know if you have any problem with anything
How to uninstall/remove:​• Head to /sdcard/TWRP/theme using your favourite file explorer.
• Remove what's inside the theme folder, that's it.
• If you want to go back to your previous theme you'll find a file called ui_old.zip, just flash it as a normal zip file.
AND LASTLY IF YOU LIKE MY WORK HIT THE THANKS BUTTON , I APPRECIATE THAT .​

If you mean theming TWRP to be like then I don't actually recommend it because the more menus, buttons and images you put into the theme the laggier it becomes , so it won't be much of a nice experience for you buddy.. If it is about making a brand new recovery then I don't think I can handle that much of a hustle, it's a pain to work with C you know. :silly:
I may consider porting it for your device just because I own one myself , but I'll try to fit that into my schedule if I can you'll see it in the J7 forum soon enough.

Bro i know u already stopped developing Rom but in Lava VX J7 2015 do u still have An Add-On like screen capture, screen recorder.. cuz ur rom is soo good and smooth.. but only some missing feature..
And about that ON8 kernel can u give me Cuz the Link in On8 kernel thread is dead.. thanks..

I have attached the recovery log to del-dog , maybe there is error because it didn't have any meta-inf folder for installation, its just my guess,

Sorry for the long wait, it was a busy month on work so I hope you excuse me.
Your issue is now fixed, link updated. ( Sorry for the new link I know, but it's not that annoying and I figured you guys would consider it as a support for my work. )

Sorry for not mentioning this, but this theme currently works only for TWRP 3.4 and below, I'll make sure I update the theme very soon.

Its pretty simple you can do this with some magisk modules but not everyone uses or prefers magisk right?
so i have a flashable twrp zip file that will do the job for you
So you can go here and grab it

Instructions:
- Reboot to TWRP
- Flash the zip
- Restart phone
Done.
Also you can do this via termux/terminal if you have and want a rooted method
su -c sed -i '/bool.*redesign/s/false/true/g' /data/data/com.google.android.inputmethod.latin/shared_prefs/flag_value.xml

No u dont need root....just install the latest beta from the link i gave and then install the 4b zip then reboot to twrp then flash it then reboot and done

okay take it easy, twrp as in I'd have to unlock bootloader right ? and my warranty would go void then and there right ?

Yeah u need to unlock bootloader.....warranty will be void.....you can relock and flash stock if u want your warranty back ...but our device is eol (end of life) so there is no use and mi no longer supports our device

Honestly all credits should go for me since I'm origin of all of these Gboard stuff you are even using screenshots from my Telegram channel t.me/rkbdigboard . Making flashable module of flags which will reset on Gboard update or even GMS update is stupid because you have to flash it everytime after update.

Yeah i will never deny the fact that u are a main part of it... ive give the credits too i just used screenshot of emoji tho rest are taken from me and my testers tho (the silky pink one a guy gave me rest its from me and my testers)......but this is not for like keepin it persistently cause not everyone wants magisk na....also i have some other solutions too HERE......and no one does stupid stufs bro (could have ignored telling that ) ...everyone has knowledge...its just the requirements ...there is no point in telling its stupid....maybee some people dont trust/use magisk so i guess its absolutely fine

You are right not everyone uses any root on phone and it could be useful but I don't think that's good idea to put it to device tree because it could break many of my Gboard themes. I'm not against your module and i think it's very cool to make flashable to enable most of the features at once without using file explorer which could be difficult for new users. I just got pissed off that everyone don't credit my findings but just emoji

I never said it was my idea i clearly mentioned it was the idea given by Manish4586 and he helped me port it i just added the values and it seems lame to point it to that magisk moduel cause it is how the commands are done anyways and i have more flags than in that module so it doesnt make sense i didnt give credits to the maker of the script caue i dont know who did it i wasnt mentioned about it so nly i didnt credit or i would have done it am ready to do it whole heartedly now too i dont wanna spoil someones hardwork
