Hi all
I had been flashing CM 10.1.3 stable on Galaxy Note GT7000 would like to update to 10.2 what steps are required for the same. It has in built options for updating under system setting/aboutphone/updates. As of now its not highlighting cm 10.2 which i assume it will soon as it is just released. my question are :-
1. If updated through system settings, will it effect my data and install apps
2. What about the GAAPs for the said version of CM 10.2 or have to install again compatible to it
3. If update not available by default, where can i get the same along with GAAPS and how to flash the same
regards
SK

I have Sony Xperia SP C5302 . I have unlocked the boot loader so that i can install the cyanogenMod 12.1 snapshot or 13.(lolipop or marshmallow).
But while going through the various explainer i got a little confused .
The confusion is what to install as recovery and what is the difference . Some says install TWRP/FOTA recovery
some say install CWM. No one explains how to install the cm recovery that is released with the rom and why please reply ....
and help me to find easiest way yo install...

You can downgrade at anytime but make it clean flash or you may face problems.
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 2.3.7 (GB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Your Warranty is now void
And other stuff that nobody reads
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
I built this using broadcomcm sources and mixed it with team DZB Sources
