Hello everyone,
I bought my new Asus Zenfone Go phone yesterday(09/23/2017).
Before installing my SIM card in it, I used Wi-Fi and added my google account and everything went fine.
After that I installed my SIM card and opened the data cellular and after a while the phone crashed and started rebooting many times and after that the whole cellular data were done.
But when I open the Wi-Fi the phone works fine.
Please I need your help, thank you.

Hi,
I am in a big trouble.
I had my G1 with CM latest build (4.2.15.1) and it was working fine.
Suddenly, it stopped recognizing network. Now it shows No Service.
While trying to solve it, I had Restored it back to Stock (RC29).
Now it is asking me to enter Login ID & Password. But Still it shows "No service" so no way of Login.
It doesn't even go to recovery also.
How do I solve it? (I tried with T mobile Support & HTC also, no luck).
Also, I am out of warranty. So what are the options? Please help
thanks in advance.

This sounds bad. It really sounds like some hardware failure. If you know another tmob user, maybe try another sim card? Good luck.
Happened to me just after flashing a new ROM. Turns out my 7 year old SIM had died coincidentally and using the new SIM that came with the phone got it working again (after activating the SIM from T-Mobile).

Go to your phone Settings >> About phone. Do you see the IMEI, baseband in there?
If no, your EFS file might be corrupted or deleted. If you didn't have a backup then you might wanna Google for help.
If yes, check your SIM slot and make sure the gold pins are all there.
I recently rooted my H811 G4 (T-mobile) and then installed the latest Imperium ROM on it. Everything worked fine for three days. The only thing that kept popping up was an alert from Lookout, saying that the Imperium Settings app had riskware and wanted me to delete it. I just ignored the warning as I figured that it was being fussy over an app from a custom ROM. I also kept getting notifications to upgrade my version of Android but I ignored those too as I learned that with a rooted phone, it either won't work, or will unroot the phone. After 3 days, I suddenly lost connectivity to the T-Mobile network. Could still make calls and text over wifi, but nothing when the wifi was off. After going into the settings, it would say that the network was disconnected. I took the phone to T-mobile and they tested the sim card in another phone, to which it worked just fine. So that told me that something was obviously wrong with my handset. I restored the phone back to factory default and was able to make calls again. Imperium was still installed on it. So I went back into recovery and wiped the phone clean. After selecting to restart the phone in TWRP, I got stuck on the bootloader screen. So I downloaded LG Bridge and got it working again. I was going to wait till I got a notification to upgrade Android before rooting it again, but after 2 days, I never got it. Has anyone else had this happen? I thought Imperium was cool but I'm not thinking of just going with another custom ROM.

Hi, may I ask for your help and opinion? My new Realme X2 Pro is rebooting on its own. Not until after C.31 update I found out that Connecting to 4G is causing it. Yesterday after installing the update I inserted the sim the phone recognized the network and I checked if the sim is LTE ready and after a minute the phone freezes then reboots so I removed the simcard again then the phone work fine for the whole night then I inserted the simcard again in the morning then the phone reboots so I tried switching to 3G and the phone hasn't malfunctioned yet. What do you think? Is it a software or a hardware problem? Thank you
Update: I tried to download again and reinstall software update C.31 it didnt fix the issue.
Hi guys! Randomly my mi 9 stopped recognizing the sim card. When the sim card is inserted there is also no wifi, when you remove it the wifi can be turned on. Have tried everything, hard reset and then Android setup not working also!!! After rebooting several times, sim in , out, in and out, different sims, rewiping data, nothing seems to work. Back to stock MIUI 11 not working. Updating to the latest 12.0.4 also not. Any ideas? Living in the US with zero support, so any help would be great. Thank s in advance!
