Was hoping someone would help with the dilemma I'm facing right now.
A friend of mine got locked out of his phone with WiFi and Data disabled, so all the options for resolving that either by logging with google account or resetting the backup password will not work as he can not remember his backup password.
The obvious choice would be to reset the phone, but he is desperate to get the data stored on his phone as he has not done a backup recently and it would be lost. Retrieving the data via USB will not work either because it is set as Media device rather MTP option.
I've read that I can flash a stock ROM and TWRP which would help in backing up the data first before flashing, but apparently TWRP is not released yet for this AT&T version.
Anyway, my question is, is there anyway that I can backup the data from the phone at its current state or is there a way to force Wifi or data on !?
If not, how can I flash a stock ROM using Odin while the phone is locked and not rooted originally !? this is assuming of course it will not wipe out his data entirely

Plug the phone into a pc then download the files to a folder that you create you then can factory reset and that will clear the password.
Once that's done you can retrieve the files that was stored on the pc

I have updated my N920C to MM 6.0.1 Officially. Unfortunately I didn't enable the developer option and OEM was not unlocked also. I tried to restore or recover my device with KIES and RootJunkey method as well. Neither I can install a custom recovery nor It could be fixed with reset method because of FRP lock. Kindly help me getting out of this problem. Everytime it gets stucked on Google account login after reset And I really don't remember that account which was logged in previously.
Error Message: This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a google account that was previously synced on this device. (and it can't be skipped).
Note: I tried OTG method but it did not work. Bcoz Marshmallow does not allow the file manager to popup directly. That method is supported with Android L or less.

What I'm asking for is written into the title, I've seen that a lot of devices that come WITH GAPPS already installed are compatible with FRP lock (it means that if you reset your phone without unlinking your Google account before, than after the factory reset you will need to log-in into your google account for be able to use the phone) but this device doesn't support GAPPS out of the box (you need to install them); so after factory reset GAPPS (installed inside the data partition) will be deleted and than the protection shouln't work. Can anyone confirm this? (even with experiences of other chinese phones, not only this device,because chinese phones aren't supposed to have gapps). The second question is: is google pay working on this device? Thank you all

Is it possible to recover data from non-rooted Pixel (Android 13) after factory reset? Today i realized that i lost one of my secret phrases to Ravencoin Wallet and I wonder if it possible to recover wallet.dat file.
