They show as being for the G4 Play. Are you sure they will work with the E4 Plus?

Hi, W00fah. For the Verizon Moto E4 Plus SKU XT1774, I have checked the device info against the firmware listed as the G4 Play and it is a match. I have not tested it yet due to failing to unlock the oem. I've posted device details in this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e4-plus/help/device-info-sku-xt1774-verizon-moto-e4-t3683472
Note: That I did not post my complete fastboot info, but you can also run the command `fastboot getvar all` to get info for your device and see if the build versions all match. I recommend dumping it to a text file for future reference with `fastboot getvar all 2> phoneinfo.txt`.
For details on these commands, see Using ADB and Fastboot tools to get more information about your phone :good:

pls help,I cant use my phone now. Before I unlock the bootloader I have been flashed the 6.0 stock rom which was donwloaded from the firmware.center, but it is not working. Now I try to flash to 5.0.2 stock rom,but it occurs some messages like "downgrade for boot" "version downgraded for primary gpt" "preflash validation failed"......It upsets me so much. If you can help me out of the annoying question,I will apprecite you very much!!!!
First of all. NEVER downgrade the bootloader.
Flash the latest FW(its the latest for yours, maybe you downloaded the older 6.0 version).
https://firmware.center/firmware/Mo...BS24.65-34-5_cid7_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip
You cannot downgrade your OS, when your BL state is locked

Thank you,I have tried all the stock roms, but none have succeeded and I make sure these are the latest ones. I just can only get through the unlock BL and then reflash the 5.0.2 rom.
The latest ones, OK - but are you sure they are the right ones?
Because you're in the wrong forum. Your phone is a Thea (Moto G 2014 comes in two flavors) - I bet you are trying to flash ROMs for Titan.

Good Afternoon community, I have a small question about my Moto Z3 Play beckham Brazilian model XT 1929-5. but checking bootloader and settings found that it is showing the incorrect SKU with the number TX1601, if I am not mistaken this number and the Moto G4 plus, there is a way to repair this, and the phone works perfectly running Android 9 Whoever can help will be grateful.

Do you use Magisk, root or any other kind of "device spoofing"???
Nothing, bootloader locked factory. When I checked the incorrect SKU, the bootloader was the first thing I checked and to my surprise it was blocked.
Can you take a picture of the bootloader screen, usually there's information about the SKU in there...

Also, try flashing this ROM, it already contains the May 1st patches:

Good Afternoon community, I have a small question about my Moto Z3 Play beckham Brazilian model XT 1929-5. but checking bootloader and settings found that it is showing the incorrect SKU with the number TX1601, if I am not mistaken this number and the Moto G4 plus, there is a way to repair this, and the phone works perfectly running Android 9 Whoever can help will be grateful.

Thanks for replying, as requested I will have a photo of the bootloader screen in this mode the sku is incorrect, and also the function barcodes in this, the sku is correct.
Another photo I took was from rsd lite shows an error of (the phone could not switch to fastboot mode) so I can just update the phone in Minimal ADB and Fastboot.
I'm sticking down the getvar all I did on adb walks fastboot

yes, I updated the rom as you mentioned it, and after restart it shows update of May 2019, but continues with the incorrect sku.

So it's a falcon (Moto G) and you're in the wrong forum.
Search in the forum for your device, for example:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/development
And just a tip: Never EVER flash any ROM if you're not sure if it's made for your device.
That's a very good way to hardbrick your phone and make it a nice paperweight.
