Anyone use the dual boot patcher boot oreo? - OnePlus 3 Guides, News, & Discussion

I found the lineage 15 is update on 0930.so I tested it with dual boot patcher as a secondary rom .
Anyone boot it use the dual boot patcher ?
I use it on secondary rom,but titanium backup and camera can't find the storage.
titanium stuck at scaning backup files.
Camera notice :insert sdcard before using camera.
I'm not sure if it's a bug of dbp or rom's.

Here is some erro notice.

[ROM][ULB] CM-13.0 for Xperia T Beta

Hello and welcome to CM-13.0 Beta 1 !
first of all a BIG thank you to @Adrian DC wich had constributed also to this rom (he fixed the camera and helped me with the other stuffs )
Known bugs:
- sometimes the device will bootloop (only in starting phase )
USE THE FLASHABLE HOTFIX for that
- sometimes RIL may not start (on bootup)
if you encounter one of these bugs please press and hold vol+ and powerbutton to FORCE SHUTDOWN and then reboot again
Other "bug":
- selinux disabled until i patched it
Sourcecode can be found on my git:
github.com/sdtbarbarossa
How to install:
1. make sure your internal SDCard is formated to exfat (you can use Whiteneos TWRP to get that)
2. clean install the rom ( wipe cache & data & system ) [alternativeley dirtyflash.... but then dont report bugs!]
3. flash gapps (i use OPENGAPPS - ARM - 6.0 - PICO )
4. reboot
5. wait several times

Got that myself, it doesn't work with TWRP 3, you need an older version, i used TWRP 2.8.6.0
(fix) flash it with philz_touch_6.12.8
Q: how do you install supersu? It doen't work from google apps and I tried to flash it from TWRP and I got a bootloop
For me installation works with TWRP from 12.1 kernel. After creation of dalvik files it never ended with "apps are starting". Killed the device (Vol+ & Power) and got never ending boot animation... tried to reinstall. Now got "Operation not supported on transport endpoint". Restored "boot" from last 12.1 nand backup, rebooted to (that funny colored) revovery, wiped again, reinstalled (BTW open_gapps-arm-6.0-pico-20160403 in queue) and now..... hey, I get a PIN screen! Wifi & Google sign in works without problem. Developer options, root access, adb shell, seems alright for now - good night and many thanks to SdtBarbarossa!

From Xperia M I know it's very tricky or nearly impossible... For me the "onboard solution" for root access is okay. (did not try yet if it really works...)
Actually you are right, I didn't enable the root access from developer options the first time.. but it works and you don't need supersu
But I had no service and after a reboot it started to bootloop again..
bootloop after a reboot
Reinstalled again.. and after each app install I rebooted to see what might cause the bootloop
For me at least, it started to bootloop after I installed and gave root access to titanium backup.
1. the bootloop is a known bug lile i said ( it is that the mediaserver dont start for a unknown reason... depending on the random queue of loading librarys )
atm i prefere everyone to reboot not often x)
bootloops should be solvable by hardboot ( vol+ and powerbutton )
then there are 2 cases:
1.lib a gets loaded before lib b => it boots
2.lib b gets loaded before lib a => it loops
there is nothing how i can controll that atm
2. if you habe trouble flashing the rom please send me a log
3. guys can it be that the no service bug only appears on first boot?
Sent from my Xperia T using XDA Free mobile app
Here's an example logcat for a boot-loop. All boot loops I got were ending with that "Waiting for service media.audio_policy..."
BTW In my case has nothing to do with Titanium Backup, it seems to be random
I'll probably test the rom today. Keep up the good work SdtBarbarossa.

yes i know... thx for the log its the same i get... this bug is just as random as i explained above... hard to find the real reason
so except for the bootup problems ... how is the rom? any other problems?

First impression's really good. Much snappier than 12.1 - expected. It was a little tricky to change the 'sdcard0' to vfat. As suggested I tried to do it with the 12.1-kernel-TWRP... first did a backup to ext-sd but after copying with TWRP-filemanager it crashed, automatically rebooted the 13-ROM, killed the dalvik and boot-looped At least sdcard0 data were transfered!
So restored kernel & data from nand backup and after successful boot, tried to format sdcard0, mentioned "corrupt" in settings-Storage&USB but ERROR occurred. So I tried with adb shell
Code:
newfs_msdos -F 32 /dev/block/mmcblk0p15
OR
Code:
mkfs.exfat /dev/block/mmcblk0p15
BOTH returned Errors (that's why I tried both) but can't remember which one was successful
In settings-Storage&USB still "corrupt", but after reboot (without problems) there was sdcard0 with 11 GB free - yeaaaah!
Pushed back all the Osmand Map Stuff and so on and now also
Camera does not complain any longer because of missing sdcard and takes photos.
GPS fix is fast and stable... That's all for now!
Ahh and yes, I can do phone calls & sms (aber das ist ja nebensächlich)
hi!
so tried last cm13 beta, thanks for your work first of all.
had same problems as @mankokoma trying to format the sdcard to vfat via WhiteNeos latest twrp (same problem I reported multiple times in the old thread if you remember), it simply does not work, sdcard stays in ext4.
then I did run the commands mankokoma suggested in adb and then I could see vfat for sdcard in twrp. but now in twrp sdcard is not accessible at all. it doesn't mount etc had to use usb otg to install cm13. and in twrp 3.0 provided with cm13, again sdcard is not accessible at all ;(
btw, I full wiped (system, cache, data and dalvik), and thanks to otg I installed cm13 beta. upon very first reboot, phone optimized all apps, but then got stuck at "Android is starting - Starting apps message" forever. I had to force shutdown and reboot, then it booted fine and could pass the wizard.
sim was detected fine.
but I see internal sdcard always damaged in settings. rebooted countless times, didn't fix the problem. and camera app FCs, probably because I don't have any sdcards available...
If I click on the sdcard damaged, and then configure and format, I get an error message, and it doesn't work.
so the rom is still not usable for me atm very sad because the rom seems very promising and so fast!
EDIT: settings do FC here when trying to enter developer settings so can't enable builtin root?!
seems that your issues are all because of the sdcard not formated to exfat... you can "revive" it by formatting to ext4 but then you can only use it in twrp... try again to format it to exfat

yes but how?? please tell me how to do that... in twrp 3.0 it keeps giving errors...
and by the way in twrp I see file system for sdcard is already vfat now! :silly:
nvm! trying again and again in twrp I always got error messages but now in settings it seems it is recognized! great! and camera started to work now will test it wonderful!
ps: FC in developer settings is still there... how did you get root? with supersu?
EDIT: and recording videos does not seem to work?

[APP] DualBootPacher For PRO5 Unofficial

You can run more than one system through this APP.
I have handed up the "pull requests" to the dualbootpacher project for 10 days, but there is no respond.
I can't wait for it anymore,I just want to use the viper4android on PRO5,and still use the Flyme...
So I decide to do it with myself...
It is another way to the goal...hah...
You need to flash a unofficial kernel,if you want to use the application.
What you want is all in the zip.
A patchable kernel:https://forum.xda-developers.com/me...tpacher-pro5-unofficial-t3628955/post72850240
The official website:https://dbp.noobdev.io/

I just add a support for PRO5,you may find the answer here:https://github.com/chenxiaolong/DualBootPatcher
Thanks!!! faust already uploaded one multiboot but there were some issues. I'll try your version. Thanks!!
would this work to install ubuntu as secondary?
Add a patchable kernel, edited from the newest flyme(Chinese version) kernel.I feel it is smoother than any unofficial kernel.
(Better signal also)
An unofficial but official kernel.
You can use TWRP to flash it,you'd better backup your original boot before flash it,please remember any unofficial kernel will cause serial number losing(display is unknown).Of course, it will be back after you restore your kernel.
Flyme6 ONLY.

:crying:I don't know,I haven't used Ubuntu mobile anymore.
It is for any flashable zips,
?Maybe you can give a try?
I have the dual boot working. I had to face some issues:
1. If I install Flyme as main rom and RR as secondary, the RR home button tap is not working.
2. If I install RR as main rom and Flyme as secondary, Flyme reboots just before start.
3. If I install one in main slot and other in dual slot, all system space is full and I couldn't flash google apps in RR rom.
The problem of points 1 and 2 is DTB partition is different in flyme and RR and the dualboot manager is not managing it.
To solve this issue I have used the TWRP by @st0rm77 in https://forum.xda-developers.com/meizu-pro-5/development/recovery-twrp3-0m86patchedst0rm77-t3469296
I have created a backup of DTB(Device Tree) partition for flyme and other backup of DTB partition for RR.
If I'm on flyme and I want to move to RR:
1. Restart in TWRP recovery and Restore RR DTB backup
2. flash dualbootutilities zip. It is an aroma manager to manage your dual boot roms. I select secondary rom (RR) and then "switch to"
3. reboot.
If I'm on RR and I want to move to Flyme:
1. Restart in TWRP recovery and Restore Flyme DTB backup
2. flash dualbootutilities zip. It is an aroma manager to manage your dual boot roms. I select primary rom (flyme) and then "switch to"
3. reboot.
To face the point 3 problem I have flashed RR in one Data slot named "rr".

Yeah,PRO5 has no suitable firmware, working in both RR and Flyme...
And what a pity, the dualbootpacher has not supported the firmware switch...
Do you think it is necessary adding a support for boot gui ???
the viper4Android could install on flyme6 and it's working.

Android 4.2 and 4.4 Mediatek bootloop after installing Magisk 18.1

Hello everybody.
I've read that 18.1 supports 4.2+ so I've tried to install in two MTK6589T devices I've. One running 4.2, the other running 4.4
CMW/TWRP gave an error mounting system, so I mounted system manually and it started flashing. Firstly it detected old root installed and disabled the old root. But when it tried to find the boot, installation was aborted because installator claims cannot find the boot on both phones.
Then I though, okay, lets reboot back to android, I will try to install a few days later, maybe its buggy now, but both phones cannot boot.
I can easily fix them by flashing rom again I guess, but I would like to know where's the issue and also post it for more people could face the same problem.
Any idea where's the problem/how to fix without rom reflashing? I've tried magisk uninstaller but after mounting system in recovery it is also giving error.
Thanks
UPDATE: For now, if no other solution is found, bootloop can be bypassed by dirty installing the rom again. But it has to be an easier workaround...
We know now that the problem is caused because of two factors merging:
1- Using Magisk.zip installer through custom recovery
2-In the case that the custom recovery CMW/TWRP installed in the phone is very old (for instance, CMW automade for MTK6589X or TWRP 2.5.0).
While installing, Magisk tries to send commands to the custom recovery that cant be understood by it, leaving the installation incomplete after some modifications in /system (read below recovery log).
Acording to the recovery, it seems that Magisk did some modifications without running correctly survival script - Adding addon.d survival script ("Unrecognized option '-Xnodex2oat'") and .zip installer is not designed to revert actions in this case.
Also, Magisk couldn't reach the boot modification step, so boot is not damaged, therefore workarounds for restoring boot won't work.
Using Magisk Unistaller.zip is also not possible as the uninstaller is mainly designed for boot backup restoration, and again, this is not the case.
Currently needed: Find what's wrong in system due to the incomplete Magisk installation to revert it back to the original state (before faulty magisk.zip installation).
Recovery log:

- Target image: /dev/bootimg
- Device platform: arm
- Removing system installed root
- Constructing environment

up!
I' also having the same problem. My Samsung J2 Prime stuck at logo after updating to 18.1. Any tips on how to fix it without resetting my phone? Thanks.
Update: Bootloop fixed. I used TWRP to restore boot image. I then update Magisk by flashing zip file from TWRP. Everything went back to normal. Hope this help.

If you have a backup of your boot image, you can just restore it using TWRP. But in case that you have no backup of boot image, you can try to get boot image from the internet and restoring using it. In my case, this is what I did.
1. Go to TWRP and then make backup of boot image of the faulty phone*. (Folder 1)
2. I used another J2 prime to create a boot image backup. (Folder 2)
3. Once that is done, copy and replace the files inside the Folder 2 into Folder 1.
4. Reboot to TWRP again then use that to restore the boot image on my stuck J2.
Tips: make backup in SD card so you can easily swap it in between the bad and good phone.
*This is to create a folder of the backup file. I did tried to directly copy and paste the backup boot image file from another good phone but TWRP didn't detect it. So this is the workaround that I come with. And it worked for me.
Thanks for your answer but I doubt your case is mine. Your device is much newer than mine and according to your comment, you've sucesfully installed previous version of Magisk without issues. This is not a problem while updating, as Magisk v. earlier than 18.1 was not compatible with android 4.2+. I think Magisk is not compatible with MT6589T even if they run 4.2 or 4.4.
I think that it cannot be a boot problem as TWRP/CWM displayed msg 'Boot cannot be found' while installing Magisk, so that I don't think boot was replaced or modified in any ways. Moreover, the bootloop is not in the boot loading, as phone can pass boot image without any problem, but it is stuck in android loading image. I'm thinking in some script or root modification that Magisk did before trying to unpack the boot, however I'm not that deep into the Magisk install to find the proper workaround.
I can restore boot backup and also I can take boot file from the original rom and flash, because in Mediatek-based devices, boot.img is inside de zip, but I dont think it will solve the problem. Anyhow I'll get back ASAP with the answer.
Any more ideas??
Nothing, boot/uboot restoration or flashing again just the boot won't fix the problem, so it's something that Magisk installator touch in /system or /data I guess, but what?

@trol_sg I'm gonna guess it's got to do with the absolutely ancient TWRP you're using. It just can't handle everything that the Magisk installation script is trying to do...
Your best bet (if Magisk will work at all on your device) is to patch the boot image with the Magisk Manager and then flash the patched image manually. There are new and shiny installation instructions available here: https://topjohnwu.github.io/Magisk/

Thank you so much for your answer. So it's the recovery, but can't find newer ones, sadly. Too old phones I know, but just curious if I could make Magisk working on them, lol.
I was going into the boot modification manually right now, but in order to patch the boot I need manager installed first, and phone couldn't boot so I did dirty flash of the rom to be able to boot into it again.
Lets see what happens then. I'll be right back.
Anyhow, this is not a solution to fix the problem of bootloop that I am requesting help in case someone could face the same and did not make a backup of the phone and didn't want to make dirty re-flash. Any idea?
Update: After I did dirty flash of the rom, and now Jiayu g3s android 4.4 booted.
UPDATE: So, after patching manually boot and installing (using restore in TWRP 2.5 as image flash is not yet implemented AFAIK), phone booted and yes Magisk is working.
Magisk installation .zip through a very old recovery is making the bootloop. So that, a thing learnt now.
But, for other people facing this bootloop, can we do a research to find what magisk.zip did to the phones to leave them in bootloop? Maybe we can revert without rom flashing easily if we knew what's the issue...
Thanks in advance!
Doing a bit more tests I found that magisk.zip did something in /system so that it is left in bootloop, but still no idea why/whats causing that...
There are delay complete boot like 4 5 second in j7 prime. I didn't love this version
any more help?? up!!

If you HAVE INSTALLED and got a bootloop:
1) Download the uninstaller ZIP.
2) Enter TWRP during the bootloop.
3) Uninstall using the uninstaller ZIP.
4) Boot to Android.
5) Download V17.
6) Reboot to TWRP and flash the V17.
7) Boot to Android it it should be working.

Hello, thanks
This method won't work in my case as in the step:
- installed magisk uninstall = gives error
Note 5 is much newer phone with a recent recovery TWRP that allows all Magisk.zips commands, but unluckyly not this case.
Also, this method is for wrong boot installation/damaged boot. In my case what Magisk damage is /system, not boot.
I wish it could be boot, because that is very easy to fix (flashing through fastboot/SP Flash tools in the case of MTK, recovering boot twrp "backup" even if you didn't make backup...) as you mentioned.
Hope someone have a great idea to revert system to origin, then we could post the solution for those who would like to install Magisk in 4.2+ old phones, and instead of doing boot flash manually, they try to flash magisk.zip and they got bootloop.
Main post updated with all thread information. Up!
Nothing?? Up!!

The only part of the Magisk installation that actually touches /system is if it installs the addon.d survival script. The log you posted earlier shows that it's trying to do this, for some reason, and failiing. I'd start looking there...

ROG 2 phone soft bricked

Hello,
today I did have a strange experience with my ROG 2 and my best guess is that there is some UFS problem, but a second opinion or ideas are welcome.
During a bike ride when I was wifi scanning (apps: "Tower collector", "Radio Beacon"), navigating and listening to an audio book, the phone just went dark. I thought from previous experience on a Note 3 that it might have overheated. Pretty much stress proofed from the previous phone.
Yes - it was warm in its bike pocket but really not overly hot.
The phone is an ebay buy 2 months old and has been ever since with omnirom, stable so far. I only noticed that the RGB LED here has no blue light, but I plainly did not care.
I tried to boot it after some 10 minutes again and the phone would not go past its omnirom boot screen until it reboots after some time, boot loops.
30 Minutes later at home I wondered then what is going on, and I copied off the TWRP backup from the phone I took two days ago, just in case.
I then tried to restore the same backup, but the phone switched off during restore after ~30%. This was reproducible, so I thought this may be something with the backup, maybe I cannot restore a partition. When I restore I had all partitions marked and I tested them one by one. The restore of single partitions worked, one by one, except vendor as it was marked read only and data as it failed unpacking (my recent backup then is dead?).
I then tried formatting the partitions, so "data", originally f2fs. I lack experience with journal recovery on f2fs so went to ext4. System was ext4 and was just wiped. I lost of course other data on the internal storage so tried to restore again with my copied backup. It restores, but it cannot boot and just bootloops. I now formatted all partitions, including vendor.
Finally, I tried downloading omnirom again and installed it. It won't boot, it doesn't even get to the boot animation, but just boot loops.
I reformatted data back to f2fs. But no change here.
Trying more: lineageos won't flash for unknown reasons, it immediately dies as "Error installing zip file". Checksum of the downloaded zip is correct.
I downloaded a stock rom and installed it. This is now the best result so far - It does want to boot.
Here I get a boot animation and this incredibly lame "tching" sound (it is a phone, not a sword...). But it also stops there and never continues. Yes, first boot takes longer, but not 10 minutes.
Any ideas what else to try with this phone?
So far, I can boot twrp via sideload and interact with it fine. But that will be it; ran out of ideas.
Happy for suggestions.

Use raw firmware to restore everything.
Install latest firmware zip on both slots.
After installing custom roms go to wipe -> format data by typing yes. Otherwise rom wont boot
thanks for getting back, If by raw firmware you meant the ASUS stock, I did. Not sure why data wipe after installation or double install to a/b partition would make a difference, but in the end I am new to this a/b concept, looks though like standard dual boot to me. Tried it, but no difference.
- installed asus firmware to inactive B
- switched to B partition
- installed asus firmware to inactive A
- wiped data
- started, so far same behaviour after 15 minutes of waiting (boot animation with sound, then it repeats boot animation until ...).
There are Two kind of rom raw firmware (used to restore bricked device) and recovery rom (zip file we use for update)
Raw firmware will flash ROM to both the slots, while recovery rom only flash to one slot. So you need to Only select reboot to recovery after flashing ROM to switch to the updated slot.
No, stock rom is not exactly raw firmware. RAW firmware uses EDL mode (in bootloader) to flash the stock rom. Download A10 raw from here version .90.
when extracting it you will see some files.
Steps To flash Raw:
* enable usb debugging in phone.
*connect the phone via side port to pc
open command prompt and run this command
adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
Now go to the folder where you extracted the raw firmware & run "flashall_AFT.cmd" as admin
wait [there will be no output]. After 15 -20 mins your device should boot. If you have any old version stock rom data the phone will carry the data to new version. If you have any custom rom/ updated version of stock rom data, it will ask to factory reset, so do that.
wiping is not exactly formatting so do it the right way
Why format: the one where you format by typing "yes" .If you switch between Roms ( stock to custom or vice versa) and go back to older versions (v .100 to .60) the old/previous rom data cant be used with new one so you must format data.
when formatting is not necessary : If you want to upgrade both stock images (version .90 to .100) & custom rom (v 1 to 1.2) i.e., flashing stock rom and then custom rom over it, you dont need to format data because you can reuse the data from custom rom to updated custom rom.
A/B device use two partition instead of one. so the upgrade can happen in the background. On restart you will switched to updated slot. So room for error is less.
The wiping here should be the same as formatting, as it is running the mke2fs (as per TWRP settings). But raw rom I do not have (I believe).
The link you have there seems broken, could you repost it again?
I did download the stock ROM earlier from ASUS directly, to not violate policies, HTTP links etc, here is only the path on asus . com
pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS660KL/UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-17.0240.2103.75-1.1.229-user.zip
That is the one I installed via recovery. Am not sure what is in your mentioned flashall_AFT.cmd though, but suspect some adb sideload at least.
I eventually succeeded, but of course would liek to know
1) why
2) what happened?
I did follow a video about flashing the stock rom, basically as you explained (factory reset and data wipe), twice to a and b partition. That made the device bootable. Why is this needed?
I tested wiping system again (I am used to doing clean flashes) and installed omnirom again, and it failed booting.
I installed again the a/b with stocks, factory reset and data wipe and installed omnirom as dirty flash. All is well.
Now I was able to restore my backup finally without the device switching off and it did not complain about the data backup. So finally I am with my phone again rom and copy data to my fresh partition.
as to 1) why?
I understand a/b partition as sort of windows/linux dual boot with a more separate bootloader maybe. So I do not see the point in flashing the stock rom twice or in rendering the device unbootable when wiping system.
and as 2) what happened.
I may only guess: I did an omnirom upgrade 2 days earlier that worked fine and was the reason for my nandroid.
During my ride, the phone had some whateverissue and rebooted. I am unsure whether i tested booting but assume that after the upgrade it flashed to the other partition and it was not bootable. It does not make sense as this would make a/B partitions rather hard for custom rom makers, e.g. people complaining all the time.
Other guess: there was a file system issue with f2fs. Problem with data partition seems to cause bigger issues.
When I flash to ext4 after testing the bootable rom with a wiped data, it would not boot anymore. After factory reset again, it mke2fs the data partition again, back to f2fs and the device booted again happily.
Thanks for the help. Happy to know/learn more about this issue, as I would love to prevent or handle them quicker with more of I know what I'm doing.
Android Dual Partition (A/B) is made for seamless updates i.e, Dual system/vendor partition but uses same data partition. Lets say you are currently in slot A when you apply system update the slot B gets updated. As always rebooting the device switches to the B partition after update. & further update flashes the system to the A partition.
Basically there is no need to flash stock rom twice, unless you are coming from stock [one partition might be in higher firmware version than other] or there is new stock version with some minor/major upgrades to firmware files.
Our custom ROMs are not stand alone, Mostly it only replaces the system files and keep the vendor same as stock. (also this keeps the ROM update file size to be minimum)
you might even have different version of Android in A/B partition.
Here is a scenario on How A/B works:
Say you are currently using your device in B-slot and A9 so partition on slot-A will be A9 partition slot-B be A9. After that you are doing system update to A10 from System update (not via TWRP)
now you will have A10 on slot-A and A9 on slot-B.
then you want to go to custom rom, so you flashed say omni on A-slot and rebooted & it will surely work.
After that you are using inbuild system update from custom rom any applied it. now the system update will overwrite the A9's system files but (the device specifically needs A10s vendor to work properly). Now comes the fun part i.e., soft brick, boot looping, and corrupt images
That's why you have to flash latest stock to both A and B slots, and overwrite them all with system files from custom rom (also should be flashed once in slots A and B) to get neat experience from custom ROMs.
If you understand what was written above, then you will know the reason behind soft brick.
stock rom flashed only once (firmware image variation may affect stability)
custom rom only flashed in one slot (switching slot will boot loop device)
Not using Reboot to recovery to flash (you will be flashing to the same slot over and over & thus rebooting will boot loop)
Not formatting data ( Just Maybe, your custom ROM and stock uses different file system for data partition)
For Raw files search "ASUS rog 2 RAW firmware images" those files will be around 3 GB in size.

[SHARE] CAOS Custom AOSP project android 11 best rom for galaxy tab 10.1 (SMT515/SMT510)

So this is not my work I am just sharing this phh treble GSI which is fully tested and working super without any issues.
Installation:
Download this xz file(gapps included)
https://sourceforge.net/projects/treblerom/files/CAOS11/2022.02.28/caos-v315%2B220228-a64-bgZ.img.xz/download
Extract it and you will get image file place it in internal storage of phone.
Now Boot phone in TWRP and then tap install ,now tap install image tab now locate your CAOS image file and check mark system partition and slide bottom bar.
After flashing gets completed just go to wipe and do format data.
And reboot to the system.
Bugs:
1) adaptive brightness not working
2)some sensors are not working but still it will not cause issue
3)voLTE not working.
Here is full review of the rom
Will root this tablet soon and try it out!!
editnvm I thought I saw it as 2020 model
I just installed it and everything looks good so far. But I did NOT format the data partition. I had the Nexus ROM installed which didn't encrypt the data partition. Before booting this ROM, I used TWRP's file manager to see if the internal storage was encrypted and it wasn't. So it was like doing a dirty flash. It kept all of my apps and settings so all I had to do was arrange my home page. So, if your data partition isn't encrypted, you DON'T need to format it.
Hello, can you send the link to download the twrp? And for this tablet
(T515XXU8CVG2) Android version 11 is installed with Odin? Thank you
Hello, does it use less RAM than lineage os 19.1?
