Hi I have as listed above a samsung galaxy s3 lte i9305 does anyone no where I can download a jellybean 4.2.2 rom all the ones I have tried dont work on the ee network
There's NO JB 4.2.2 for i9305!
If you want, try CM based ROMs.

Sorry I mean ive tried custom roms out like cyanogenmod and it installs fine but when I go to select my network (ee uk) its not in the list so im a bit lost atm

Probably wrong modem wrong CSC read the faqs and guides before flashing .

HI. I am in the UK, on EE, have an i9305 (Galaxy 3 LTE) and have tried a few different ROMS and have had absolutely no problems on 4.2.2.
I tried the Supreme ROM 4.1.2, but upgraded to the LiquidSmooth ROM 4.2.2, v2.2 (STABLE) and have had absolutely no issues. In fact, I would recommend it to anyone.
Why do you go in and select the Carrier? Whenever I have flashed a ROM, it has automatically selected EE as the carrier. Is your phone unlocked?
Don't know what's wrong with your situation. Are you wiping properly before installing each ROM? Are you installing Gapps with each ROM?

Hi yes im wiping data and also installing gapps I dont no if my phones unlocked does that matter ive tried the luquidsmooth and I get tmobile network and theres no list for ee if I need to unlock my phone how do I do that and where did you get your liquidsmooth rom from please
If you're getting the T-Mobile network, you don't need to unlock your phone. You can try out various websites like HTC-Codes for a paid code to unlock your phone. There is also a free option, but it's a bit involved and relies on your phone being on 4.1.2 firmware. URLs are -

Hi I am on 4.1.2 so I dont need to unlock to run a custom 4.2.2 rom so the link you have given me will work on my ee network s3 ?

No need for 4.2.2, I have an i9305 on EE in uk and have been using rExreme ROM (4.1.2) for a few weeks now. Great rom for performance, battery and tweaks.

ok quick issue its saying its on ee and i have signal however if i take it of wifi i have no data symbol and its not connecting to anything eg fb or internet any ideas
Never had that problem tbh, but make sure data connection is enabled in data usage settings.
Failing that make sure you have the right apns installed in mobile network settings (I'm on orange and have orangeinternet and orangemms). If in doubt, ring them and ask you to send your Internet settings to your phone for you.

ok ive looked at access point names and it says virgin media mobile internet should it not say ee

Note 4's model number is N910W8 (Qualcomm). After a week of researching I finally learned how to flash custom roms. Thought my troubles were over until My phone wasnt able to pick up a signal from my phone carrier wind mobile. This only happens when I have a custom rom flashed. everything works good as new once i do a Nan recovery. Question is, does anyone know a solution or thread that has solved this problem?
TLDR:
Service wont work with a custom rom that is both N901T/W compatible.
Which rom did you flash? Because depend on the rom usually from N910T, or US variants Note 4, you may need to flash Canadian Signal Fix after you flash custom rom. Otherwise, I would recommend you to flash back to stock for now and may be ask the developers of the custom rom how to fix your issues. Best of luck!

Hi,
i recently installed Chinese rom of Android 5.1.1 on my nubia z9 mini indian device.
Most of the things work fine so far only issue I have is one with mobile data.
I'm not able to get mobile data working.
Network gets selected fine but internet does not work.
I have read multiple threads and looks like this is known issue. Someone did mention that he found solution but I did not find link to his ROM.
I want to know how to fix this issue.
APN is correctly set.

I faced the same problem in Indian Version but after coming back to indian version, I placed only that sim card in which net plan is active. Then after that i place the second sim now both r working and with data connection. Try this. Let me know if it success.

nope... i had flashed that gsm patch and after that data was working.
now im on cm 6.0 and since flashing that gsm patch data issur never came up...

I am on Stock Marshmallow of Indian Version of Lenovo K3 Note
I am facing an issue with Lenovo k3 note in connecting to network.
Phone is showing no service .signal strength is not permanent.Continuous lose of connection to network.
If signal came there will be only one bar.Due to this I can't make any call,not getting 3G or 2G.
I tried my level best to fix this problem.i changed sim slots,tried another sim,network search auto and manual,but not working.
I have checked IMEI it is present .Everything else is running fine except network .
It would be great if Anybody please help me, to fix this problem.

I have a galaxy note 9 N960F/DS model which was rooted with magisk on android pie.
i flashed the android 10 Q rom via odin and everything was fine except i didn't have any network and my IMEI status was NG. While the IMEI number was ok for both sims.
I didn't have much time to research so i got it fixed from a shop.
Now i want to know a few things.
1) can i somehow update the firmware without having to go through all the root process and having to patch certificate ?
2) if i backup this rom and incase i get a IMEI NG problem will i be able to just restore the rom ?? or will i have to patch the certificates again ??
3) is there any other workaround of patching certificate ?? are there patched modems available for note 9 ???
4)which is the best tool to patch certificate ??

I'm trying to figure out what exactly it is that you need. Are you trying to flash newest firmware then restore a backup? Or is the main issue with no data?

ok sorry i'll explain ... i have a note 9 N960F and it is rooted with magisk on android 9 PIE.
