[Recovery][GT-P3113] Unofficial CWM 6.0.2.7 Normal & Touch

Figured I'd post the P3113 builds inspired by adishakthi's thread for the P3100.
Both are built from Recovery builder, here are the build links: (Normal link) (Touch link)
Flashable zips are attached (based on adishakthi's flashable, put our recovery.img in them, updated scripts).
This is my first time posting zips, I flashed both and they apply fine, both recoveries seem to work. Since I'm new to this, let me know if I boned anything up, I'm happy to look into fixing it.

single modified kernel with integrated twrp recovery & injected drm daemon. all security blocks disabled.
STRICTLY FOR Z5 DUAL ON MARSHMALLOW ONLY
kernel base ---- : E6683_32.1.A.1.185_RC5_MY
recovery trigger : yellow LED > standby for key input, amber LED > entering recovery mode
trigger key ---- : vol up (twrp) or vol down (stock recovery/fotakernel)

1 - unlock bootloader
2 - download this kernel package
3 - extract boot.img & flash thru fastboot or flash zip package directly on existing
recovery, if any.

maybe I'm blind, but where is the github/source link? or do you use the exact sources from AndroPlus? Still, there probably should be a source link for the buildscript

Just to make sure that you are aware of this: When in twrp there is no adb connection with bb.

Thank you for the great job, Just wondering are the DRM & root integrated in the .zip file?
I just flash the boot.img in the .zip and what should I do next to have DRM patch and root? flash the .zip by TWRP or I have to download DRM and supersu separately and flash them?

what is ur exact z5 model? send me the stock kernel.sin & the kernel u flashed. let me try see whats wrong.

I have another issue related to the external SD card: the TitaniumBackup says that its not writable. Do you have same issue? Can I solve it some how?

In Backup folder location, above DETECT! button, change the Storage provider. Its TB & Marshamallow stuff, not related with kernel, etc.

Since last I week I keep trying porting a functional twrp 3.0.2.-1, but I did not have luck until today.

Please can you upload it to xda or share Google drive address or any mirrors with direct link, other than mega. It cause problems for mobile users. They need to install mega first and create it's account for download.

sprout devices use MTK headers on boot and recovery image?? From my investigations, this is not true, so you may as well want to change the credits line.

I used Carliv unpacking tool to unpack and repack sprout recovery and also to unpack an mtk recovery (it has two functions of unpacking and repacking, one designed for android recoveries like sprout and other one for MTK unpacking). So Credits are well done.

Can you describe the entire process you use to port the recovery? Please try to be as thorough as possible, that will shed some light on why my source built versions are not booting. TIA

Congratulations. It booted up...but it lacks some features like: rebooting to bootloader, partition SD Card....
Still it is good it worked out
Until you add all features you can use my port as it already has them

On a serious note, Reboot to Bootloader is probably missing because I added the flag to remove it, I'll fix it. Partition SDCard is a feature for ancient devices, which the sprout (4|8) isn't. The credit for it booting up goes to you as well!

I am glad for your progress...and I am not aware that my thread will become obsolete... I only want to help the community . Users will only have to download the reocovery from my first post of thread or from your last post of a fully operational twrp

Yes, that's the codename of it.

Just two things I would like to report:
Brightness level doesn't work. It's always max.
Second, not sure if this is a recovery issue, I made a backup of the stock rom. The rom was pin protected, but after restoring it the pin was not recognized. So I had to reset device in order to use the back up. It erased my sd card too, but I had another external backup up of the data, so it was safe

hmm, maybe I did something stupid here. Flashed the new twrp 3.0.3-2 through twrp and the tablet boots only in twrp now... the only selection I saw on which partition to flash was "boot"... so it boots only in recovery now
