Will it be possible for someone to Port the Pixels new Google AI to the S8 varients and the Note 8! Or do we have to wait for Oreo?

Now we all know that the GearVR no longer supports the use of the Note 7. But I wonder if Samsung has enable the Note FE to be used with the GearVR Seeing as the Note FE is nothing more than a refurbished Note 7 with a smaller battery.
anyone know?
you can use it with sm-323 (and also with newer models i guess) with a type-c connector. that's what i do.
Is there a way to have S9 Camera app & My Emoji Maker from S9 to be ported on Unrooted Galaxy Note 8?
Hi all
In that tricky position of weighing up 2 phones. Mate 20 x vs note 9. Since emui 9, no gcam will work on huawei phones. I've read a few users report that gcam works for awhile but then stops on their note 9.
Has anyone had this happen since updating to pie on their note 9?
Thanks
I updated my unlocked snapdragon unit to pie, Gcam still works the same, but protrait mode somehow broke, it's not working at all on either of the cameras
Hopefully this is right section!

Would this be for snapdragon or exynos versions or both?
Didn't work for me on note 8 exynos version.
It worked for me, but crashing constantly when taking a picture or switching cameras etc. Definitely not reliable.

Hi i have Note 9 T-mobile version, N960U.
My camera takes gray ish pictures, and does have juicy colors in compare to other S8, S9 phones. Is it normal?
Also the phone is on Android Oreo and there is no updates available on the settings.
Do you guys think if I root updated it to Pie the camera issues will be gone?
Thanks in advance,
Apollo
