Before installing, did you wipe the system partition?
I thought I had. Lemme try that again.

Twrp backup fails while trying to add file mozc.imy

I installed twrp 3.2.1.0 shamu version, and tried to create a backup. A backup without any data works fine, but if I do include data then I get the error createTarFork() process ended with ERROR=255.
I then did an adb pull of the recovery.log and then it shows that there was an error when writing the tar file, and there was an error adding a specific file.
Here is part of the log where it fails
I:addFile '/data/user_de/0/com.google.android.inputmethod.japanese/files/mozc.imy' including root: 1

That file is damaged. Delete it and the rest of the backup should work. There is a thread where this has been discussed: e: createTarFork() process ended with ERROR=255.

latest TWRP + latest Existenz Pie + latest Magix, if this information is important?
I donĀ“t know if you need the full log or even more of the part with the error, but this the only part where I can see an error?
Code:
==> set selinux context: u:object_r:system_data_file:s0

I can pull data from every folder. Maybe it is an idea to pull the data manually? But which data/folders should be pulled?
Thanks everybody in advance for some responses and help.
