Hello,
I have a galaxy note under cm10 but i have a question. It have 21 mbits but i have feeling this rom don't have more than hspa. It is true?
Hspa+ has a theoretical limit of 21mbps but you will get nowhere near that in reality. Hspa+ will only connect then available, same with hsdpa, 3g etc.

your network is shared with others, so you are bound not to get full speed.
If you have on contract andbit should be that speed, call customer support and explain how you measured it, check that you are in good reception zone andbshould get those speeds. It could be a breach of contract
However, note, some subscriptions cut of speed if over a certain amount of gb's. Check if you have not exceeded that.

Id rather you do a dance
Anyway, some modems also give lower speed. If provider cant fix it their side, you can always void warrantee by flashing stuff

I have a Galaxy Note N7000 and the signal strength is terrible. It always drops to no signal. If i'm lucky, its at 1 or 2 bars. Completely stock phone. What should i do? I watched a video on youtube about this problem but it didnt seem useful at all.
Have you checked your apn's? It's possible you can edit them for something more suitable.

Cell signal. I know about the data.
I bought a refurbished Note 3, rooted it (4.3 MJ5) and switch it to straight-talk/att service. I love the phone..but it shows that I have 4G even when I don't. Is there anyway to remove this to show my true signal strength?
If your rooted download xposed and look for the module that says stock international data icons for Samsung.

Does anyone have an idea as to the strength of the antennas? I have the Galaxy s7 edge and I am getting less bars and have a harder time holding onto a signal than I did with my Note 5. I hope the Note 7 has stronger antennas!

It's the first phone with 4x4 mimo. I'm not sure if that has anything to strength our not. Just speed maybe? I plead ignorance, but hope it can add to the conversation.
Can't wait to get the hardware and see if there are enough receive antennas in there.
Mine is sitting next to my unrooted note 4 and the 4 has 4 full bar but note 7 is 3 bars. Both connected to my wifi 10 feet away.

Lol that's not a good sign.
Looking at the comparison (Note 7 vs S7) on tmobile website it looks like the note 7 has more bands than the s7. That would mean better signal?

Oh wait that's for international. Nevermind. Should have Google search it first.

Mine has worse signal then my wife's s7 edge and if I lose signal somewhere the only way to get it to get service again is to restart the phone
