Hello everyone,
I have a HTC desire 500 dual sim. My phone when switched on is stuck on one screen white screen with three androids and option of Fast boot, Bootloader, Reboot, Reboot bootloader and power down. When i select fastboot it gives me option of factory reset, but phone is unable to reset it. It would restart to the same screen. Can someone guide me how to reset it using PC?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Press Power button and Volume down button, then press Reset, will get bootable screen, then connect the USB, now you are able to flash another rom..

If your TWRP recovery still exists it should show up. Turn off your phone and remove the battery. Now re-insert the battery and connect your phone via USB to your laptop (dont switch on the phone, it will switch on into the recovery mode automatically) and after 2-3 seconds your phone should automatically turn on with the recovery menu screen. Let me know what happens.
Hello,
My phone is not rooted. All i've been doing is downloading apps. It was still on factory setting, with no custom roms. I've been keeping up w/ the updates and i don't recall anything "special" happening before it was bricked yesterday night.
I tried accessing the fastboot screen (vol down + power button), and tried recovering, rebooting, and factory resetting, and they all sent it back to a freezing boot screen.
Using Hasoon2000's HTC One All-In-One Toolkit, I tried to boot it into bootloader, after a couple of hours, I saw a black screen w/ a red triangle in the middle, and after that, it just went back to being frozen at the Htc boot screen.
I have no idea what to do, any suggestions would help.
Thank You

Unzip this to your desktop and open a command window from it's folder (right click - command prompt here)
plug in your phone to the pc boot to the bootloader with power + volume down
type fastboot devices
your phone serial number should be listed
now type fastboot erase cache
it should say something about formatting cache
now fastboot reboot
hopefully your phone will boot back up
Hi Guys,
I hope that anybody can help me to fix this problem.
My girlfriends phone doesn´t work at all since yesterday. Probably she installed a new update or anything else and now her htc one m7 is stuck in a bootloop. The problem: Everytime I open the bootloader via pressing on/off + vol. down the bootloop continues and I can´t select one of the options.
I think it is not possible to get the data from the phone, isn´t it?
But does anybody have an idea how to fix this bootloop problem?
vibration - black screen - htc logo - black screen ... and so on.
Also it is not possible to get access via computer because win doesn´t recognise the connection as long it is stuck in this loop.

If you can't get in the bootloader there is not much you can do...
Retreiving data from it will require the phone to be already bootloader unlocked, if its not already unlocked , unlocking it will wipe everything.
When you go to the black screen, just hit volume down. That's been getting me out of my boot loop into bootloader.
Or, power off completely (hold power down during your loop until it goes off), wait a bit, then try rebooting with volume down + power.
Guys, HTC 626ph is restarting again again. Can not go to hard reset menu or fast boot mode it,when i press the a volume down and power button it appears and phone is restating. I tried by replacing battery , same thing happens again. Firmware can not be installed because it is not going to fast boot mode, it restarting and HTC logo appear and it restating. How should I solve this??
