You can use whatsapp, its a free app but it expires in a year, so you'll have to pay for it afterwards but the reciever should have the app too... if you want to send message via internet to a person who only has normal phone connectivity then I guess I don't know... but you can use 160by2 which is a free online SMS service
You can also use apps like Skype, Google talk, etc if the reciever has internet that is

I been searching for SMS app like Caffee that I can write with it a custom message and send them as answer messages in the Whatsapp (like the app Caffee in SMS).

i can't send/receive any message with the stock messaging app (5.1.1 firmware .232) [a message appears that tells me could not send]
while i can send receive messages with hangouts !!!
