Is it possible to setup the lg g r watch alone? I dont have an android phone around and I can't get the lg g watch r connect to my iphone 7 plus. Although I saw somewhere that someone manage to do it, but I have no idea how they did it. I can't post a link here because i have less than 10 post.

So as an owner of the Xperia Z Ultra, a watch makes a lot of sense.
First impression is..damn looks nice on my wrist
Now, since I hack all my phones, I was wondering for any type of suggestions on things to do on my watch..any tips you can offer is welcome as a new Android Wear user.
I am planning to get a glass protector next btw.

Dint done anything on my GWR since 2 months I bought it.
But there is an issue for me, my LG G Watch R is unable to receive any incoming call notification from my Z Ultra since the recent Lolipoo & Android Wear updates... With every other notification works perfectly though.
Could it be a bug in the Android Wear for LG G Watch R or a bug in Xperia Z Ultra compatibility with LG G Watch R?

Works great for me on all LP roms I have tried so far.
hi im new on xda, i am going to buy a new phone and i am between galaxy note 4 (used) good condition for 410$ or lg g flex 2 32 gb (new) 345$. i find intresting the stylus but i dont know if i will use it much. i dont care of the screen size or the screen resolution, i just want a phone with high performance and a durable phone for like 2-3 years. I listen that the g flex 2 is much better with 5.1.1but i want to know if it still overheating. So if you have a g flex 2 pls coment your experience with the divice or if you are a well knowing person on android deevicis pls coment wich you will pick. thanks!

Android Wear 2.0 looks like it will be pretty exciting and I would love to run the preview on a watch (not emulated) but I do not have a Huawei Watch or a LG G Watch Urbane 2, however I do have the original LG G Watch Urbane. I was wonding if anybody has tested the image for Urbane 2nd edition on an original Urbane. If not what would the precidure to safely test it? I really don't want to break the watch beyond repair.
You can't flash it on the first gen. It would brick it.
I'm thinking of getting one of these models but a little confused by reviews/specs.
Most reviews I've read say the urbane (1st gen) is newer than the g watch r and more premium, yet whenever I look, the urbane is cheaper?
They seems to have very similar spec, Same CPU and battery yet advertised specs says 24hr usage for urbane and 48 for g watch r?
Can the battery be replaced on the urbane like on the watch r? ( not easy I know but worth knowing for the future)
I see mention of android wear 2 for the urbane 2. Is there any news for these models? The urbane 2 seems to have the same release date as the urbane 1 ( confusing!)
What kind of battery life are you guys getting with the urbane 1?
Any insight would be much appreciated!
