Hi guys, I've been messing around the last few days I wonder if anyone has solved any of these.
So I am running developmental miui 9, rooted with xposed framework installed.
I can enable camera api2 via build.prop. First off, whenever api2 is enabled, the front camera is always rotated 180°. I did encounter there was a solution to change <mountangle>360 to 270, but whenever I do that, it breaks all the cameras, even if i change it back to 360.
secondly, after a while I got google camera working, however whenever I go to settings and go out (does it regardless if you change anything), the app will always crash and can only be fixed by clearing the data for tha app. Has anyone solved this? This means I cannot access 4k video or RAW photos.
Thanks if anyone has any advice.
With one of the latest weekly miui from xiaomi EU I had no issues after changing mount angle and I could access settings without crashes. However, no Xposed in my case, but I have Magisk with camera api module installed.

Someone passed a MI5 fix to me and after that was flashed, it was fixed. I then just used a different Google camera APK which fixed the crashing.
All looks good.
Can you guys explain the process of having api2 enabled and not rotated front camera (latest eu weekly)
I tried to post the zip fix, but I dont have enough posts to link to external sources (google drive)
I installed camera api from Magisk, while you can fix the upside-down camera this way:

That's the Zip. I had to flash it because if i changed it myself, all the cameras would break.
I did it on my own and had no issues, but you can choose [emoji3]

Hi! I have this problem when i install from google play fb app. Then i log in as always and it successfully logs in but then a black screen appears for 2s and then it goes back to app drawer/home screen. The app was perfectly working for me about 2 weeks ago since i remember last. I have tryed and flashed many roms to see if it works but no success. Maybe it has something to do with this when i went back to stock android 2.3.6 to get my IMEI back, i dont know... Can someonoe pls help me, i would really appreciate any help Currently im using OMNI Mackay ROM-latest
Thanks
Sometimes happens the same to me (i'm using cm Mackay ROM latest), i close the app swiping to the left or to the right in recent apps' tab, and when i reopen it works as usual

Allthough this should work, its a bit extreme to advise a full wipe and flash a FTF for every problem, especially when there are other problem solving techniques you can use for problems with specific apps.
I have cleared the data of the app and now it's OK!

Always remember to WIPE EVERYTHING when upgrade your ROM to latest version which has major update.

Hi to all, so I've a G920F (Samsung S6 International) and I've a custom ROM and KERNEL. So sometimes I lost magisk and have to reinstall it. The only problem are the many module I use, is there a way to install them in queque or merge them to make it faster?
Use twrp? You can flash multiple zips at once, up to 10 actually

Didn't know I can flash it through TWRP, thanks man for the info!

You primary problem is strange..
Have u any error message during the flash of Magisk ?
I had the same problem but with SuperSU binary (and the problem was fixed by Chainfire in selinux/su binaries).
It's a problem related to the kernel, the way to fix it is to disable magisk hide but every times I do it, once closed magisk manager in the recent apps, it reanable by itself

Yes because on Magisk v14 versions, Magisk Hide feature is enabled by default, so:
- u can make for u an Magisk Module to force this feature to be disabled (by using post-fs-data.sh file)
- u can try an other kernel for your device
I've tried many kernel but no one works well like this, so I have to learn how to do a magisk module, thanks you guys for answering me

Check MD5, download might be corrupted.

Yep, you're right! You have to check md5 of the file you have downloaded, I'm pretty sure will be different than the one reported on Romhut. The problem is that often Romhut has problems and so files downloaded are corrupted. I can suggest to use another browser to download the file, I think Chrome is the best choice, but that won't solve the issue. If the download interrupts, don't resume it with the download manager, that will lead to a corrupted file, file must be downloaded at once.
I'm writing this since it happened the same to me and I can confirm the problem is with the Romhut site and not your mobile or twrp or whatever..
Good luck with Romhut, it can be a real pain in the ass, I don't have the rom file anymore, you may find somebody that will upload the file to google drive or somewhere else to you to solve this issue.
I've mirrored the file some time ago for a friend of mine who had issues downloading. Hope it may help:

Hello.
My bank decided to release a completely new app.
The problem is it detects root on opening.
It seems like a crash on opening, but after "crashing" it opens a URL telling that it's "exit on rooting".
I tried everything I found (MagiskHide, Magisk Manager hiding, Storage Isolation, Island) without success.
Can someone please check the app and find what it checks and if there's a possibility of bypassing it?
This is the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=it.bancasistema.mobile
Thank you very much.
Try Hide also Magisk manager

Forgot to mention that I already tried that without success
If it's just detecting root at start, and crashing as a result, I have no issues getting around that. Might be that it's detecting a TWRP directory or similar on your device. Tips:

Try disablig usb debugging, if it is active.
