Stock boot logo for burn-in removal - X 2014 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Howdy, I have some not-so-strange-but-yet-strange request.
Does anyone have the stock boot logo from KitKat era?
My sis has some weird burn-in of that logo on the screen and I've wanted to remove that by inverting the colors.
Photo of burn-in attached.
Thanks!

[Q] Strange Color rendering issue - Lock screen ONLY?!

Hi all,
I have a weird issue and am wondering if anyone else has this there is a fix or is it just me who has this issue?
I have a White N7000 Note and I LOVE IT but for some reason the color BLACK does not render properly on my LOCK SCREEN ONLY... Let me explain...
On my home screens, black is nice and black and is "solid" ie: no color banding, etc... In apps, the color black is "solid" ie: no color banding BUT... On my lock screen, I tried to set a full black wallpaper to make it nice and minimal but when you look at the lock screen there is major vertical banding and the color seems to be a mix of red and black. It also looks very patchy.
I cant upload a pic at the moment as I don't have a camera with me and I don't think the screenshot would show it.
I know that there have been other threads mentioning color issues (banding, etc) and I DO get color banding in certain apps and such (nothing quite like this) but I don't get why this specific issue with "full black backgrounds" ONLY seems to be giving me issues on the lock screen?!
Im a bit stumped. Can anyone advise on this?
Thanks,
Update to the latest firmware. LC1 and LC2 don't have this problem.

Ya... Im on Darky Note ROM v3.3 which is LA6 based so maybe I will have to consider upgrading to a newer ROM...
Hmmmm... Apparently this person is running LC1 Firmware and is having this issue among others as well and apparently he didnt have these issues till he updated to LC1 (which is a bit different)... Please see here...

So the "color banding" is gone with LC1 but the Black on the lock screen is still NOT showing as Black? What DOES it show as?
Also... Do you know if LC2 perhaps fixed the issue completely and WHY is this issue only happening on the lock screen? That is what Id REALLY like to know... Lol...

Good fix for yellow screen tint on AOSP?

Hello everyone,
Ever since I got my Z1,its screen has had the yellow tint problem, but I didn't think much of it as my Z had the problem too.So I just opened up the white balance in settings, changed some settings and fixed it.
But ever since I have installed LiquidSmooth, my screen has returned to a beautiful shade of poopy-yellow .I tried many apps on the play store and the color control on the kernel but nothing produces satisfactory results.
Is there anyway to get the old white balance app on this rom or any other way to correct the yellow tint?
Plz give me help and suggestions
Thanks,
Bump

Anyone have the same problem with black wallpaper? This is my second note 5 already, the first one wasn't as bad as this.

is this effect happening if you look at a black picture in the gallery also? check that out. because some themes put a gradient effect on the wallpapers for some reason. maybe it's just that.
Test your screen by installing Material Black theme. See if its black everywhere but the lockscreen when fingerprint lock is on. Then you will know if it's your screen or just a software issue.
I'm not only one who have this issue (some t mobile users also have the same issue like me, maybe it only happens to t mobile devices), so I think it's the software issue. Everything looks like your, but the home screen and app drawer with rectangle box.
having the same issue but on top part of the screen
here is the thread i created

Its only happening on the lock screen. Its because of the shortcuts of camera and phone.

i tried the theme the issue disappears with theme wallpaper but soon after another black wallpaper is set issue comes back
I looked at the OP's screenshot and thought to myself that I only saw the Samsung Pay card. If that thin rectangle is your issue, I might be missing your point, but that to me looks like you have Samsung pay active. If so, turn it off. Does that fix your issue? If it does, then that bar is there for you to swipe the app open. As far as when it is there when on a black screen, my answer is that it looks like that for contrast as it is transparent when I had it active.
BUT if I AM missing the point, I'll gladly delete this post.
any solution found ?
any solution for this?

Are you sure that the lines are not part of the wallpaper itself? I see that lines in the screenshot but if It is a your display issue i should not see them.
Positive I see those lines even on the stock solid color wallpapers that are installed on the phone. Home screen is the only place the lines show up. If I put that wall paper on the lock screen they are not there . Attached is another screenshot with stock wallpaper from the phone.
X4 Screen lines problem
Hi, you can check if there is dust on your LCD screen flex cable. Try to clear dust and reinstall then check whether the problem is solved or not. The Witrigs blog has an article about how to replace broken Moto X4 screen. I think this tutorial can help you safely remove the screen. I hope my answer can help you.
