[Q] Question about the ROMs/kernels/etc in this forum

Will the ROMs posted in Android Development and Original Android Development work with any carrier or what? I have the Sprint version (M7wls) and I'm wondering if it'd be safe to flash some of the AOSP roms found here, or are they just for the international version of the phone or what. Thanks in advance for any help!

Read the specific threads, most ROMs have issues with the Sprint variant. Most of these ROMs are GSM friendly.

[Q] Sprint ROMs????

Finally got my Moto X rooted and bootloader unlocked, only to come to Android Dev for the device and find that there are only:
TMO/VZW/Other GSM variant ROMs. Am I missing something? Verizon even uses CDMA like Sprint- are these also compatible with Sprint or do I have to wait for one literally labeled as compatible for Sprint?
Also, sorry if this has been asked before, but there are 50+ pages of Q&A and no search feature, so here I am.

[Q] HTC One (M7) Lollipop UK?

Hi There,
Does anyne know when Android 5.0 is rolling out in the UK for HTC One please? I have a European ROM (RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_HTC_Europe......) which has updated to Version 4.4.3, Sense 6.0, Software number 6.09.401.11
Will i still recieve the 5.0 update OTA or will i have to instal it manaually?
Have been reading lots of conflicting comments regarding Lollipop, even from HTC themselves!

If you are 100% stock you will receive it normally, like previous updates.

Anyone got the 5.1 GPE OTA yet?

According to this: http://www.cnet.com/news/android-5-1-to-hit-google-play-edition-htc-one-m7-and-m8/ the Google Play Edition of M7 is already receiving 5.1 update.
I am on GPE (made into GPE from ATT) and I am not seeing update yet. I was wondering if it is because my GPE is hacked together or it is just not available to everyone yet.
If you have it already can you post the zip file so I can update mine in fastboot? Thank you!
