This started about 2 days ago. I literally just counted and it took 27 seconds for the phone to unlock after recognizing my print. This happens intermittently but is very annoying. Anyone else experiencing this issue???

Actually I just started using a new Samsung theme recently. I'll remove it and see if that makes a difference
Yeah, the sensor is turning into garbage. Gets worse by the day.

I was using a galaxy theme. Before the theme the fingerprint was 95 percent accurate. Once I started using a theme the sensor was working 50 percent of the time and was very slow. I removed the theme and went stock and now the sensor works 95 percent of the time again.

I was using a all black theme. That affected my sensor. What theme are u using that doesn't have an issue?
I have been using ""Black_Edition_V2" from the theme store with no issues.
I have also been using substratum themes "Swift Black" with the combination of "Status Bar Icons for Samsung (+extras)"
Does anyone have any idea what would cause the fingerprint delay? Seems weird themes effect this.

None that I have ever noticed, Been using this theme on my S7, S8+ and now my Note 8.
The sensor is just bad. I came from oneplus 3 - it had faster and more accurate fingerprint sensor.
Using themes slows down fingerprint sensor for me.

Hey guys, this is the updated version of Super Dark for DJ05 ONLY! Do not flash this unless you are on DJ05. If you would like to install the full ROM, please follow this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=871198
The updated theme includes: New UI elements as well as some carbon/mesh accents, new themed Vanilla AOSP lockscreen, themed swype, themed settings. Smooth Circle accurate battery, reboot options, etc. I also nuked the annoying new e911 status bar reticle icon. Enjoy!

I see that the screen lock still unlocks with the menu key, something that has been occuring with most of the themes I've tried on DI01. I didn't think it was gonna happen with DJ05.

That is actually the default behavior for this lock screen. It's pretty easy to modify though. I've done it a few times for different roms or mods.

The slider lock doesn't show unless you are using a deodexed rom. Other than that, not a single problem...not that I consider that a problem by any means
This theme is great. Obviously a ton of work and detail went into getting it as polished as it is. Everyone should flash this theme.

The Battery life has always been the hot topic on every rom, mod and other subjects. The more colors that show on the screen does in fact use more battery than a minimal colored screen...
So I decided to make a clean version of ICS. I see a difference in my battery life since I made this theme. Try it out.
Here are some screen shots

*I put the ICS wallpaper in the theme, I just so happen to use a blank black wallpaper.
DOWNLOAD V2
Excellent theme dude, exactly what i was looking for, the gray backgrounds in ICS irked me, also made it difficult to read in sunlight.
This is perfect! Simple theme and still elegant b'coz of the blacks.
Thank you very much!
No, Prob...
I was actually trying something out... since samsung started making dark menus and and other things in the newer phones, it got me thinking. I wonder if it would save some battery life if not a lot of screen was lit. I've been testing this for a couple days... seems to give me about an extra hour or 2.
Only thing I would change is the color of the wifi, bluetooth, signal, etc. with the notification bar pulled down. It always bugs me that when the notification bar isnt open they are blue or what ever color, but then when you open it they all go white.
Other than that looks like fun. Ill be installing this tomorrow.
Nice work annex.
Nice theme.Thanks for sharing

It uses less baterry than normal, even on LCD screens. Uses more than the AMOLED ones, but less than white backgrounds.

Very nice theme. There are still a few light themed items - the buttons in Gmail and the bottom bar in the Messaging list screen - but it's not a lot. I think some of the menus can use separators but that's my opinion. Overall very nice, I'm using it now.

Hi,
Many of us said the screen was somehow defect because of the while line bug on white pages/images. Well I succeed to take a picture while it appeared and it is software because as you can see, we can still see it in the red rectangle. It happened while I was checking my delevery status so yeah I have censured few things just in case.

You must be very lucky to capture that. The duration is just a blink of eye. Hardly noticeable.

Only just started getting this type if artifact & this is the first thread I have seen mention of it. I only get it on one website and only when using dolphin beta. I assume is a diver issue but could also have something to do with frames/tables on the pages.
Sent from my Nexus 7
I get one but it is horizontal and looks kind of jagged. It looks like what you get when a CRT television powers off. It used to be extremely frequent in the realm of multiple times a minute but a kernel change fixed it. I stopped following the forums for a while so I don't know if it has been fully addressed yet. Regardless, it would be nice to know if someone has fixed it completely. It happens throughout the system, no rhyme or reason, it has occurred on the home screen, in settings, app drawer or browser.

I have flashed the custom kernel for almost 1 month and never find the line again.
llink:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1775798
I just realized that I haven't seen the line in a while. Using PA and Faux.
Thanks then it means it is a bug related to the kernel 0o ?
I though I start a thread and have owners share their S6 Edge homescreen.
I'll get things off started. Running action launcher 3 along with Moonshine icon pack.

i've tried Nova and Themer. ended up sticking with Themer because i wanted to try something different than I'd been using on my previous phone (nexus).
neither launcher got in the way of edge functionality, such as it is: assign colors to contacts, ticker when phone is off.

No extra launcher. Just used icon color changing app and floating. Really wish someone could make a fully themed dialer and sms app so I don't have to use the third party app like Pulse (my current, highly customizable sms app). Although I think it's time I learned how to theme apps rather than just icons
