Recovery is not seandroid enforcing - Galaxy Tab S2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am trying to root my SM-T817T with CF Auto Root, I did go to firmware.mobi downloaded the appropriate version (T817TUVU2BQE2) uploaded it with Odin everything seem ok but upon reboot I am getting "Recovery is not seandroid enforcing" it does boot shortly after but there is no root or TWRP recovery, I downloaded the recovery only from firmware.mobi and install it with Odin, it went well the "Recovery is not seandroid enforcing" went away but then again TWRP is not there and root is not present.
I did google around this error for what I can put together this happens after you install the wrong version firmware however I am positive the firmware is correct, could you fine gentleman and gals shine a light on my problem? Thank you all in advance.

TWRP is not installed by cf_autoroot.
Install twrp from the appropriate thread on this forum then use it to root.

Phone calling through LTE
Thank you ashyx, ok I found the thread to install twrp then install supersu, With that said I see it as twrp_3.1.0-1_sm-t815_13317.tar, I did checked the TWRP page and I found this newer version twrp-3.2.0-0-gts210velte.img.tar but I do not know if it will work with my tablet, would it work?
Also after I am done rooting it would I be able to use any other roms? I do not see any roms for the T817T I was really hoping to find one that enabled , any pointers there? Thank you for all your work and help!

[Q] Need help with TWRP boot loop

Boot loop
Moto x 1060 rooted on 4.2.2 with TWRP 2.7.7.1 installed. I tried to restore. TWRP says restore completed but when I try to reboot into the loop I go. I can access TWRP but nothing else. I have two TWRP recoveries but neither works. My computer doesn't see the phone when connected, so I can't flash. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

why do u tried to restore if u have TWRP??
try to put in fastmode and flash the firmware again clean
or put in twrp and wipe cache, userdata and dalvik cache
hope that helps u
When I restore with TWRP it shows successful. Then when I boot it goes into a loop. I have 2 recoveries and they both do that. MY computer does not recognize it so I cannot flash.

Your computer should recognize it in fastboot mode (NOT TWRP) - you need to be the bootloader screen (AP Fastboot Mode). Follow the guide in general "Return to 100% stock" to flash the entire SBF for your carrier. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DOWNGRADE. Only flash the version you are currently on or higher.
Everything you need is in that thread, including the necessary drivers. If your phone isn't getting recognized it is either because you do not have the drivers installed, OR you are trying to connect when booted in to TWRP. Once again, this is wrong. You restore using your PC from the BOOTLOADER screen, NOT TWRP.

When I am in boot loader mode and try to connect with RSD Lite the phone is seen as "fast boot" connected but nothing I flash works. I have done this before and the phone was recognized but after installing TWRP it is not, nor can I flash anything, it says failed.
Thanks Sam. I got RED lite to work and all is well. Again, many thanks

Excellent! Glad to help. As you probably already know, you can now flash TWRP back on and re-root. Good Luck! :good:
P.S. I sent you a private message - please check your PMs.

I cannot flash or install SuperSu or TWRP. I don't really want to install TWRP because that caused the original problem. I need SuperSu but when I try to install it says "there is no SU binary installed". Phone says device is unlocked and Status code 3 and I get the bootloader unlocked warning screen. Should I reflash 4.2.2 and start over?

TWRP does not cause problems - likely your issue was un-related. You cannot install SuperSU without TWRP. You do need to flash TWRP - use the latest version from here: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/ghost
After you flash it, type: fastboot reboot-bootloader and immediately boot into TWRP. Click exit and it will offer to root for you.
If you insist, you can flash stock recovery back on afterwards which will remove TWRP.

Can't enter any flashed recovery after flashing TWRP 3.0.2.0 (N920C)

Hello,
Everything was working fine when i had TWRP 3.0.0.0 flashed and i could enter the recovery mode without any problem, after flashing TWRP 3.0.2.0.img from recovery and restart now i am stuck at boot logo when i enter the recovery with the message "Recovery is not seandroid enforcing"
Things i have tried :
1- flashed the old TWRP 3.0.0.0 using Odin, also the same and i can't even go into the system i could only go into Download mode or note 5 logo.
2- Flashed "arter97-recovery-n920cig-11.0-philz_touch_6.59.0.tar.md5" also the same.
3- Flashed "CF-Auto-Root-noblelte-nobleltejv-smn920c.tar.md5", the stock recovery back and i could enter the system normally nd the stock recovery too, reflashed TWRP 3.0.2.0 or 3.0.0.0 same problem stuck at note 5 logo.
so now i can't enter recovery mode !!!
Any help will be appreciated
Edit:
the last recovery i had was this one:
https://idlekernel.com/twrp/noblelte/3.0.0-2-M/
3.0.0.0-2-M from this thread :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note5/orig-development/kali-nethunter-break-phone-t3309415
when i flashed the given Recovery from the thread again everything back to normal and i can enter the recovery, any other recovery flashed and i end up with the boot logo and nothing else !!

because this is what we are working on, and it has issues with adb, and it's not really a good idea to release twrp without working adb

Twrp for marshmallow won't boot

This is really not organized at all... there's no site or link dedicating this idlekernel twrp for the 920t
Every 6.0.1 3.0.2.1 twrp tar I flash just reboots stock recovery.
Is there any reputable direct links ?Or is this just a Unikernel flash like 5.1.1?
There's only so many links to 3.0.2.1 twrp that's supposed to boot up twrp but it won't. What's the method really... the only one listed in general don't work for me !
I see links for spacex kernel that roots 920f but not 920t
What am I doing wrong I've odin the 3.0.2.1 twrp file 5 times from the general section and it just boots up stock 6.0.1 recovery
Sent from my SM-G920T using XDA-Developers mobile app
Unchecked the auto-reboot option in Odin, then boot into recovery right after flashing

tmobile s7 edge wont boot into twrp recover
I downloaded the recovery img and installed it using flashify and I am rooted on apd8, i cannot boot into recovery at all. I tried manually and through flashify and rom manger. When i hit boot to recovery it just reboots the phone like normal. It flashes saying booting to recovery in blue in the upper left corner but never actually boots into recovery what am i doing wrong?

[SOLVED]Recovery won't boot, and phone boots recovery automatically.

Hello all!
Having a difficult issue with my phone. I downloaded and flashed SpaceX-Kernel_MM_RC1_G920F_Test.tar.md5 along with using SuperSu 2.65.apk to root my phone in stock.
Everything went fine, and I installed TWRP Manager to flash the latest TWRP. The flash and verify failed, and it tells me I either already have it installed or something is wrong. Reboot into recovery?
I rebooted my phone, and the screen is stuck with "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" with the Samsung Logo. Now I can power down and go back into download mode, but I can not flash Twrp via odin, even when it passes the phone is stuck on the recovery screen. I can't restart my phone to boot normally either.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Edit:
I downloaded the stock firmware from sammobile, and flashed it via Odin 3.10.7. At first it was freezing Odin, after a few tries I closed all my programs and restarted my computer. I reopened Odin with Admin privileges, and flashed again. This time it worked! I guess I will try flashing twrp again.

Device Root Key error

Hello family; you all much appreciated for the support here:
i have an G925A stuck in a boot loop and asks to check DRK. i seem to have no clue on how to go about it, and asking for your kind help.
I have the same problem.
I have updated from 5.0.2 to 6.0.1 (I tried different firmwares found here) and now the phone doesn't boot anymore (it says something about DRK) and goes automatically into recovery mode.
Download mode still working but I don't know what to flash anymore....I can't downgrade to 5.0.2 since the bootloader doesn't allow and I can't try to upgrade to Nougat since "install zip from adb" in original recovery doesn't work...

I had the same issue after trying MM ROM from 5.1.1. Finally I solved this issue following step.
1) My trial MM ROM is PK5 version
2) I try Download ROM (full 4 files) via Odin
3) The issue is remained. I try Download ROM via Odin which is 5.1.1 root version in development board. In recovery mode, you can select reboot. Then phone is freezed with galaxy logo screen without entering recovery mode again.
4) I retry Download PK5 AP ROM only via Odin.
Then phone start to work normally with MM.
But it is not fixed issue. If you enter recovery mode. You will meet the DRK error again.
Anyway, I hope you can slove DRK error issue
