Hello, I have a work phone and personal phone. I want to have both lines in my P10.
I have all incoming calls forwarded, but I also want to be able to make calls from my personal number.
I know there are apps in which you can get a new virtual number, but I want to keep both of my numbers and my P10 does not have 2 slots for sim cards, is there an app that can clone or mirror my other phone?
Which P10 do have?
VTR-L09 or L29?
The L09 does have two sim slots but the second one is blocked by software. You could rebrand your L09 to L29 as I did for using two sim cards.

I have the L09.
I was wondering if thereĀ“s like an app that can clone/mirror my other phone.
There's no app for this - I'm looking for this, too. I want to stand alone phone apps.
The dual sim feature is blocked by Huaweis software, you have to rebrand it to L29 for using two sim cards.
the easiest way is to rebrand the L09 to L29 so you can use two sim cards in the P10. There is no clone app or something. Or sell your P10 L09 and buy P10 L29 dual sim...

hello all. this question may be stupid, but esentially for me: can i made 2 sim cards to work both on my diamond in the same time? I mean to can receive a call on the orange sim card and to receive also to vodafone sim card without to be need to change the sims, or to change the operator? to function both.
I guess there are a couple of mobiles (with two antennas) able to do that (seen one, can't remember the brand and model). With only one antenna what you can do is clone both SIM cards into just one and with a reboot you have the option of starting up with one network or the other (I reckon you can have more than 2). I don't know if it's possible with current SIM cards and can't remember the hardware and software needed to do that.
Oh.. And it's illegal The best option is to have more than one mobile
yes i know about that devices that have 2 antenna's. i was wondering if i can do it on diamond. i know also about that method with 2 sim and after restart to choose the network operator. thx for the answer.

Can't imagine it not working, if there is two sim slots in the little drawer, I would assume it'd work....
Maybe it is some sort of software error. Have you tried a factory reset and see if it works after that?
Does vodafone in any way make any changes to the stock firmware (apart for maybe adding some customized Vodafone bloatware...)?

My money is on the firmware not supporting Dual Sim. Most carriers hate the idea of Dual Sim as its in there interest to prevent you using anyone else's sim apart from the sim they sold you with the phone. :crying:
I have used funky huawei to convert my single sim to a dual sim and upgraded the software to the latest b52,(the phone with dual sims is running perfect with ease no faults at all). it was uk stock CLT L09 single sim and is now CLT L29 dual sim.
can i convert it back to single sim if say for warranty purposes if anything went wrong....
Hi , have bough the dual sim tray, but need help to make my Phone dual sim if anyone knows how to alter the system to recognise a second sim ?
Sorry if this has been asked before, am new here
cheers
Two words: Funky Huawei.
Beware.
I have rebranded and then changed over to dual SIM using funky Huawei. I was left with a fully functional dual SIM and broken speaker sound volume. It was stuck at 20% and no matter how many resets I did could not get it fixed.
You also loose bootloader unlock using Funky Huawei. I luckily had my phone replaced under warranty...

The only way is to use the funky Huawei method. You must pay for it. Go to Funkey Huawei site and you have all the info. These is also a thread here in XDA.
I changed my CLT-L09 single-sim in a CLT-L29 dual sim in april-2018.
No problem at all. I have a dual-sim phone and all goes well. Also I have had all the OTA update from Huawei.
The only problem is that you can't root the phone anymore, even if you buy the unlock code from a site. This because Funkey change the bootloader code to enable the dual-sim code, and there is no unlock code that works.
Hi, i'm looking for an answer.
My xz3 is single sim model but in settings you can see that i have two IMEI numbers, mabye there is an option to rebuild it to support two sim cards?
Edit: just checked that, it's dual sim phone, in PLUS(polish vendor) was sold as single sim version.
