I`m Looking for the stock recovery for NEM-L21
Hello,
maybe this could help http://www.modaco.com/forums/topic/377597-request-stock-rom-nem-l22/#comment-2276985
It's a stock recovery for Honor P9 Lite, but as author of that post said, because of the same chip, it works for 5C L22 too. It should probably work with L21 too. You can give it a try...
VicC
EDIT: here is another solution (for Honor 7 only!).
P9 lite recovery may not work on honor 5C, the best thing to do is waiting for an official firmware

Hi G.Man,
Can you perhaps help? My Huawei P8 Lite 2017 PRA-LA01 is rooted. I can't upgrade to Oreo although the OTA download completed. After the download it takes me to TWRP. I go to the data/update folder to do it manually, but it fails with an ERROR: 9. Is there a way to do this manually. I've done MANY searches on the internet and all the links to the norecovery file is missing. Do I need to flash a new version of TWRP?

No but it is compatible on basically the newer Huawei phones including our P8 Lite 2017.
Take a look here, this is the official forum post for it and there are instructions on how to use it:

For OTA updates stock recovery is necessary. TWRP doesn't work.

recovery_ramdis.img is correct
Flash with adb fastboot:
fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk recovery_ramdis.img
That's all you have to do. You don't need an unroot.

Hi,
"not compatible" means not compatible with the EMUI version of your phone. If you have moved to Android 7 (EMUI 5), you need a full OTA update for EMUI 5 and not an original update for EMUI 4 (Android 6).

Before I tried installing Elite rom V7.4 I already has it installed but neccesary I deleted it .. So if I had installed védőre Elite rom v7. 4 I must install emui that has elite rom v7.4 ? I think Elite rom v7 4 has emui 5.
I don't know Elite ROM. You should post your question in the discussion dedicated to this custom ROM. The answer I have gave you, was about phone bricked on a stock ROM.

Hi guys,
Using Mate 10 (C185) on firmware 10.0.0.180.
Is there a way to downgrade it all the way back to Android 8, without unlocking bootloader or installing custom recovery?
Thanks for your response in advance.

Thanks, but are you sure that i can go from Android 10 to Android 8 with Hisuite?
Just from 10.0 till 9.0.0.246.
I managed to downgrade from 10.0.0.180 to 9.1.0.320.
But now, hisuite dosen't give option for rollback to older version anymore...
Any idea or guide that i can follow from here to Android 8?

Use an older hisuite version!
But unfortunately I was only able to upgrade to 8.1 as well.
I used last hisuite to downgrade from 10 to 8.0 in 3 times. Works on ALP-L29(C636)!
