A couple of Chinese developers found that one plus was still using a branch of 7.1.1HAL/firmware in Oreo OOS update. Users are complaining in the Chinese OP community. Peter Lau retorted: "What exactly is the core of Android 8.0?"
Update: Oneplus disabled Reply function(yes, the reply function) altogether in the Chinese Oneplus community! How about that. The company is seriously ****ED UP. I'm speechless.

You can find solution for audio in call and data related fixes in android development nougat rom threads or infinity rom thread..

Do you mind posting a link as to what you're talking about. As to my understanding, no fix has been released for 7.0+. We're all waiting on an official release from tmo atm ?

There was a fix for ux and mm based rom and many users tried that on nougat but weren't successful so according to many devs it will only be possible after official rollout of nougat for t-mobile..Sorry for inconvenient..Regards

In a text form, most that don't know will take "can" and "will" as the same thing. Hence, why I said "false hope"... I learned that only YOU know what YOUR taking about. Trying to get others to understand in a forum is a whole different ball game. I'm not getting bent out of shape, but to hint to someone, that you "can" fix your phone if you look at a particular section; is just wrong. Especially, when it's not a fix present. Just my 2 cents...

Oreo has only been released officially in the past 24 hours and its not even globally its only in France.
If you want it that bad, Download the Firmware from Sammi
Flash, add TWRP and install Root and Mod the Stock rom to your liking, Its easy enough.
Failing that, wait until your favourite dev releases his ROM
