The links are much appreciated! Any chance you have a link for QA8 to QB8?
Thanks for the links! I have a question...
Thank you so much for those links. I do have a question, I am kind of new to flashing and sideloading files in Android. My question is: can I sideload an incremental update with adb without losing my existing apps and settings??, I must mention that I am running the correct version in order for this update to work. Thanks in advance for your responses!

No there is not knowing way to use ADB w/o loosing all data on apps. Samsung cloud get you some data back if you on Nougat update.

Thanks for the info. I'll download them and keep them aside in case I need to do incremental updates to get to a future build.
I finally updated my S6 G920AUCU3BOJ7 and I have been looking for G920AUCU3BOJ9, but haven't been able to find the file. I have noticed the Android versions are the same, that's 5.1.1, so my question is, can I update directly to G920AUCU3CPD6?
I did the above with the July 9, 2015(G920AUCU2AOF3) update when I updated to September 25, 2015 G920AUCU3BO12, but since CPD6 is Marshmallow I am a little hesitant.
Any advice from the experts?
Update: I took the plunge and successfully updated my phone to Marshmallow from G920AUCU3BOJ7. I will post the thread where I got the firmware from later because I can't do it on my phone.

Someone posted a way to update to BOJ9 if you have BOJ7 but it involves using ADB, which makes me very hesitant to do because if done wrong it can result in a bricked device. Also all the links tell me I don't have access.

I personally will not update to Nougat yet. I know for 100% that what we got is not going to be official release. This mean you need to downgrade to MM to get official Nougat. But if you think it is wort it to downgrade and all hassle to setup phone back go and do it. And no you can go directly to Nougat , need to be gradyaly

UPDATE: So I updated from BOJ7 to DPJ1 and did not have an issue. I downloaded the zip file from this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s6/general/att-galaxy-s6-firmware-thread-t3525469.
So today, I was out helping my mother, and her s7 edge said it had a pending software update. It happened to be android oreo, I'll get the sw baseband version and everything shortly
Android version:8.0.0
Samsung experience version:9.0
Baseband version:G935AUCU4CRE4
Kernel version: 3.18.71-13527040
Build number:R15NW.G935AUCU4CRE4

I'm using the beta and it's not pulling the update from their servers. Guess I need to flash back to bra1
My update just showed. Downloading now. Download speeds are painfully slow. I'm guessing due to high volume. Now if we could only find an easy option for root.

You will only receive the OTA update if you are using an AT&T SIM. There is another thread in this forum that you can use to download the updates and flash manually. Make sure you back your data up.

If it's available that's great. I was just passing along something that I founded somewhere else...
If anyone has something to explain is HDM, not me...
I didn't recieve any update yet!
Still on October SP!

Still on Oreo August patch, updates are a joke, will be looking for a new phone soon
Yea, (in case we are having 'a bit of fun'), a Nokia 7 Plus developer while developing the patch had put a video of his and his wife's foreplay (and probably postplay, seriously who knows?) on the system for 'educational purposes', and by mistake pushed it with the update, after realizing what he did, they had to pull the update down, this is the reason why even those who updated to Nov patch are still showing Oct patch and those who have already updated are the lucky lot, Nokia is allegedly paying bribes to them to not leak the footage and have prohibited to release the patch.

I think your unit of N7p is a joke. Contact with your Nokia support or go to store and ask why you have still Oreo.

My phone is an unlocked P7 on T-Mo, and I was sent the T-Mo update OTA. I'd love to know what the difference is between the base update and the T-Mo version. BTW, the OTA update was only 21MB.

Thanks for the quick reply, that worked! This is the first update I recall that had a specific T-Mobile build. Any idea what is different?
I got the OTA about 9PM (Ireland)
Seems to be snappier and app opening times and system app opening seems to be faster and smoother

No clue at the moment. T-Mobile was having problems with last month's update (most people on T-Mobile didn't get an OTA update) so I would imagine some of it addresses the problems they were having.
