I am Mi5 dev, and as some of you know what Mi5, Mi5S, Mi5S Plus, Mi Mix and Mi Note 2 have the same source, I have a kernel called "FloppyKernel" for MI5 and decide to add support for those devices, but with that I'm feeding feedback to know if everything is working, because I only have the Mi5, thank you if you can test and give feedback

No, there's version for LOS-based ROMs, and in description of Mi5 thread says that "Floppy is kernel for all custom rom based on LineageOS 14.1".

Works with AICP, but I'm not sure that lazyplug works properly.

Tried it for sometime. intelli thermal was not working. was getting into boot cycle possibly due to heat sometimes.
rest all was working fine. gpu could be overclocked to 681 rather than 652.

it is for MIUI 7 only
guyz plz tell on which version of miui u r flashing this rom, and guyz its for miui 7 global rom, dont flash on miui 8 or china roms... and still if does not boot plz try to provide logcat...
flashed on 7.5.3 global rom, stuck at logo
Yo should edit the OP and say some of kernel features and its requirements atleast...

I have tried them all, however the new ones with base 8.1, 8.0 have critical bugs or do not have many necessary options like the virtual buttons in the systemui, ambient display, etc. all the rom based on AOSP do not use the camera correctly, I have always returned and here it continued to which in my opinion it is by far! the best rom of all in stability and fluidity characteristics: XENOS Z, who installed it will not regret it.

There's 3 variant, Los, mi9 and miui support, so whatever your rom requires there is a version from the dev, they're all pretty good for battery

It's just the type of FOD implementation, Los is lineage based and oss is open source, I don't really know enough about the dev side of stuff to tell you more
