How to Install
1- Boot into TWRP and do a FULL WIPE (dalvik ,system ,data ,internal storage ,cache )
2- Copy ROM Zip into internal storage
3- Install C9/S8 Port ZIP (Users who face random Camera FC , Reflash this new fixed zip)
4- Reboot into System and wait around 6 minutes .

Good iam looking forward to hear you feedback , and focus on the camera , if it gives random FC sometimes.
and for the SMS limitation i think eleo already gavea solution on his NxTeam thread for that , and you can also use another 3rd party SMS app.

I m using stock 4.4.2 can i flash it over 4.4.2 or should i install at least 5.0.1? ( In case i want to go back to my back up rom stock 4.4.2 with some mods can i return from this rom back for example to my previous back up rom by using the restor zip from twrp which i have already made?) sorry for my really bad English ;P

I start using this rom, and it is smooth and stable. But i have one big problem. Call don't work. I start calling, and dialler show up, and nothing happens.
Also with comming call it the same problem.
How can i solve it ?

Unfortunately before you could be able to use this ROM you have to flash the Latest Stock ROM via Odin first ( to get the latest Modem and Bootloader)
and for your question the answer is YES , if you make a FULL backup using TWRP ( it should contain everything including the boot and the Modem ) then yes you can restore it.

For now everything is ok.
Sometimes i have problem with camera, (camera stop working). Several time.
But generally camera works well

appearently you flashed the OLD zip of the Rom , i fixed the Camera Fc in another Zip wich is uploaded now and replaced the old link.
if the Camera FC will bother you , you will have to clean flash the Rom again using the new link.

I just flashed the rom twice and the apps in the debloat list on aroma didn't install at all including camera app. Developper options are not working too and cause settings to force close..

This is a Highly Debloated ROM not a normal use ROM.
this ROM is made for people who stick to the minimum of minimum.
@X-Ninety you are the first one complaining about the camera. idk if you did a full wipe or not before u install it. so give details about what you did , and yes the developer options cause Setting to FC , due to the high debloat of other APK that may interfere with it.
What you wanted from there anyway ( just curious )

I was on LOS 13 with the latest modem/bootloader and used TWRP 2.8.7.0 to wipe everything, after rom installation, patch and reboot nothing is installed except phone/clock/messages/calendar. Camera app and other apps on debloat list aren't there even if I unchecked them..
I need game launchet please...

Try with the twrp-3.2.1-0 , do a TOTAL full wipe , then flash the ROM , boot it (without the patch ) then after booting it flash the patch.

Do NANDROID and BACKUP of your important things
If you're coming from 4.1.x then FULL WIPE is highly recommended!
Always check MD5 of your downloaded zip file
You will get this installed in three easy steps
Go to CWM based recovery by holding HOME- POWER - and VOL UP BUTTON
Choose "Install from sdcard"
Now click on GlamourS4 zip, work till installer finishes and you're done!

v7.0 bugs
- Might random reboot (kernel problem)
- Apps might close with no error sometimes (kernel problem)
- When phone is off phone will turn on without pressing a thing (kernel problem)
- In call when Air Gestures are ON you might get Gesture Services stopped working then simply delete GesturesService.apk
- For some Wi-Fi hotspot doesn't work?!
Conclusion: Samsung didn't give us KitKat and developers compiled a kernel by themselves and yet it's booting so we have to bear those bugs when we want KitKat :/

v6.0 - updated
Every ROM have also few or many bugs:
Rotation doesn't work (ArchiPort bug)
Homescreen might flicker sometimes (Also ArchiPort bug)
Wi-Fi might not work for all (again due to port)
Quicksettings got bug when turning off Mobile Network
Be continued...
But yeah overall it's stable and smooth enough for everyday use.

These are the steps and perhaps someone may also find these steps useful. First of all make a copy of the zip you downloaded so you don't have to waste your time downloading this big file should you mistakenly delete what is important. Do a nandroid backup of your phone as usual. Download Ultimate Kernel Cleaning Script for GS3 and CrossBreeder and transfer to your external card.
1) Replace SecSetupWizard in Apps folder of the zip with the functional one provided earlier in v2.5
2) Replace the SecLauncher3 in the Apps folder of the zip with the one provided by Henry in the TW fix.
3) Copy the sws jar file from the TW fix by Henry to the framework folder of the zip.
4) Replace the SecContactsProvider.apk and SecContacts.apk in the Apps folder of the zip with the ones from v2.5
5) Transfer your zip to an external card
6) Boot to Recovery and flash Ultimate Kernel Cleaning Script for GS3 followed by a Full wipe (data, cache and dalvik or a Megawipe)
7) Flash your zip
8) Reflash Ultimate Kernel Cleaning Script for GS3
9) Flash Crossbreeder and reboot. Done
Optional to make the rom lighter before flashing. Please be sure of what you are doing.
10) Delete unwanted apks from the Apps folder of the zip
11) Delete unwanted language stuffs from the sipdb folder. Please know what you are deleting stands for. en is En = English, fr = French e.t.c
12) Delete unwanted sounds from the subfolders (alarms, ringtone and notifications) in the media folder. Do not touch the UI folder (User interface folder)
13) For transparent weather: Delete weatherwidgetdaemon and accuweatherphone2013 from the zip and then copy the accuweatherphone2013 for XXUFME7 mod by Arsaw to the Apps folder of the zip.

There's a way to restore stock app: Open system/app in Root Explorer you will see there 2 SamsungCamera files.
The one you need to modify is SamsungCamera.apkk change it to (.apk) , put extension .bak to SamsungCamera2.apk if you want to get S4 camera back. You can't have more than one app with same resources.

Interesting. Could we get them goodies as a flashable pack for other ROMs then? I actually wouldn't like to change my Android Revolution. It's been rock-solid and performing amazingly for months. Please? Pretty please?

xposed framework is just a small things with so many good modules without it STOCK rom's are boring. but still i have tried to remove every possible bloatware to make this ROM lighter. in end it's STOCK bro

what are you talking about? it's working fine for me and one of my friend's phone.
what CWM recovery are you using?
did you do a TOTAL(format /system) hard reset if you were on 4.4.2 and then install it and then WIPE AGAIN after installation.

And have flashed many roms with it
even I can flash pyramid k3 without any problem

Brother it's not ROM problem.
Copy the ROM file to /sdcard (and no where else) and then try flashing.
I've encountered this issue many times.

Q- How To Change Battery Style in the ROM?
A- See Settings> Personalization > Status bar Battery Styles. Make Sure to Check on "Charge Animations" in case of Styles that Do not Have names beginning with "Xperia"
Q- Xposed/ Gravity Box not working?
A- Make sure that all Xposed apps are in Internal memory and not sd card and update again.
Goto settings>apps and Move Xposed and Gravity Box or all other modules to Internal Memory.
Run Xposed and in Frameworks again Run "INSTALL/UPDATE" and reboot.
Now just UNCHECK Gravity Box and RE-CHECK Gravity Box and reboot.
Q-Problem with any 3rd party app?
A- Make sure it's in Internal storage and not sd card
Wipe data of the app if still happens
Q-Camera shows 6MP instead of 13MP?
A- change preview mode from full screen to 4:3

Install Xposed Installer and gravity box, open Xposed Installer, tap on framework and Select install/update, don't reboot, Goto modules and tick gravity box then reboot.
Now open gravity box and goto statusbar tweaks>QuickSettings management>quick pulldown>right
And now pull the notification bar from the right side (where the clock is located) of your statusbar to get to QuickSettings
Q- feeling scrolling is slow?
A-Install Xposed Installer and xuimod, open Xposed Installer, tap on framework and Select install/update, don't reboot, Goto modules and tick xuimod then reboot.
Open xuimod and goto scrolling mod>scrolling configurations>set scroll friction to lower than 20

@FSadino I think you have updated update version PXZ2-4.3.7 on PXZ2-4.2.0 if that this is the issue you are facing.
Please wait for the Rom version PXZ2-4.3.5 i will upload it by tomorrow coz today my internet is not working well
First flash the version PXZ2-4.3.5 then update to PXZ2-4.3.7 it's working like a charm no fc no hang dolby is also good and i tested it fully everything is working fine.

With dolby activated I can't volume up or down. It only have mute or max

1) Gallery don't work i see date of pictures but the picture stayed black
2) After every reboot touchpad blacklight don't work , after disable and enable function light work again.
And very good news my smartwatch 2 work very good with this rom.

For gallery we don't have any problem i have tested it and using this rom since you can try the thing is that go to settings>apps>gallery(Album) and clear the cache
if you are asking for bottom backlights (Capacitive lights) then this Rom's developer didnt provide the update yet but you can try to flash this patch and check may be it will work but first take full backup

OK after patch backlight work but only if all is disabled , strange but work .

Download the ROM zip, Make sure MD5 matches then transfer it to your phone card
Switch off your phone and take off battery for about 10 seconds
Make a FULL WIPE
Full wipe means: Wipe cash, Wipe davlik cash, Format data, Format System

Follow in Aroma choose whatever you want and wait until installation is done
Flash this sensor fix (thanks to rinkashime_014): sensor fix
Don't reboot right now : flash either arter97 kernel (e330s user you must flash this one), Kiffmet kernel or Dehawk one

THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! Place this file to your root/etc folder. Rename your old init.qcom.post_boot.sh to init.qcom.post_boot.sh.bak
and replace your old file this new downloaded file chance permissions to 0644, and reboot your phone.
If you don´t already use, then chance your governor to interactive. And you won´t believe results. PLEASE try first at the non-oc kernel, so you get the idea how big change is started in your phone. After you have get the hold of it, the you cand try oc- version.
And I quarantee, your phone feels totally different. Multitask, speed, everything.
I made that file weeks for your pleasure. But be careful, on top of that wrong settings can harm your phone. But just adding this file do no harm to your phone. So test it and tell me what do you thin of it. It also can use of course with arter97 kernels, but governor must set to interactive.
What comes to installing doj2 kernel, if you have some kernel already installed, you can just flash it on top. If you do clean install; install first firework and without reboot doj2 straight after. Wifi and everything should work. Best results come with oc-kernel.
I am not responsible if u damage your phone by doing something against my advice. Ask and I will advise. And please take into count, it was my first, not counting practice versions and I made it over a month. But it really works

Didn't tested nfc because I can't and for wifi if you use arter kernel it work

You should use 9.0 (i making change and pointing to the right one) I tried 11.1 kernel and it made micro lag for me too but with 9.0 all was okay

Instructions:
Boot to TWRP. Wipe everything Except for Internal and External.
Flash the Zip and Aroma will walk you through the installation.
I have not tried every possible combinations of installs. But everything I have tried has worked.
After Installer is finished, Uncheck reboot and flash Ashyx's Encryption Breaker.(May not be needed, kernel has disabled encryption, but ive never tried without it.) Reboot.
First run will take about 7 minutes.

Files are flashable zip. Flash from Twrp or flashing utility. Zips advise to wipe cache. I would do it after rom install before first boot. The way I would do it would be:
1. Install Rom
2. Twrp backup of System and Data.
3. Install Desired Addon.
4. Encryption Break.
5. Reboot.
That way if it dies you can restore with back to having the rom freshly installed.

I tried all root options , including " no root " . As well as CSC voLTE both on/off . and a5 / a7 camera drivers .( All clean installs when changing options ).

Not sure what is going on with the bootloop. Wipe everything but internal storage and external. Flash rom and encryption breaker zip. I don't understand why its not booting. Can anyone else other than these guys confirm a boot? I am almost positive i flashed the same version no prob but i need to see if anyone else got it or if we uploaded a version that is broke. When u port u sometimes have a few that are duds before they work..and it's hard to keep track of if u name them the same or even number them like we do. Also, we did radioactive rom about 3 roms back. Its in the J700T thread....full port. Make sure to follow the whole j700 t thread. Then u can see everyones posts

Does this ROM come bundled with Gapps like the stock rom does? I'm trying to get away from it and enjoy some privacy. I want to use MicroG instead. They tell me to "ask my developer if the rom supports signature spoofing". Does this rom?
Dont understand. I cant get it to NOT work. I dl the one from there to make sure it was a good upload. Boots every time. What firmware are you coming from and are you using encryption breaker.....Im going back to MM to try it from there just to make sure. .

Hi guys ... I dont know what happened on my first flash, but it is now working 100%. No boot loops, and it is running beautifully !! only thing I did differently this time was I formatted my data so my phone was completely wiped.

No google apps except for the sign in. Samsung apps get picked in the installer
I always format every partition besides SD when coming and going to new ROM .
I'll DL again . And if I run into bootloop I'll post the md5 and logcat

That's good. Some people say you should do the format like 5 times. you should repair the partitions in twrp also. Make sure you Are using ashyx's encryption breaker after. The file is good bro.

Yeah ive heard that as well. Now OCD has me doing each 6x separately / together . lol .

Face Unlock for nougat works perfectly in stock I imagine it must work in some of its roms port here I leave the link.

Quick question, on the nova Rom you were able to change to 720p via performance mode. how would info about doing so on this Rom?

Should be able to the same way if u don't see the high performance icon. Check under top pull down settings
I can't find performance mode either. It is enabled as a feature. Bit it's not there. If it's not in the quick menu sometimes it's in device maintenance but it's not there either. For now you can change the screen size via dpi under display->screen zoom. I've got a newer version getting uploaded today with the device model fixed and showing correctly. If I can get high performance mode in there also I will. He may have it off for a reason but I'll look into it. But even then I don't think it's possible to change actual resolution. I think it completely crashes. Like....hard crashes.
