So i sucessfully rooted my Huawei P8 Lite and installed TWRP. Then i tried to install Xposed v.89 for sdk23 (Android 6.0). The installation worked and it rebooted sucessfully, but after i installed the App on my phone it said xposed framework is installed but not active. So i tried to reboot my phone once more and this is when my phone started to be stuck in the huawei starting logo. I revoked everything and tried it a couple of times again and tried v85. It didnt change anything.
Can anyone help me with this because the virtual sensor module doesnt work without xposed framework being active and i just cant find a way to get it active and have the phone not get stuck while starting
My Huawei p8 Lite is running on android 6.0 with an ARM64 CPU
I hope anyone can help me with this.
Have you tried the uninstall zip?
You also shouldn't install a different Xposed zip if the one meant for your version didn't work. The others definitely won't work then.
Also, did you install any modules and tried to activate them? Maybe the module you activated is what caused the bootloop.

Using a Gionee CTRL V5, which has just been updated to Android 4.4.2. Trying any version after 2.5.1, I can't get Xposed to get installed on this phone. The installer says the files of the correct version are, indeed, installed, but not active, even after rebooting several times. Since this phone does not have any custom recovery, I can't install it via recovery (using stock recovery, the phone says the .zip is not correctly signed or something).
Xposed 2.5.1 installs flawlessly on the other hand, but when accessing the modules page, or anything else on the system for that matter, everything crashes. (Even the Android uninstaller.) What's happening?
I did root it using "KingRoot", and I can't manage to install SuperSU. Is that somehow problematic?
Hi, I have an HTC one m7 with stock firmware, 5.0.2.
I have installed superSU, and afterwards xposed. All working, modules too, but now I need to uninstall it because come apps won't work. I downloaded the uninstaller zip from the xposed thread, installed it via twrp, but when I reboot the phone it gets stuck on booting with the HTC one logo.
I removed all the modules before uninstalling xposed.
When I install again xposed the phone boots normally.
How can I solve this?

Did you disable the framwork in the xposed installer app before you tried to uninstall it?
In on marshmallow, anyone can't do it, can't even press remove

Restore your /system nandroid backup you (should) have made before flashing Xposed. Worst case, you'll have to re-flash your rom.
Solved it by wiping dalvik, thank you!
I once used to have Magisk and Xposed worked perfectly on my Xperia XZ. However today I reflashed the system firmware, flashed Magisk installer zip as usual and after everything's done flashed the Xposed installer zip, the XPERIA logo becomes REALLY SLOW (the animation lags and it takes a lot of time to boot). After that, either it reboots and get into bootloop directly, or I'm able to get in desktop. If I luckily reached the desktop and don't install Xposed Installer, I can reboot for any times I want. However if I install the Installer (if open it right after installation, it says framework is installed but not active) and reboots -- Boom! Bootloop again! The XPERIA logo just shows for about 3-5 secs and then reboots. Obviously I need the Installer to manage modules. I also tried the Systemless Module in Magisk Manager and the result is the same. I tried for a whole day attempting different conditions including changing the version of firmware and uninstalling Magisk, but the problem still exists. As I mentioned it worked before, so what the problem might be? Thanks!

It happened the same to me on an XZ Premium
Will that mismatch be permanent? Please can you link the statement for me?

try beta2, seems it's working
I'm on H91810p. I can't seem to figure out how to install the framework. Not sure if I'm using an incorrect version but everytime I've tried I always get stuck on the T-mobile screen on boot so then I have to restore a backup.
I have magisk v16.0 and twrp for recovery.
edit: android 7.0
I'm looking to install Xposed on a Mi Max 2.
Already have TWRP installed
Rooted with SuperSu after dm-disable-verity
Prereq of busybox is installed.
Official Xposed installer causes bootloop, whether installed through TWRP or not.
Edit: The answer was to let it loop for SEVEN MINUTES. Wow. A couple loops, then it just sat there, and eventually booted. Works great now, the only thing I was missing was patience.
