Twitter notifications

Came back to Samsung note 9 .. previously had iPhone after the note 7 battery problems.. wondering why iPhone received all Twitter notifications, finding out note 9 I'm only getting 49 notifications showing, and that's only if I get them thru the browser, I'm getting about half of that if I use the Twitter app.. All settings are set to receive push notifications.. any one have an idea as to why this is happening??

Android 10 and RCS

Okay, so if my memory is correct (definitely not guaranteed) I had enabled RCS on my phone manually before I had to reset my phone with MSM tool for assuming I'd be safe to install the Android 10 beta on my converted TMobile 6T since I got a notification for it.
After wiping the phone with the tool and again to unlock the bootloader , I never bothered to enable RCS again since nobody I know has it, rendering it pointless for me..
I installed the stable Android 10 last night and just looked out of curiosity and I'm showing connected in chat features...
Has anyone else checked theirs? Or is my mind playing tricks on me?
@JMB2K THREAD CLOSED as there's already a thread regarding RCS: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/rcs-t3991991
