[Q] Mic does not work

Hello, sorry my english is bad enough. That would be my problem is that my microphone when I'm calling or I recording a video the voice is noise. But when I talk hands-free phone you can hear me perfectly, but switch back and my voice is not heard only noise. Someone have this error? Did anyone know what the solution to this? Thank you in advance for your answers.
I had same problem had to send phone back to HTC for repair. I heard some faulty microphones.

I am trying to use my wireless neck mic with my mi 5 to broadcast with zoom but there is no audio when connecting my mic to mi5.
using mu mi9 lite is working well.
Is it miui 10 issue?
