So, since the other thread is pretty clogged up, I have decided to create a new one (even tough I know this is going to get even more clogged up...)
So the day has come, since the closed beta I have fixed some bugs and I have (finally) setup the downloads server, it's the right time.
I am not really good writing this kind of posts, you know what you want, and I am too tired to talk about the risks of not being careful flashing, etc...

If you have a Honor 4X and the rom isn't compatible (it shouldn't be compatible so don't worry) send me a PM (unless you are @panchovix because I already know that he is interested lol), because I need a little group of people to test the adapted 4X version, but that rom will be published in the correct subforum, so please let's keep it tidy.
Please think before you post, I wouldn't like to reach 50 pages within 2 weeks, so if you just want to post "OMG SO HYPED" do it in the other thread or don't do it at all.
P.S: The Github repo will be updated as fast as I can, I understand that some people want to port roms now that we have reached 'certain stability', but I am just one person and my time is limited.

@XePeleato OMG SO HYPED, ok nope haha, thanks man, finally it is here now on XDA, good luck on the rest (because just watching there are just little bugs, atleast for me), as always i say it to you, Good job! and Thanks for remembering us 4X users!
@MarcoPLs @Zizo17 @ericotena @keikari good luck here, we have someone that want to help us send him a PM, and if you know more people using the 4X (i know there are more, probably you that are you reading this :I), PM him (don't comment here, he doesn't want to inundate the thread)
And for you P8 lite users that can get the rom working already, you are lucky! enjoy the rom, for me it is stable for daily use in my case
it's the same rom from the other thread? but on a zip file?
what are the requirements to safely flash this trough twrp?
@Z3NG3R1 this is different one from htcmania, this one has a lot of less bugs, and yes on a zip file
i think you should know how to flash roms at this moment, make a backup and flash it, if something goes wrong restore lol (flashing custom roms has no requeriments, except for having OBV unlocked bootloader and twrp)
Oh wow! So, those are the only bugs? Everything else is up and running? Cool. I'll try this. I can't say thanks enough. @XePeleato the site isn't loading??
@panchovix yeah, I know how to backup and flash a ROM...but what I was saying is that in the toher post, the were saying that you needed a different twrp recovery bro...so that's why I asked...but I'll install it right away then! I'm so happy that this phone is getting custom roms!!!
@Z3NG3R1 oh i see, reading the update binary it seems you need that twrp itself recognizes your phone as hi6210sft (this depends on TWRP) and ALE-L21 (this depends of build.prop), so if you have both you are good
@panchovix well...I think I have both..my twrp version is 3.0.2.0 and my phone is ALE-21 converted to dual sim..do you think I'm good?
Not working Website :crying:
Not working website :crying:
WoW!! Great work thanks!
The Play store is working?
seems the link died or it is saturated, atleast i got the download before the site went down, weird
So, if you get the ear speaker working i will flash it on my Honor 4c, and try it for daily use

link error?
link no funciona?
Please report bugs to Xepeleato only with a logcat file. There are free Apps for logcats available in playstore. The Dev can only fix bugs if he knows what went wrong.

We will NOT be shipping root baked into the ROM.
Root will be a downloadable zip based install similar to gapps installation (only need to flash it once).
Home builders that want to bake su back into the ROM can use the command ‘export WITH_SU=true’ prior to building.
Link is not working
Is there ota updates yet?

I tried the last 8hours to install Kali Nethunter on Multirom on my Nexus 6, but something always fails.
Like the installation of Kali freezes randomly.
The alternative downloadlinks are not available anymore
tried Android 6.0 and also 7.1 .
Stock and cyanogenmod.
Using Multirom 3.0
Someone got alle the good Downloads for me.
Are you instaling it on primary rom? Because afaic its the only way to make it run properly on multi rom.

Don't use the pre-made release. I have nitrogen os 8.1 as primary and Kali on Lineage 13 as secondary running on my Nexus 6 with unofficial Multirom 33b 3/14/17. Build.nethunter is where you need to look for NH, Google for unofficial Multirom
-Lineage and GAPPS, CM kernel from NH
-Let MR inject MR
-Boot into lineage
-back to recovery
-Install NH then CM kernel again, let it inject MR
-boot then move to secondary
If you run into problems with trampoline not starting, remove encryption from your data partition. Reinstall lineage, DON'T BOOT LINEAGE WITH STOCK KERNEL, IT WILL ENCRYPT DATA AGAIN!
Purposely vague.
hi thanks for your reply . can you please provide more detail if you dont mind , i am unable to find lineage 13 , if all required links are provided it would be great help t
Right now I am running global developer miui to bind my device. (gonna factory reset or flash the latest dev, not sure if I gonna lose the device bind which is 3 days wait)
Anyway I am planning to flash a custom rom, since lineageos and ressurection remix are not available officially yet and there are bugs involved still I decided to go with Epicrom which is based on miui global dev.
My question is which version of TWRP should I flash first?
I see there are several available by different developers, some with more features like redwolf (but with more bugs arguably) some ported from cm or other Xiaomi devices.
Which is the most stable and recommended at the moment?
I prefer my twrp to be thoroughly tested since I will be doing my nandroid backups and flashing of my new rom.
Thanks a lot.

Head over to lineageos thread by ashwinr in development section
You will find unofficial TWRP
So you would suggest ashwin TWRP version over redwolf, cm and the others available at the index?
Sent from my MI MAX 2 using Tapatalk
you meant this unofficial twrp is the best

Suggestion
I would suggest RedWolf as the best ive been using it since it was released for mi max 2 and i havent had any errors plus it comes with added security as you can set a password on it to protect your recovery
in the end, all twrp versions so far are fully functional the only thing to be concerned about is the compatibility with certain roms. i.e. LOS 15.1 is only flashable with the twrp version included in the thread. otherwise no worries, just choose one and flash away!

Hello everybody.
I like doing small repairs in electronics. In the past I have reflasced in some wifi routers and installed LineageOS in an old Sansung Grand Prime SM-G531F.
Instead I have not been able to unlock the bootloader of my Meizu M5 (M611H) for months. There are many self-styled guides but in the end they give generic indications for the majority of android systems. For example, I do not need external applications to root because it is provided by Meizu itself through the login on the Flame OS site, and the other thing is that Meizu M611H in the developer options does not have the "Unlock OEM" option. do it via fastboot commands. I'm really desperate ...
Hi, you can flash this twrp recovery with mediatek flash tool.
you not have to unlock bootloader.
Meizu M5 TWRP
Hello. Thank you!
I will certainly try to flash you twrp.
Could you please tell me which is the best firmware you have found for this device?
Thank you very much!

The kernel source code of this device is not open source.
incapable of action.
This device has lineage 14.1, which was created by the Russians, but there are many problems, such as the sound doesn't seem to work !
Only official firmware can be used !

Can I use mediatek flash tool with any Flyme Firmware installed on the M5?
In the past I always reinstalled the first Flyme 5.2.10.3G version
while trying to install twrp.
I currently use the version 7.8.8.31 beta which I found on page Flyme 7 Experience Beta for M5 & M5s.
If I can't install a custom rom, how can I take advantage of the trwp? In addition to doing the root and being able to make a full backup of the rom image?
Thanks Iamverycute!

Yes, you can.
All functions of this recovery are available.
If you try to install Android 5, after restarting the device, this recovery may fail !
Hello everyone.
I would like to know what's the best path for this tablet, if it is a custom rom which on is it?
I still have it stuck on Oreo MIUI 10, have lost Otg function along the usage time ( Don't know how or why)
