I also have canadian note8 and lives here in Brampton and own canadian gear s3 watch
can you please help me how can i enable samsung pay on my gear s3 frontier watch. I have never rooted my note8. Also i do not have any option of samsung pay in gear manager app on phone. Can you please guide me ?

Yea, I have had no issues sending and receiving. I can see them all as well. It's mainly apart of the keyboard you choose. I am using the stock keyboard that comes installed with the phone.

Unfortunately, you can't install a international version rom on AT&T.

I learnt my lesson last year that I'd never buy at&t phones again (except iphone). Always buy Nexus, iphone or unlocked international variants if you want timely updates.

AT&T galaxy s6 edge does not have 5.1.1 yet. We have the g925a, not g928a.

Apparently we're not getting it and going straight to M......Probably June knowing att.
Somebody help me! I've been trying to put the edge functionality on my Note 5 since I got this S7 Edge! I already have everything installed but I can't put the apk's into the "priv-app" system folder & get the permissions right! I can do it if it root it but I'm not losing Samsung pay for nobody! Everything shows up fine in settings but force closes when I try to run it! Let's make this happen! If you need the apk's & .odex files/ folders let me know.

im severely jealous, i even called top 4 carriers, they and samsung are clueless just like smart switch. my own carrier, get this, SPRINT actuall said THEY DONT PUT OUT THE OTA

I cant even find standalone firmware for april.
Just going to have to wait. US & carrier variants usually get them later than international. From what I noticed, usually it's the unbranded F models that get em first, followed by N, then the U, then the 9500. Also depending on US carrier variants, some carrier U variants may get them before unlocked variants.
Tell us the country name which you belong to and the Note 9 manufacturing country name.
